Great tables, great food nice servers still bad parking

Worst place ever!!! Bad location. Few wins. And I think I caught covid in early January. Cant think where else exposed

Food is great and even won a couple of hundred dollars

We had dinner at Poncho Willie's. Good food and very friendly service. Two dollar margaritas, how can you go wrong.

Went to the dinner for breakfast, the food was bland and the Environment was dreadful.

Great casino, excellent assortment of slots, only a few table games but the food at "Bellini's" was great and 24 hrs too

Great place to gamble and hang out at the bar. Clean, lots of slots but not too large that you dont see a waitress. The restaurants are not too bad either!

Junior suite is amazing... Kitchenette, wet bar, living room... And only $79 per night. Amazing!

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is across the parking lot in casino and the reception desk is in there so kinda annoying having to walk over there if i needed to check in with them about anything but it keeps the rooms quiet so that's good i guess. They were also very accommodating, i asked if they had q microwave on the floor and they had someone bring one to me in to have in my room in less than 5 mins so kudos. It was good place for a good price, the only downside is that it's pretty far from downtown reno and things are spaced out in the area

Room was very nice they offer non and smoking rooms very rare... maid serve was amazing restocked everything.. wish i would have taken photos... Just was not a big fan of checking in at the casino then walking across the parking lot to the hotel.. but other then that i would stop there again.... quit, with large rooms...

I was mainly there for their food in the cafe (which was delicious btw).

Excellent food, excellent price, and excellent service.

Staff are all friendly, sometimes the keys don't work in the bottom entrance to get into the room which is annoying but they do have a telephone right there to call if need be!

Got a deal through hotwire and paid only $41 per night and admit was a little worried because so cheap

They redid the inside of this place, it looks exactly like the Peppermill now

It was pretty fun. The staff were nice. Unfortunately, it was a casino, so the cigarette smoke was terrible. But everything else was great.

This place is ridiculous. Extremely long waits for any of the restaurants. Food in the coffee shop is sub par. Service was horrendous. 15 minutes before anyone showed up to take drink orders another 15 before we got them. Restaraunt was dirty food thrown on floor and not cleaned up. Waitress acted like she wanted to be somewhere else. Was there with a party of people for a friends birthday so I kept quiet but will never go back again

Food is good, price is great, some of the workers a mean. Won't win money but will have fun.

Nice place to visit, i go to eat every weekend at cafe Bellini great food, waiters are very nice , great atmosphere.

Western Village is sister property to the Peppermill but it's not grandesque like it. It's got great restaurants (the Steakhouse is the BOMB.) Locals frequent here but it's great for visitors too.

Great place without the markup of brand name places. Assortment of dining options and games with friendly staff. If you want to go somewhere other than the usual spots give this place a visit and it might be your new usual.

Had breakfast in there coffee shop it was very noise to say the least the food was good I was disappointed by the fact that they allowed a lady to walk in with her dog in tow , this may surprise some but I don't like when people abuse the system to bring thier day with them everywhere .

Western Village Sparks - Conveniently located off I-80 this Hotel Casino is nice with a good selection of slots and a decent sized hotel.

The Hotel rooms are nice for the money, they are showing thier age and should be updated soon, i.e. wallpaper is peeling, cigarette burns on fiberglass tub, stained curtains....etc.
The beds are extremely comfortable and each room has a nice size mini fridge.
The bathroom wall looked like it had some black mold growing and one of the lamp shades was busted up.

The room has a coffee maker with a decent selection of coffees.
My TV never worked the entire stay.

The Casino has a large selection of popular slot games and the newest type.
They do allow smoking and with a low ceiling it can be a bit smoky at times.

The Cafe breakfast was very good and has great ambiance.
The casino, hotel and restaurant staff were very courteous and friendly.

They have security patrols and lots of cameras in the parking lot and also security in the casino.

Came here for food, wasn't disappointed, casino was also fun to play.

Standard motel rates. Standard motel room. No amenities unless asked for. Good restaurants on site..convenient to hwy. I 80. Friendly staff.

To get a drink while playing their machines is impossible!!! One cocktail waitress on duty for the whole place. Very poor on the part of management, or should I say MIS-MANAGEMENT.. Probably won't be soon that we plan to visit this place if at all!!! So very sad for such a nice place. Big changes are in order. Please act on a concerned customers opinion. Thank you.

Friday they cashed my check and the same employer gave me another check today which is Monday and the lady now so she cannot cash it.

I like the Western Village, although they're expensive, but most the casinos are, and it's better priced than some. The chicken and green chili soup in their coffee shop is really, really good, and the prices for the soup is decent, we like to get it To Go, and they package it up nicely with everything you'll need. I like some of their machines there, it generally dosen't seem quite as tight as the others, Ive had more luck at The Village than most places, but they don't offer freeplay, ever, apparently, but Ive heard they have good drawings instead, those nights draw quite the crowd.
They have a mexican restaurant inside, Pancho Willies, thats really good, I think 4 or 5 of us had dinner there for around a hundred bucks, and we all had margaritas, too, and Ive had a similar bill for only 3 people at a mexican restaurant in Spanish Springs, and that's with Happy Hour pitcher prices, so its competive pricing compared to that, for sure, overall Western Village is definitely one of my top preferences for the area.

This place is nice and clean not to mention I usually leave with more than I came with. The Mexican restaurant has good food and nice staff. Well worth the money. Deffinantly recamend it!

The most Dog friendly place we have ever stayed. Bowls and treats in room. I walked the dogs around this beautiful lake to a fenced dog park. My wife lauren won enough to pay for the trip off of a slot machine. 24 hour good food restaurant. We will stay here again.

Everything about this casino is awesome! The food, the staff and even the prices are great! Whenever my family comes into town, we always recommend Western Village.

Miguel the morning bartender was his usual friendly self. Breakfast was good. Over all a normal visit.

It's a very nice place to go eat and if your stay in in town for a few days might as well post up there.

worse experience i had with a hotel. cable was out for 4 days. high priced and they lost my fed ex pkg sent to them !! i ll never go back & recommend Ramada 2 miles away ! what a difference in every aspect

Nice rooms, room key stopped working and had to get a new one in the separate building that is the casino. The room was nice but the separate building to check in that is in the casino is not as nice.

Best place to cash your check and gamble a quick 20.

Well, I was struggling to think of a place thai could cash my paycheck that would be quick and convenant, and ding I remember ed that Western Village cashes payroll checks with no fee. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Made my say much easier.

Went to the cafe only and ordered the biscuits and gravy and my wife order the pankcakes. The biscuits were dry and the pancakes were bite size with about three of them.

Great locals casino.
The steakhouse is good and rated one of the best in town.
Cafe belini has decent food for a decent price and their daily specials can't be beat.
Its a comfortable environment for gambling and their rooms are also comfortable.
Overall a good casino.

The Western Village Steakhouse is always our favorite for our anniversary!

First timer, I absolutely loved the food and atmosphere. It doesn't look like much from the outside but inside just wow. Get the Terminator burger!

Unable to find check in desk. After circling property twice a guest told us we had to go into the casino to register. This was not made clear when I booked over the phone. Had to sign a pet contract agreeing to eviction if dog barked during the night, yet room not sound proof and people were slamming doors, talking loudly, whistling in hall outside our room. Needless to say a very long night for us. Then to top it all...at 5:30 we were woken by the rumblings of grinding machines outside our room. The parking lot was being prepared for paving.
On the good side, the room was beautiful, beds comfortable.

Beware ,this hotel will charge you twice ,when using credit cards, and after I called they act like they can't find you're name , and have to call their accounting line ....

The steak house is awesome and has excellent service

Its clean and has some okay slots. But the over all disgruntlement is their lack of care of the machines. Elder beloved machines are tossed because they let people win talk much sadly. Good bye triple diamonds.
