The Grill Doctor made my grill look like it was almost brand new! We use our grill fairly heavily - around 3 times per week - and we cook all kinds of meats & fish, as well as vegetables. With that kind of heavy use the smoke and vaporized fats and oils from the food really build up, and combined with the humidity can start to corrode the grill parts. Regardless, they cause decreasing performance in the grill. We plan to use our grill for many years, and having a trusted, professional service to take this very important, but very dirty and tedious task off our hands is a true blessing. We've found our trusted professionals in The Grill Doctor. We'll be using them for twice-per-year service to keep our grill in tip top condition, performing at its best every time we push "ignite"! These guys are just great - my nice Weber gas grill wouldn t fire up and I was concerned it might be an expensive repair - when Grill Doctors arrived they quickly diagnosed the problem as simply a dead battery in the igniter system - can you imagine? Always concerned that a company might take advantage and claim you need something you don t and rip you off - not these guys - they also did a marvelous job cleaning my grill( an additional service) and since I rarely do it myself they had quite the job but they were up to it and it looks really good again - all in all a plus experience with the Grill Doctor and I plan to use them again if my grill falls ill - thanks Doc!!!!!!

We contracted the Grill Doctor to build our outdoor patio, fire pit, and kitchen area. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. They took the time to design a space that was exactly what we had envisioned. The whole crew was great to work with throughout the project and made sure to spend the time to do it the right way. Whether your project is large or small, I highly recommend The Grill Doctor!!

I have spent many years in Europe because of my military service. Been to some of the greatest castles(Hohenzollern), greatest museums, but I have never been so in awe until the grill doctor's came to my house. JOE and CORT were magical. If they were born in a earlier life; I would compare them to Ludwig Van Beethoven or Michelangelo.
But since they were not, I will have to compare them to a modern Icon in the ring, Mohammed Ali. They bobbed and weaved and laughed in in the face of my grill grime and then absolutely destroyed it. They were the epitome of professionals and probably would have signed and autograph or two if I asked.
Would I recommend these two to clean my grill again? Yes I would! I wish I had a Joe and Cort with me in Afghanistan and Iraq, they are that hardcore!

Our Weber grill had approximately 4 years of grease built up. The nicest technicians came today and cleaned our grill. They explained everything and now we have a grill that looks like new. We couldn t be happier! They will be doing annual cleaning for us now.

I have been using the Grill Doctor for over 10 years but I feel compelled to share my most recent experience as it out shined anything they have ever done. My grill is now 12 years old and has a hood as well. It hadn't been serviced in several months and they really had a mess on their hands. They took all the time necessary and cleaned all the stainless down to it's almost original shine! They also were able to order the necessary parts to get the grill back to its highest quality again. The serve technicians were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really complete the service and there wasn't anything I could see that I would have done differently or better! Gwen, in the office, was in continual contact to insure smooth service and satisfaction. I highly recommend getting on their annual quarterly service plan and enjoy all they offer for a high performance gilling year!

Most impressive vendor I've used in a LONG time. We have a 5-burner (+ side) gas grill, 4 years old, that we use all the time--and it needed a major clean. Two men came from The Grill Doctor and tore it apart, working on it for two hours straight. They also replaced (at no extra charge) several parts I ordered ahead of time (burners, collector, etc). What I appreciated most was their clear knowledge about everything to do with grills and their recommendations. Great people skills as well--just a really unusual repair team. Terrific outfit!

Prior to starting my grill one evening last week, I discovered that an animal (probably a squirrel) had chewed through the gas line to my grill. I was able to call The Grill Doctor office and was set up for servicing the next day! I was thrilled. I have used them for all of my grill requirements for nearly 14 years. Their response and service were absolutely wonderful. Their repairman, Kelly, did a terrific job with everything. Huge thanks to the team at The Grill Doctor!

Amazing service and outstanding work! We recently gutted our entire back area and were initially very nervous about the how the process would be, the length of time it would take and what the final result would look like. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome! At any given time Anthony or Mike were available for our questions or changes and gave us great feedback on what would aesthetically be a great back yard. We have recommended The Grill Doctor to family, friends and neighbors without hesitation. Extremely happy with everything they did!

Fantastic service! We haven t had any luck with help fixing our grill until now! The guys were professional and super nice! Our problem is now fixed! We have a new grill but when it s time, I will call for a cleaning!
