Due to corona circumstances an overdraft has been created and a repayment arrangement has been made, so far so good. Until the R bank had inexplicably diverted everything to a bailiff. Just before Christmas everything paid off in one go and after a week I called to ask if I can use my account again. After several times of waiting and transferring, we are working on it, next week the t will be resolved and your BKR registration will be deleted. Called again after 8 working days, apologies, it is busy .. just be patient! Called again after a week .. no qualified employee available, you will be called back today. Called again after 24 hours, we apologize .. it is very busy but I will sort it out for you .. after a few minutes of waiting ... Sir, it is resolved with max one hour your account is active again and everything back to normal. Called again after 24 hours .. still the same, blocked and bailiff account. Explained what was promised to me and after waiting again: Sir, an account that is bailiff account can never be used again, you will have to open a new account. Pfft, okay angry and again seriously disappointed in the communication and the employees of the R bank opened a new account via the RaboApp. Fortunately I received a letter from the R bank the next day; Sir, from now on you can use your bank account with no ........ again and everything will work normally again. I immediately look ... Guess what ... Still bailiff bill.
Eventually resolved, had to open a new account and to ease all the troubles I received a KlusVon worth 10 euros!
