Called again after 24 hours, we apologize .. it is very busy but I will sort it out for you .. after a few minutes of waiting ... Sir, it is resolved with max one hour your account is active again and everything back to normal. Called again after 24 hours .. still the same, blocked and bailiff account. Explained what was promised to me and after waiting again: Sir, an account that is bailiff account can never be used again, you will have to open a new account.
