Extremely dissatisfied, I was around the back of the hotel, trying to find my way and the security came up picking a fight with me for absolutely no reason, telling me to leave, invading my personal space and being rude. What s wrong with management, employing idiots and incompetent stuff! It s unacceptable!

Top-notch. This resort met and exceeded all my expectations. The check-in was efficient and fast. The room was very big, clean and modern. Even though it was regular room, it was still bigger than most studios in Dubai. The hallways are clean and does not smell of smoke. Every staff we encountered was polite, pleasant and more than willing to be of help. The expansive outdoor grounds, pool and beach are well-maintained. There is a proper gym with a good variety of equipment (free weights and machines) and cardio machines, with a separate group fitness classroom on the side. The breakfast was table-served and botttomless. The quality of the food was excellent. The croissants were buttery and flaky like the ones you would get in a real French bakery. They also serve pork, which was a very nice surprise. The service from the wait staff and hostess, Joie, was impeccable, with a great deal of attention to details. Check-out was smooth and fast as well. I have no criticisms for this hotel. I will definitely go back to this resort. Overall, my husband and I were extremely happy with our experience.

Very nice hotel with lots amenities in the room. Unbeleivable Handy in the room( a smart phone with free 4g internet n apps like google maps whatsapp n skype etc.) Good for kids very good kids club. No noise in weekdays. Didnt check weekends yet. Tram connecting to metro is 200 meters away. Russian lady at the front desk only cares and helps Russians, you wait, they go. A bit discriminative and unkind. Sent several emails with simple questions to hotel about week before check-in, only answered one of them 9 days later, when i was in the hotel.

Overall this hotel is good and could be fantastic.
Pros:
Large comfortable rooms. Coffee and tea facilities. Cleaning staff doing pretty good job if it. Public areas are very clean as well. Superb breakfast! We have a club room, which offered afternoon tea with some sandwiches and pastries, as well as the happy hour with some very nice food choices. Nice private beach with loungers and umbrellas. Water is very clear and seems clean, considering proximity of the marina. Everyone is very friendly and overall service is magnificent. Some guests complained about the beach club noise, it's not as bad as seems in the previous reviews. Music is pretty quiet, and not techno. Of course you can hear it on the beach, but it's not overwhelming at all and with the windows closed you can't hear anything at all. There are couple of beach restaurants which is good. The quality of food for the money they charge is not great.
Cons:
Those sandwiches at tea time are made on the worst bread. American sandwich bread that taste like cardboard and feels like cotton.
The Nespresso coffee machines are great but the cheap substitute coffee capsules are terrible.
There is a tea kettle, but no tea cups)))
When I made reservation with SPG they asked me if there is some special occasion during our stay because if it is, the staff likes to do something special. I said yes, it's my birthday. Well, nobody bothered to do anything. We always travel for my birthday and in every hotel we ever stayed at there was something special, like a wonderful bubble bath with some flower petals, complimentary bottle of champagne or, chocolate covered strawberries and always nice flowers with the card. Nothing here.
Wifi is really bad. most times I can't even load Facebook, not to mention movies or videos. Wifi on the beach does not work at all, glad my data plan works in Dubai.
The beach umbrellas are not sufficient enough, we must keep on moving our loungers around to get away from the scorching sun. Even sunscreen did not help and i burned pretty badly on the first day. Some umbrellas don't function properly and can't be extended all the way. but larger umbrellas would do the trick.
The smoking on the beach is allowed everywhere, there is nowhere to hide from it. When people are allowed to smoke, they don't care about others who don't. I feel it's hotel's responsibility to have a least non smoking area where we, who cares about our health, can enjoy the fresh air.

And of course I would like to mention the last thing which is not exactly the hotels fault, but the construction noise is pretty overwhelming. All the beeping, scratching, shoving and other noises that one can only describe as scratching the blackboard with long nails, really ruined it for me.

Bottom line:
This is a very good hotel and really deserves more than 3 stars. But there are allot of little things that would make this hotel GREAT! if management would only pay attention to the details.

Claim.

Claim.
Hotel management.

I am writing here because the staff of the Atul Mavluda Hotel and the Russian-speaking Mavluda Teshayeva refused to accept a written claim to the reception.
Then I asked in this case to call the manager to explain the situation to him in words, but I was also refused.

01/09/2018 at about 11:00 I with a family of 5 people left the hotel and asked the employee to call a taxi. He asked where. I answered - To Legoland. He asked if there were tickets. I said no. He says let's go buy it cheaper than in Legoland and brings me to the person selling excursions near the reception.

That person says, and he is Russian-speaking, that in Legoland they will take 5% tax from me, but he does not. I ask what is the price for 2 parks. He says 285 dirhams.
I say that the same price is there on the spot. He repeats that there will be an additional 5% tax.

I have already been to this park before and I have a receipt. I take it out and show him that the tax is already included in the 285 dirham, and asked why he is deceiving me by trying to sell me tickets.
Then he rudely says "Come on, get out of here, come on ..." and waves his hand, with a gesture as if driving me away in the presence of his wife and children. It was offensive.

Nearby, a few meters away, there was a reception, and I immediately went up to the employees and said that I wanted to write a complaint about the inappropriate behavior of the person selling (deceiving) tickets.
Received a refusal.
He asked to call the manager in order to at least verbally tell him about what had happened, but he was also refused.

Thus, the claims are as follows:
1. The seller of tours is misleading by trying to sell tickets to Legoland, saying that his price is lower than in the park itself, which is not true.

2. After I said that he was trying to mislead, and he realized that he could not sell 5 tickets, and was also caught in a lie, he said in an offensively rude tone, in anger, Come on, get out of here, come on. .. ".

3. Reception staff Atul Mavluda and Mavlluda Teshayeva refused to accept the written claim. They also refused to invite the manager to tell him orally about the situation.

Output.
The hotel (at least the staff I encountered) is reluctant to handle claims.
She doesn t want to know that some employees are brazenly lying in order to sell, and then rude when they realize that they missed the deal.

The receptionists, Atul Mavluda and Mavlluda Teshayeva, simply refuse complaints, which worsen the overall impression of the hotel and ruin the efforts of other employees to be hospitable.

They also refused to listen to me to the end, what was the problem, cut off the conversation, and made it clear that the inappropriate behavior of the ticket seller is my problem, and not them, and advised me to find the manager of this seller to inform him about the latter's rude behavior.
To my remark that I am on vacation and do not know the Arabic language, they just shrugged their shoulders and smiled.

I am sure that the refusal to accept a written claim is a violation not only of the hotel's rules, but also of the law in the service sector.

Thank you for attention.

In order to attract attention, I gave the hotel the lowest possible rating, but this does not mean that the hotel is completely bad. Many of the staff are helpful, friendly and helpful.

Awesome 5 star hotel bang on the beach. Typical Dubai luxurious hotel, with all the amenities! A self contained hotel, pool, small boutique shops, restaurants and pubs. Good getaway from your daily busy schedule, somewhere you and your family can have a good evening or a awesome weekend.

Located in Mina Seyahi, close to Dubai Media City and Dubai Marina.

You don't need to be a hotel guest to enjoy the excellent facilities and services at Le Meridien. Pool bar is as good as they get and a cool bar on the beach playing chilled electro hits to party too. Enjoy.

The complex includes a 2nd hotel. The overall facility is simply fantastic! Several restaurants are great! Water baths and the beach are also right by the hotel!

That was our best vacation! Our children didn't want to go back after 8 days!
The whole!!! The staff is incredibly nice, friendly and very helpful.
The location of the hotel is great. Tram and metro can be reached within 1 minute. You can also go shopping 24/7 in the shopping center in front of the hotel.

I would recommend this facility to everyone.
Travel date: late May 2018
Family with two children.

Recommendation:

To keep costs under control, you should fly to Dubai and not Abu Dhabi.

Food is GREAT in the Blue Orange restaurant !!!

Take tram and metro to Burh Kalifa and back (48AED) and not by taxi (50 + 50 AED)
Exchange rate: approx. 4AED -> 1
