It was an excellent stay! Staff, beach, pool, kids club, food all were superb. I should say Mathew and all staffs from kids club were so friendly and kind also Gokhan Ozbek from Mina s kitchen was so kind and welcoming. Also special shout out to all life guards and buggy drivers they were all very supportive. We love our stay here!
old and tired hotel. No attention to detail - plugs won't go into their wall sockets cos of faulty design. Carpet smells of cigarettes. Pool had opened sachets of ketchup and mayo in there.

STOLEN MONEY AND FRAUDULENT.
We visited Barasti last Wednesday, we arrived around 1 o'clock in the afternoon, at the entrance the security staff never mentioned that they had a special event or a brunch. We spend all day consuming drinks and their buckets with beers. around 8:30 at night I was resting in the pool area, when 3 people or 4 staff members woke me up, from a quite rude, arrogant and disrespectful way they told me that I had to pay 199 dirhams, I mentioned to them why I had to pay that amount, they mentioned that I had to pay that amount if I wanted to continue in the place and continue drinking drinks, I told them that I was not interested in continuing to drink and much less was interested in eating, in a rather rude way they told me that I had to pay or they would call security to get me out of the place, in the end I got scared, I took out my credit card and I paid them the amount indicated to me.
At no time I was interested in your brunch or your beverage package, at the entrance they never mentioned that to us, their staff is quite intimidating and rude, in case I wanted to continue drinking I could pay separately, that I mentioned to your staff, in the email that the manager sends me is full of lies and contradictions that does not solve the problem. If we check your website they never mention anything that I have to be in the beach area, on the contrary it says FREE ENTRY.
The truth should improve the quality of their services, now in Dubai the competition is very difficult, review your comments on tripadvisor and I regret to tell you that they are quite bad. That day 199 dirhams were stolen, they can check the cameras and confirm that once I made the payment I left the place.
Now I just hope that my money will be returned to me, I think that their place is a shame for Dubai as they treat their customers, but I imagine that this comes from management.
I just want to tell you that I am preparing my complaint to the corresponding authorities in Dubai, in case you do not return my money that was stolen, I am sure that I am not the only person affected, I also invite you to review the camera system and Realize what happened, I was never rude and treat your staff with respect. It took me a week to answer and they never offered me a solution.
Awesome spot to disconnect and relax with music and drinks. Pool and beach together you can't beat it!
Unfortunately, right next door is a 24/7 construction site otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Very nice resort and good area but lack of interest in the service in the lobby and also provide various restaurants and cafeterias, unfortunately the toilets in the hotel is not suitable for the use of Arab man
The reception have really bad communication i was told that i have breakfast included with my room rate but unfortunately when i had my breakfast a guy with bill coming to me asking for a signature with 195 AED!!!

Check in line for Privilee really bad. Que out the door with no management to tell people which line to que in. After waiting for 30mins and que didn t move we left.
Arrived home after an 8 night stay. Loved the hotel. Terrific location with private beach and extensive grounds offering pools and amenities for all ages. We were on half board and were spoilt for choice with any of the large selection of restaurants offering different menus. Food was excellent - good quality, beautifully prepared. Customer service was excellent. Can't wait to return . Loved it.
We spent two weeks at this property but really a very nice personal dream vacation a luxury hotel that caters to these 5 stars
Le Meridien Minah Seyhi is a very nice hotel that has several floors. The rooms with sea view all have a small balcony with a small table and two chairs. The hotel shares a large garden and pool area with the Westin, everything is super laid out and clean. You can use everything in both hotels. There are several restaurants in the complex. Breakfast was offered in Le Meridien and dinner in the form of a buffet is available in the Hotel Westin. In my opinion, the hotel is very good. A ring train is only a few minutes' walk away. It can take you to the metro station, Dubai Marina or Jumeirah Beach.

On arrival last night 22/10/2020 a bouncer wearing a blue T-shirt and the egyptain manager ( mohamed ali ) would not accept my friends ID and said it was because she had gained too much weight from her passport photo and driver licence. This was a very bad start to a bad night. We arrived before 8pm and didn t get served till 9 for the Brunch which starts at 8 till 11 so we had lost out on an hour already just by waiting. The service for the night was absolutely deplorable. On previous times going to Barasti service has been slow but would accept ordering multipal drinks in doubles at a time to make up for the slower service. This time around they wouldn t do that and we waited 40 minutes to an hour for service and a drink every time. Not impressed at all and seriously not impressed with the disrespect the staff had towards my friend. She was so upset and rightfully so that staff of Barasti would even have the audacity to insult a customer like that. She was visibly upset and nobody should have questioned her weight regardless if gained or not. So disrespectful. Would not recommend.

Lovely hotel that is more of a resort with a combined shared facilities with the Westin minas seyahi. Has a fantastic gym facility and lovely pools with a beach front. I usually stay at the grosvenor house luxury hotel however it was fully bookeded and it wasnt a a disappointing experience. Although I felt room cleaning service was a little disorganised.

Will be traveling from Ireland to Dubai and booked Le meridian for 10 days for myself and my wife later this year ,But hearing a lot about Building construction at the hotel at the moment should I cancel this hotel ? It s my wife s birthday when we arrive and I wouldn t want it spoiled TIA Peter
The Barasti Club here is a must visit. Try and get here before 12 so that entry won't be a hassle. For the winter times the party occurs in the beach making it a crazy experience. The drinks and food are bit on the pricier side but the aroma of the place makes it a must go to.

Relaxed hotel with a very good gym. It has a small private beach, large pool with a bar, a kids pool with shade, and a kids club. Breakfast is ok nothing special.

Very nice place lots of amenities. However for the extremely high price I paid, I would expect more things to be complimentary. Nothing is free there except for the wifi. They even charged me for the one local phone call I made. The shuttle service, social events, breakfast ect all are extra. Next time I go I'll be booking elsewhere.
Not a great check in experience. In spite of booking well in advance, and requesting certain things we were told that the room we wanted was not available and the one that was, was dirty and we would have to wait for a while.
This was at 3:40 whereas check in time was 3.
Finally after waiting for 10 -15 minutes thay transferred us to the Westin next door, their sister concern.
So definitely not a good experience but onsite staff was friendly and cordial and did try their best to help us by transferring us to the Westin.
However we wasted more than an hour and then had to shift our car and luggage etc. ... so not a good start.
