Ok casino, but on holiday weekend night that we went,it was super smoky and tough to breathe.

Nice rooms, and the cafe is really great bang for your buck... Good food

Bartender Dan very much on the ball with drinks and makes really good drinks,alot of locals go there,staff very respectful

i ate at the cafe, nice fast server. i had the steak and egg medrare it was cooked perfect and it was cheap.

Its like most casinos, just about taking your money and when they have taken it all its about getting you out!

There are two things missing in my room. A bathtub and a microwave. Other than that it is great place to stay

This casino is owned by peppermill. Nice place to gamble Coffee shop gas good food, Pancho and Willie's not that great never tried the steakhouse but I bet it's good

Western Village Steakhouse is the best steakhouse by far in the Reno/Sparks area. Prices are great and the service is amazing!!! The food is delicious. I've been going there for 25 years and have never had a bad meal.

Always excellent food at Cafe Bellini. We've been coming here for years.

Had a dinner reservation for a large party at the steakhouse, food and service is always excellent!

Western Village has some of the loosest slots. There staff members are also the friendliest!

Don't let the small exterior fool you!!! This place is a hidden gem as it's very classy. Food (3 restaurants) top notch! We had the best steaks and the chef came to each table to ask if food was to our liking. Very inexpensive as well. We'll certainly return. Oh, behind the hotel is a beautiful lake with a walking/riding paved trail, swimming area, small food stand and a large outlet mall.. We live this area.. To the outlets and back is .9 of a mile. Amazing!

GREAT PLACE! The casino staff is friendly, it has a 24h restaurant, clean , food is great.

Food is mediocre at best, and the bartender at the bar by the entrance is a glorified bar back that doesn't know anything about his spirits.

The cigarette smoke in this facility is absolutely disgusting. I was nauseous the entire evening & I couldn't leave as I was a guest of the driver.

Decent furnishings, comfortable bed. Noisy, lots of dodgy characters in and around the hotel.

The western is a great local watering hole. Super dissapointed about the price changes, but it's more than worth it by the great service provided by the bar tenders.

Ate at the steakhouse, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. Khan our waiter was great, exelent attention to detail. I had the filet mignon which was to die for. I would give this place six stars. It was that good.

Extremely long wait time for a mediocre looking meal. Not a great value. We ended up leaving and going to a popular coffee shop near by with better food, a shorter wait time and no prevalent smell of cigarette smoke.

Pancho and Willies at Western Village has the atmosphere of a high quality restaurant, despite labeling itself as a 'cantina'. The quality of the food is excellent overall, and even better is the drink selection. However, expect long wait times, and the rice is not particularly good.
Menu consists of mostly mexican style dishes, steak, and a limited selection of pastas. Large tables available for largeparties, but call ahead.

The steakhouse is comparable to any 5 star in reno, but at one half the price! Coffee shop open all day, lots of slots and a pit that is open until 4 am.

Check in was easy, rooms look a little dated but comfy enough, didn't spend any time in the casino so can't comment

Brightly lit and cheery. It's better than it looks based on it's location. I like the variety of slots. And there's table games too. The gift shop is small, but the people who work in it are kind. One girl let me borrow her cell phone charger because they were out of them to purchase. The little deli on the casino floor had good pizza. I have not stayed in a room here. So I can't vouch for them, but I am guessing as nice as everything else is the rooms would be too.

Not the fanciest hotel casino, but a nice hometown feel. The peole are great!

Go place to rest your head. If you don't like the big casino but like gaming the is a home town favorite

I like the western village, the rooms are pretty nice and reasonable ,good food in the restaurants and I don't win all the time when playing there but there has been a significant amount of times I won nice size winnings.

Western Village is probably one of the last few that cater to their locals.

Excellent digs for the price and purpose. Added bonus; the attached casino has some very liberal table games and everyone associated with the Inn was professional and very friendly. Rooms are clean and as advertised.

Friendly welcoming employees, even security smiles. Open 24hours. Great restaurants. Food available 24hours.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. This wasn't delineated when I booked the hotel. However, it was a good rate so NBD. However, issues arose day after day with housekeeping. Fortunately, management worked with me to resolve the major issues but the lack of care from housekeeping is not something I'm forgetting about anytime soon. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, nothing spectacular but nice.

Great locals casino in Sparks. Owned by Peppermill but much different. Food is always great no matter where you eat even the snack bar. They make some of the best burritos at that snack bar. It's worth the stop.

I was tired after driving back from close to Canadian border, I didn't have but a short wait at counter to check in ..got to room it was much larger than I needed and every thing worked! At check out there were no hidden charges even though I overslept,and was about a hour past time...I am a light sleeper but i slept well!!

This place is always a hit and miss. The fried chicken from Primo is the best by far that I've had in the city. Extra crispy. I don't really care for the drink girls, you can always tell when they are having a good night. They'll be rude if they aren't and you will know. Or they'll act like it's not their section. I did win on a $1.50 and that was kinda cool.
