Nice hotel and casino. The room was fresh and clean. Had a blast at the casino.

Location was easy to find. Rooms were nice and clean. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. I would stay here again for sure!

Great prices for rooms and food (and the food is really good).

Both times I have booked King, non smoking rooms I have been downgraded to 2 queens when I arrived. This last time the guy was rude and actually told me we were being UPGRADED to the 2 queen? What? Will not stay again.

Not as good as it used to be even considering the rona.

Great food steak and eggs. Outside not to impressive but the inside is very impressive.

On a birthday road trip and this was my favorite spot we stayed at! Minor mix up with rooms so we stayed in a smoking room, but even with that, the beds were so comfortable, the shower was great, rooms a had little fridge and a coffee maker! Only complaint I d have is you can hear your neighbors from all sides. But if you re not in the room a lot, it s not an issue! Will definitely be back!

Margaritas went up to $1.99 Why is everyone in the basin raisin their prices? Capitalism at it's finest I guess. Shrimp fajitas still on point was happy for that and service was great

I love this place, I will have to comeback for leisure time.

The most notable observation I made during my visit was the obnoxiously strong smell of cigarette smoke! Waiting to eat there are no non smoking areas to seek refuge. Just know that you will smell like a buzzards ass after walking in this place.

The waitresses are a bit slow but I love this casino

Went to Gamble for a few hours. Playing black k Jack. People were great. Food was great.

They didn't even fix the room after we left and came back.

I was quite surprised by how clean their rooms were. Their staff are exceptionally pleasant... both working in the casino and the hotel.

Casino was clean and higher end for its location. Was expecting a ghetto casino but was pleasantly surprised. Meal was pretty good too.

I've driven by this place a million times withoit much thought. Went in for the first time, and it is quite nice. Much bigger than I expected. Lots of machines and nice bar.

Stopped there to eat at Ponchos and Lefty's the air is filled with perfume and it was so bad in the entire place I had to leave after a few minutes there. I know people that it would make sick instantly!

Great casino with out the illusions lots of se urity

Don't be deceived by the outside! The room was comfortable and clean. I struggle with back issues and the bed was great. The pet potty area was adequate. The real treat is the marina and the beautiful walking area. I've stayed at hotels all around the world and I am very critical. If your just passing through as we were this is a nice place to stop with pets.

Food is good......a little on the expensive side. People were nice.

I have not gambled here very much. Today the environment was pleasant and laid back. Both the bar tender and the cocktail waitress I had serve me were fast and friendly.

I was a regular customer but decided to stop going. They lure you in with free rooms and food but then you never hit another jackpot

Cash my check there every payday until now. I signed my check before I got there and they wouldn't cash it due to their policy. If your reading this don't go to this place of ignorance. From all the restaurants when you order a meal to go they give u the absolute cheapest weakest fork and spoon it breaks so easily and management don't care

Food was better than expected. Great prices. It's a mini Peppermill.

Had to go to visit relative in hospital. Loved it. Fantastic food and entertainment.

Western Village/peppermill have something in common Start-Finsh Done in class both will share this keep it up looking-good

Rooms are clean walking to outlet mall. Sparks marina and casino. It's great

We went to Pancho & Willie's for dinner. The food was very good, the service was ok, but we FROZE OUR TUSHIE's off. They still had the a\c on on Christmas day. C'mon peoples, turn the heat on. PLEASE.

I didn't like the fact they gave my key to somebody who was not on the registry and they made no attempt to make it right what if I was in there sleeping in a stranger who got the key to my room in could I Put Me In Harm's Way

As always a friendly, courteous staff. Rooms are comfy and clean. Rates are very reasonable.

It was a decent place to stay. Where to check in was confusing. The pics online look nothing like the actual room.

Good casino, really good restaurants. Cafe Bellini is the best. Service is great, prices are inexpensive and the food is good

On the hotel side, clean room and comfortable. Very close to the Marina, so great for outdoor walking at night. They have a coin laundry room on our floor, which is a pleasant surprise. But they don't sell detergent or coin machine there, so be sure to come prepared. ($3 in quarter will cover washing and drying of one full load) We didn't really spend a lot time on the casino side since it's full of cigarette smoke.

Great wings and cheap beer but lots of shady people

Motel room was nice. Soft nice beds only problem was for the first hour or so in the evening there was other guests being super loud in the hallway and in and out being loud a lot but finally stopped and was great! Cafe was pretty good as well.

The style of the restaurant blows anything else in reno out of the water

Clean, reasonable and comfortable. One of the few locations left that doesn't beat you to death with resort fees. Off the strip in Sparks.
