As a health care worker myself, I have seen the inside of good and bad care homes so I was very nervous when it came time to put my family member in one. I am very thankful to have found Wesbury. The grounds are clean and very well kept. Everyone from the office staff to the maintanace crew are supper friendly and helpful to families and their clients. I know their jobs are overwhelming and challenging yet everyone puts their best foot forward.
Every care home needs to follow the lead of Wesbury United if they want to be successful and thrive.

My parents chose to go to the Westbury Retirement Community s assisted living facility in early February after exploring all the options for their care. It is very evident, during this COVID-19 outbreak, that they made the right choice. The level of their care has been phenomenal. The staff has gone over and beyond to care for all their emotional and physical needs.
Westbury has truly been a blessing to not only them, but to my family, as we are assured that our parents are receiving outstanding care. Thank you and may God richly bless you.

The staff I have encountered has been very nice and are very considerate as far as I know. I am talking as Westbury as a whole system. I have seen and heard of a lot of stuff happening to people financially and also how Wesbury treats the work force at Westbury. This has nothing to do with the staff, nurses, aides etc. They are very friendly.

My great grandmother lives at Westbury . I love how they treat her. The staff have respect for the elders and are very nice as well. If you have a loved one that needs care trust Wesbury. I have some sort of trust issues and I even trust them!

There are bedbugs in the independent living houses and employees are told to not tell the residents or their families they have them and there are also Dementia patients living in independent living houses when they should be in the facility where a nurse can be with them at all times! I dont work there and I never have so I am not a disgruntled employee! They over work their staff and have no concern for their health and well being ! I'm not impressed at all! Ik.all this to be true cuz iv know alotta people who have or still do work there! Cant say I beluve they have the older peoples best interest at heart atleast here in Meadville !!!
