Went in to cash a check. They are very cautious and helpful in regards to making sure that the covid-19 exposure is limited. Always have loved this place and always still. Thanks W.V. for making the cut

This place with the view of the lake is amazing. The food is excellent, too, and very reasonable. I left my earrings behind after one stay and one of the employees in the security dept (Eddie) made sure I got them back safely. He went above and beyond. What a super employee! That's why we will continue to always stay here when we're in the Reno area.

Pancho Willie's was always great when I was a kid, I grew up eating there with my family, it's awesome it's back to its original name and good value, the service at some times need some serious help, but overall, it's very good value.

This is actually a Casino with a separate hotel. Hotel registration is done in the casino. The hotel rooms are in an adjacent building. Very large and well appointed and modern rooms. The casino has several restaurants. No buffet. But there are numerous alternative options close by. Easy access to I-80.

I love the cafe, it was super cool. Always is. Cheap food, but good food. Love that shrimp salad. The rest of the casino is... Well it's a casino. Smells of smoke and people passing away their hard earned money. But, if their bad habits keep this cafe going, and the awesome steakhouse, then I'll reap that fruit all day long.

Crooked dealers. Blatantly cheating.

Crooked dealers. Blatantly cheating.

I played roulette and the the lady "accidentally" left a 2nd marble in the roulette wheel for several spins. I remember it was in 17. After several games with no winners she ignored it. I didn't think much of it since it wasn't my number.

The moment one of my numbers came up she said it was no good since there was another ball in the wheel. After calling her out she partially refunded my last game but I still say that it was pretty suspicious.

Stay clear of this crooked place!!!!!

And before anybody accuses me of slander, I will have gaming commission subpoena the surveillance video on Friday, January 5, 2018 at about 215pm-330 pm!!!

The racist dealer (and the cheater) also has a rule that says White people can't smoke at her table.

I remember about 12 years ago I was playing roulette and I decided to smoke since it was a smoking table and everybody else was smoking. I was the only person she yelled at due strictly to my race!!!

The restaurant portion leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service, professionalism, food handling, preparation, and presentation. Otherwise my overall casino experience was average.

We ate at the Bellini Cafe, to which I ordered a glass of wine. After the long wait for just our drinks to come out (ordering food took even longer), the glass ended up with a lovely thick lipstick mark on the rim. Took a few minutes to get that corrected and when the replacement glass was brought it had tiny bits of cork in and around it. The food was not great, but not terrible, especially for the price. The table behind us also had an issue with a hair ball of some kind in one of their waters. So, the restaurants are mediocre, the games have little payout for charging more per turn on the games than other casinos in the area, and the drinks are a bit pricey. The staff were all very friendly though, which made it a bit better. Overall, it's ok for an occasional night out when we aren't looking to spend too much.

I was concerned about this hotel after seeing the price. $45 dollars for a room, can be a bit worrisome. We needed one close to our truck stop so we decided to give it a shot because the restaurants sounded amazing. I'm so impressed by this hotel. Jenna, the concierge who helped check us in was incredibly friendly and helpful, she should be training people. The safety measures getting into the hotel wing were very comforting knowing that I would be here alone for a period of time while my husband ran a load. The room is not only incredibly clean, but the bed is super comfortable, and the mixture of modern and classic wood grain and brass decor is simply beautiful. There were several lighting options, which doesn't sound like a big deal, but is to me. The shower was perfect. We ate at, The Steakhouse, inside the casino. The food was absolutely incredible. My husband has already decided what on the menu he plans to try the next time he comes through Reno. I wish there was a gate to get through the fence from the truck stop but the walk was more than worth it. Thank you guys so much for an incredible experience. I will be recommending you to everyone who comes through here.

The best part of coming here is coming back for more. The restaurants are the perfect touch. Made the casino seem like an arcade. Haha really this is a must go see and have dinner. The Steakhouse was perfect.

This is really a nice hotel for the price. The rooms have all been redone, it's very clean and the staff is very nice. The rooms are very inexpensive for what you re getting, I think my room was 50 bucks . At the casino there are four different places to eat, a deli for a sandwich or pizza, a Mexican restaurant that is outstanding, a coffee shop 24 hours and a famous steakhouse.

These are the tightest dam machines I ve been seen!! No wonder bc their owned by Peppermill Casino and the machines there are the same way.
The restaurants are pretty good but that s about it.
DON T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! You have a better chance at winning in the TA Alamo casino.

If you spend $100 to $200 in the casino and don t win anything, then it s obvious you shouldn t bother coming back and plus they don t give you free play money for new players like the majority of the casinos around here do.

This place is awful!!!

Fun place to play Roulette as long as you don't ent up with the racist dealer Jaja. Everyone at the table was smoking but when I lit up (being the only White guy there) she started screaming at me about my smoke. When I asked about all the other smoke she said "you just worry about yourself".

I play there but when she takes over, I MOVE! I don't play well with racists.
