Great place to stay in Maui, my wife and I had an amazing time there, we booked a studio and it was roomy and clean! beds are very comfortable and shower and bath are amazing.
all staff members are super friendly.
the only negative is that other guest to this hotel just take over all the tanning beds at the pool, leaves towel on the chairs, so if you do not get up at 6 AM good luck in getting a chair by the pool!
The management have to control this issue
also the hotel provide a super convenient shuttle to Lahaina town center and back!

Nice resort. Over the top on mask requirements outdoors. Sitting in a lounge chair is not a magic bullet! Lots of nice beachfront and perfect for watching the sunset.

I would recommend The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun or romantic trip to Maui. They have wonderful drinks at the bar, a beautiful pool and a very short distance to a beautiful sandy beach. Our rooms had everything we needed. The main room has a full kitchen, large shower & Jacuzzi. The add-on room has a kitchenette, a good sized shower & Jacuzzi. Both have balconies of their own and can be rented separately or together.

Such an amazing resort! Beautifully positioned with great balconies that looked over the pool and ocean......well ours did anyway. We had a king villa and it felt better than a condo. Full kitchen and the resort was close to everything to get supplies. Lovely staff and plenty of places to eat. Definitely will come again!!

Gorgeous, Stunning, and Extravagant views of Ka'anapali and the clear waters below. Amazing snorkeling right off the beach. Beautifully well kept and maintained. Clean and very conscious of the Covid mandates. We felt safe, respected and catered at all times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was extremely disappointed in my stay at the Westin. Our 1 bedroom villa was dirty when we checked in. Visible dirt in the bathtub, toothpaste on bathroom countertop, dirt and what looked like dog hair on the carpet throughout, old popcorn behind and under the couch, etc. I complained, spoke to a manager who offered to have room cleaned top to bottom the next morning. Done and still the room was dirty. There are several other less serious disappointments with the room and the hotel itself. Honestly, you d think with the name, this would be the place to stay, nope! I would definitely NOT recommend the Westin!! The Ka anapali Villas next door is much cheaper and much better in my opinion!

One of the best Westin we stayed at. And we have been to may. The resort was newer and the setup is greatly for family.

They have BBQ areas and great pools as well as the beech area.

The staff are friendly and the food is decent at the restaurants. The only negative is the prices for the food seem to be very high compared to yeah other places. Overall this was a great resort.

I had a phenomenal time at this resort. Absolutely gorgeous. I posted some other pictures I had taken on my other phone as well so check those out in the reviews. This resort will not disappoint if you are looking for a relaxing get away.

Staying at the resort currently and had to write this review! Brooke at the front desk is amazing! Just awesome customer service and she is the reason that we are having an awesome stay so far in Maui! Yes there's a pandemic, and the staff gives there best every day. Appreciate them and be thankful they are there working to take care of you....they could be on unemployment. Thank you again for a wonderful stay,!

My husband and I stayed at this property not knowing this was a timeshare. This wasn t listed on Marriott s website, although we were able to redeem our points. My husband holds Titanium Elite status with Marriott and we have never experienced such poor treatment. Staff wasn t very helpful. We felt like we were bothering them with our questions.

We paid extra for an ocean view room and were giving this lovely view. The hotel manager claimed that this was actually an upgrade to ocean front. You can t see the ocean unless you walk all the way to the right side and lean over. The ocean is nowhere near. We asked several times to switch rooms, but were told no rooms were available. We also asked for points refund and got 20K back, but we paid 120K. Hotel manager said she didn t see any problem and it was indeed an ocean front room. Palm tree was invisible to her. No late check out and other perks for Marriott status holders. We were extremely disappointed.
