When we booked, the site asked for preferences. We requested a featherless room as my son who is 11 months old, has had allergic reactions to random things lately. When we arrived we noticed that the feathers were partially down. We also noticed that there were small hairs on top of the toilet tank and on the toss pillows on the bed, as well as a visible layer of dust on the toilet and headboard. My husband and I had to do some housekeeping during our stay, again due to allergies When we arrived back at the hotel on our second night we noticed housekeeping leaving our room from down the hall around 1030 pm. Upon entering our room we noticed that there were slippers, toothbrushes and packs of toothpaste on the desk. However, we did not ask for these items as we had been out all day. Seemed rather odd. The staff was very pleasant, however, we likely will not be staying at the Westin Bellevue in the future due to the low standards of cleanliness.
