Several problems with very expensive pergola since the beginning and poor support from the company which doesn t give any attention to his customers. In addition, support comes to fix problems after several months and doesn t even come with appropriate materials. Still hasn t changed yet. Absolutely not recommended.

I bought a B200 XL pergola in May 2018 Good points: - an aesthetic that is unanimous - 21 cm robust and waterproof blades - Convenient remote control for blade rotation, screens, integrated lighting and heating - evacuation of invisible rainwater Problems encountered during editing: - HS electronic motherboard changed - several axes of blades too big non mountable AND UNFORTUNATELY mistakes after installation: - at the first major gust of wind, a side face fallen to the ground because of insufficient fixations. I am not the only customer concerned. Additional fixations have been added. - frost protection that does not work and therefore risk of destruction of the blade opening motor. It was necessary that I threaten to alert the DGCCRF and other media so that the representative (SAV non-existent) solves the problem: in fact, the program was simply not loaded. Resolved in 5 minutes after a year and a half

As a driver, I have to say that the loading / unloading conditions are terrible, everything is disorganized, pallets are everywhere, loose material here and there, everything looks nice to the buyer but the logistics take a long time, more than 2 hours and without having no one .. time consuming time consuming because there is no space for the material.

Very sad experience with Brustor, service afterwards is a disaster, good to sell but good service afterwards is hard to find, already had 2 distributors, they cannot work on it, break the installation and say afterwards that they have not visited , called to the person in charge of West-Flanders a certain Maxim Devos visited us for the first time, sorry we can't do it The dealer takes too much away from us, very sad now back a problem, telephoned emails sent they don't answer anymore, very sad, not worth a star yet, think carefully if you buy brustor I would say !!!

I ordered on May 4 a awning with rolling K380 prestige lambrequin for an amount of 7300 that made 8 weeks and no delivery (departure date always postponed) it does not take two months to make a awning ?? given the reviews on the internet I regret my purchase from Brustor. If you must choose a awning avoid Brustor.

Pergola B128 Order From Rowastor Delivery and installation postpone 2 x delivery time not give the reseller 6 to 8 weeks it has been 6 months today and again 1 report without delivery date to be given by the supplier (Brustor) not all of this seriously.

Having been a Brustor dealer for 6 years, the quality of service has deteriorated considerably, I noticed multiple problems on orders which led to considerable delays in delivery, and products delivered not complete ... We can add also a total indifference from the sales department and Sav, who confessed to me after an error on their part: "don't be there to think", a very long reaction time ... A headache for the end customer and for the company ... In short, very little motivation and involvement in product quality.

I ordered something unreliable from Wisoal at the end of September, every week others do not give a clear answer whether the material is already in Austria or not, hopefully it will be installed in 2021, something that can certainly not be recommended

Really not pleasant experience. Intalled 10 months ago I have reported problems to the installer since month 5 and still no reponse (Summerglass installation in Madrid). Leakage and unormal vibrations in one of the elements. I have received all kind of excuses from technical analysis of the problem in Brustor up to very busy time to repair and also that I received a good offer and what can I expect. Really expect a solution.
