I worked for this company 2018,at 1 of the hotels,all seemed fine at first until I noticed alot of Drug Addicts were employed there also,after 1 incident I spoke with my Supervisor &The GM yet nothing was done,afew weeks later I was robbed on property due to the Negligence of the GM,and was pretty much treated as if it was my fault,I went and spoke with HR and was told that the GM"s boss would come and speak,less then 2 weeks later I had a accident due to the Negligence of a co-worker that was a addict.I took all the proper channels that were asked of me,as far as doctor's, therapy and the accident,this is when the GM started telling my Supervisors I was faking my injuries,I was looked over for a well deserved promotion as I was told that the position didn't exist.But it did and 2 Co-workers that didn't apply for the position got offered and accepted it.I continued to work hurt with doctors orders of lite duty that I didn't get until 8-10 later,the GM spoke to the insurance company and told many untruths,when I spoke to them I had some choice words about the GM and the next day I was pulled into a meeting,hit with a write and reprimanded.I know all this took place due to me being BLACK.I HAVE PLENTY OF PROOF,yet no one did anything to stop it.
