Nice venue; the anesthetics of the outside as well as the inside looked well kept and regal. The staff was friendly and professional. The only drawback was that the ballroom on the second floor seemed a bit unstable/shaky.

I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was pretty good but nothing special. Service was not awesome (dishes and drinks came out haphazardly instead of keeping people's dinners synchronized, they forgot to take my order, that sort of thing), but we were part of a large group and it's hard to coordinate those anyway. The hotel is very grandly decorated, which makes it look a little too formal for the actual guests.

Beautiful entranceway. Welcoming lobby. Elevators are kind of old. Rooms are nice- large TV, double sinks, dual entrance closet. Restaurant Wellington's was okay, not great. Reception Halls are beautiful

Very professional and hard working staff. Plenty of parking and easy to find. They have a pool, tennis and basketball courts! Pretty close to a lot of stores. Shuttles are available but not really close to the airport.

Nice

One of my favorite hotels anywhere but unfortunately the grade is an incomplete right now because no restaurants no bar no pool no Fitness Center unfortunately just the way the world is right now.

This is an extremely nice hotel. I have been here several times now and typically a good experience. This last time we had an issue with the room upon entry. The sink was filled with dirt and the floors flooded. Must have been some issue with the plumbing. We were quickly allowed to move into another room. No issue just wish someone would have checked the room prior.

Absolutely one of the best looking Marriott hotels out there. Spacious, classy, beautifully appointed. Nice rooms, marble in the bathrooms, and really quiet.

Super attentive and friendly staff. On par with nicer (JW, Marquis, or even Ritz) in terms of service.

Indoor and outdoor pool and a small gym.

Only con is no concierge lounge.

Great secluded feeling. Parking a bit tricky at times. But the guest rooms were great. The staff were great. The food was great. No complaints. The building is beautiful. Have a look around.

A week ahead, I made a reservation on Open Table for 1:45PM, party of 4, for Thanksgiving Day 2018. The reservation was made through Open Table as I was unable to find ANY information about the Thanksgiving brunch on the Westfield Marriott website. After making the reservation through Open Table, I called the local telephone number for the hotel, requesting information about the brunch -- menu and cost per person. The cost was $85 per person, which was pricey, but not out of line with food and service we received. At the time I called, I was first told that the menu had not been released. I felt that this was odd as it was only 1 week prior to Thanksgiving. While I was talking to the employee, one of her co-workers interrupted and said they has just released the menu. The employee asked me to hold a moment while she retrieved a copy of the menu. This employee read the menu to me, and then agreed to email me a copy as well.

I do not know what the Brunch hours were for Thanksgiving, but our reservation must have been on the late side. In general, the food was very good. The problem was the lack of dessert choices by time we were finished with our meals. As I looked at the meager offerings, I did hear a female guest ask a staff member if the desserts were going to be replenished. The staff member replied that she would check. Within a few minutes, fresh trays of desserts were brought out, however, the Apple Pie did not get replenished, and we never saw any evidence that there had ever been Fruit Cobbler or "Cheesecakes" (as advertized) other than Pumpkin Cheesecake. It was a disappointing end to a otherwise lovely meal.

I would also like to comment on the service. Other than desserts, the other buffet items appeared to be replenished constantly. The two servers who were assigned to our table -- Maria and Gloria -- were outstanding and extremely attentive.

Goof

Went for a work function. The hotel was beautiful but the food service was average to poor. The main dish was dry and lacked a lot of flavor. The desert was kind of awful and no one from the table ate much of it.

We reserved a room for 3 nights for 5 people online that accepted our reservation last month. We got to our room and it was obviously for 4 people max ( 2 beds.)
We went to down to reservation at front desk and told the gentleman our online reservation accepted 5 people but our room can only hold 4 (2 beds only, no sofa) . Family of 2 adults, 15, 12, 11 yr old.
We were told sorry someone would have to sleep ON THE FLOOR and sent up blankets. No options were given. We ask for a cot which they refused due to room being too small. We eventually got a cot after I refused to have my kid sleep on a hotel floor and front desk spoke to someone.
I did not go prepared to purchase 2 rooms.
We were all very cordial about it.
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed at the option given of sleeping on the floor at such a prestigious Hotel.
Online reservations needs to be revised to limit acceptance for number of people per chosen room.
It s a beautiful Hotel and well kept. We did have a comfortable stay after a rough start.

Check in and out was smooth. It was nice to be greeted as you walked through their doors. Lounge area was very quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed a game of pool. The chicken fettuccine was to die for. A walk to your room but I'm not complaining. Had an enjoyable stay!
