First time at Western Village Inn & Casino and won't be the last. Really nice clean rooms at a fair price. When you travel with a dog you don't always get the best choices when it comes to pet friendly hotels. This was the best pet friendly hotel by far, they actually gave the VIP (Very Important Pet) treatment to our 4 legged family member with his own food & water bowls with a bottle of water and tennis ball. Very nice touch.
Nice bathroom and great shower, large flat screen TV and very comfortable beds
Sparks Marina and park are just outside the parking lot. Great place for a lot of activities like family picnic, exercise, paddle boarding, canoeing, jogging, swimming etc.
Really nice Casino as well with a good variety of machines and 2 really good restaurants, we loved Pancho & Willies Mexican Restaurant.
We will return to this Hotel and Casino when we are in the area and we will recommend to all.

I have not found a steakhouse that makes a better filet mignon. I don't typically like steak but theirs are amazing and melt in your mouth! The customer service is amazing. The whole experience is amazing. If you like whiskey I would suggest an "old fashioned" table side cocktail.

This place is on the older side, so quality is expected to be on the slack. However, with the casino separate, you get a lot of nose in the middle of the night. The rooms were nice, but you can tell they are trying to mask the age. Smoke seems to seep in from the halls. We were going to stay 4 nights, and had to cut it to 1, and find new accommodations. Decent, for the price. If you don't mind smoke..

They have remodeled and it look quite nice inside. The food is excellent, and affordable. The staff is very in tune with the guests, you can tell the pay attention and talk to you on a first name basis. The bartenders there are amazing as well. Variety of games which is always a bonus, plus plenty of comps and rewards for being a card holder.

We went to have brunch. My wife and I had never been in the place previously. We were surprised at the quality of the food as well as the service we received. To top it off we sat and had a great meal and with a big tip it was less than $40... Only recommendation I'd make is for them to have better seating in the waiting area. As well as signs posted about smoking near the restaurant.

This casino has top notch dining, we never miss Pancho and Willies when visiting Reno/Sparks.Great pizza and gelato too. Or if you're looking for a great steak dinner you'd be hard pressed to find better in the area. Low limit games are a big attraction so it does get pretty crowded at peak times.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are much better than expected especially for such a cheap rate. Only issues were: there are no microwaves in the room & often there were several people yelling and burning out in their cars at night.

The hotel itself is nice. Clean rooms, updated furnishings. But, if you are a smokers you're sol if you don't get a smoking room. There are no accommodations for smokers in the hotel itself. You have to walk across the parking lot to the casino to get coffee and have a decent cigarette without freezing. This was a winter months so it was cold. The hotel staff is less than polite. I don't recommend speaking to them before noon. Again, if you are a smoker bring plenty of cigarettes with you. They run $9.00 a pack in the gift shop!

The casino is nice, a lot of nice updated games. Highlight of my entire stay has to be Cafe Bellini. The staff went out of thier way to make me feel welcome and accommodate me. Down to going in the back and getting me a bowl sugar for my coffee. (Too many packets to open) The food is absolutely amazing. Had a party of 16, was seated right away and taken very good care of. The best Eggs Benedict I've had. It was nice going in at 5:00 am and the manager remembering you from the day before.

We like the coffee and Pancho Willies last time we ate there we did get a little sick off the prime rib but never had any other problems besides that I think it was just a fluke or maybe we were sick from another place I seriously doubt it was from this place but I never win when I gamble

I do like comming here for the restraint and snack bar. The games are fun and they have new and older game choices. They never offer birthday specials or free play or I would probly visit more often. I do however like cashing my check here to enter the drawing. The cashier made sure I knew that tips were excepted almost felt as 5hough it was expected. I left a $5 tip to the cashier. I didn't like that I felt expected too
