Had a very bad experience. Paid $200 for ducts cleaning $300 for general cleaning. $300 general cleaning for windows SPOT clean only dusting wall, and vacuum floor and mop. This exclude the upstairs ( after calling the manager then only he included the vacuuming). Also, according to the manager Steven, $300 doesn t include bathroom cleaning ( except just the floor in the shower stall) again, after complaining he had the crews to clean it ( very bad job). He sent two very young boy and girl who never clean home before, doesn t know what to do, don t even undersatnd how to use the vacuum for what purpose. Vacuuming the window screen without a brush hose attached, stairs without a stairs hose, corner or baseboard area not clean. All they did was randomly clean here and there ( I have to watch them clean to tell them where need to be cleaned ) no systematic way. Very stressful day and if you have that $300 to waste then go ahead to try them. It s my first and will be my last.
