Seminar rooms were very good. Didnt experience any other part of the complex

Fantastic staff, clean comfortable room, excellent food.

The conference space is clean and pleasant except the room was much too cold for the morning. Food was of a decent standard and selection, although the restaurant was a bit dated, especially compared to the other conference facilities.

Room was clean quiet and comfortable was really pleasantly surprised for the price. Would definitely come back again! Hope this hotel keeps it this up!

Lovely stay but restaurant was taken over by christening guests so struggled to get a seat for our evening meal

I use Hillscourt Conference Centre as a member of the union who own it. It is set in very pleasant quiet surroundings. The centre is always kept clean and the rooms. The staff are extremely pleasant and the food is excellent.

Love this place, had my 30th birthday and planning my wedding here which is in 2 weeks.fantastic staff. Amazing wedding planner and lovely atmosphere

Bathroom needed a little work but otherwise a decent hotel. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing venue .
We had our wedding reception at hillscourt. The wedding coordinator Jane helped us through the whole wedding planning experience. She became like a friend to us . My husband is very fussy eater and this was no problem. I was perfectly made to feel at ease that the menu would deliver good food. Which they did . We had no complaints and everyone said how fantastic the food was.
I stayed the night before and was made to feel so special , the staff were really helpful and Jane made sure that everything ran smoothly.
After the wedding we returned to the hotel and the red carpet treatment.
The whole evening was amazing and relaxing. Everyone said it was a fantastic venue , we thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Everyone raved about the food and especially hog roast on the evening.
We found it brilliant having the 2 rooms to entertain our guests as we could relax in one and dance away in the other .
Our sweet tavle and props were all laid out in prefect locations .
We has lots of guests stay and reception staff were brilliant especially Lee .

Lovely centre, gets a little bit confusing with the seperate buildings for food/ conference and bedrooms but they are all quite close to each other. Food is good and rooms are very comfortable

It's a NASUWT conference centre it's well equipped with accommodation for overnight stays.

First time here and all i can say is brilliant night staff was really friendly

I spend a lot of time away with my job, and I think this place is brilliant. Great facilities, the rooms are comfortable, the food is good and the conferencing facilities are excellent. The price is very reasonable and I always get breakfast included. Lovely surroundings too.

Friendly staff. Excellent food. Room was small but clean. Nice view. Bed very comfortable but too small for me as it was a single and I'm used to a king. Lots of hot water for shower and plenty of pressure. Happy to stay here again.

This place is amazing every time i have been here the food has been amazing. From main dinners to buffets I've had hem all. The staff are lovely too from the waiters to the bar staff. I actually got married here & my grandad has had his 100th birthday here and they always put on a great event for you that makes the occasion special. The bar is very reasonably priced from coffees to beers to spirits and a great selection. They have alot of nice rooms, this place really does show all the others round here how it's done. If I get invited here I always go due to how nice it is. The grounds are lovely too you can have a nice walk around with a coffee or beer and only 2 mins from a route up the Lickys. Simple, quiet and clean environment. Food is very tasty and filling. Courteous staff but room was a bit small.

Tiny rooms, food is mostly blend. Its clean and staff is nice

Lovely location. However a few niggles such as damp musty shower room. No shower gel and breakfast being dried out and rushed due to conference and lack of staff. All staff were great but unfortunately couldn't rectify the issues. Poss a one off?

The service is okay but the rooms are very small and cramped, many with only single beds. Don't expect amazing food but it's better than what you would expect at a Premier Inn. The waiting staff themselves though are very friendly and professional. In terms of the location itself it cam very easily be missed if you aren't looking out for it, I drove past it first time. It's badly signposted. There is however plenty of parking so there isn't much risk of not finding a space.

We had out wedding here and had a tremendous day. Jane and the team worked really hard to ensure no detail was missed. The food is top class the place is clean, lovely gardens and their customer service makes you feel special. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Amazing food! Wonderful staff can't do enough for you. Bit disappointed in my room, however it was just a place to sleep, I wasn't living there! Would highly recommend.

Food very good but the dance floor was not very big for large groups people left because they could not dance

This is my unions hq, but does get used for lots of other things including weddings. Its a lovely spot, considering how close it is to Birmingham. Food is one of its outstanding attributes.

Lovely place and staff couldn't be more helpfully, they made my son's wedding day very special.

Beautiful hotel, located in a park with car park on site. Clean rooms and with friendly staff, reasonable pricing. Conference and meeting rooms for all kind of events. Sailed by public pathways for extended walks, especially Beacon Hill Toposcope with a gret view towards Birmingham.

Nice conference hotel, located in a small park and with ample parking at the house. Clean rooms, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Directly from the hotel several hiking trails (public paths) in the area and invite you to extensive walks. Highly recommended is the Beacon Hill Telescope with a great view towards Birmingham.

Lovely place to stay, clean room, tea and coffee in room. Both bar and restaurant food good. This is our 2nd stay, and will be back.

Physically the hotel is clean, comfortable and well placed for me. The showers are rather pathetic and some of the rooms ridiculously small. However; what makes me choose Hillscourt as my hotel of choice when staying in Longbridge is the staff. I have yet to speak to anybody at the hotel that isn t really happy to be there. This translates to a brilliantly friendly and helpful staff that seem to almost become friends! The young lady behind the bar (Megan?) deserves a particular mention, always smiling, helpful, patient and generally a pleasure to deal with. (The foods not bad either)

Interesting setup - a teachers union conference centre which doubles as a hotel when not being used for conferences! Price was good - single room was a little small, but well looked after, tidy and clean. Front desk staff were welcoming, as was the person manning the breakfast buffet which was well stocked and really nice! In a convenient location for Birmingham, and barrier secured parking - would definitely stay here again if I was passing through!

Great food, but very dirty shower. Found hairs on the shower wall, plus mould and grime, clearly not cleaned properly for a while. Food was excellent though and bed comfy.

We only used the bar but the staff were nice and helpful

If you don't have too high expectations then you won't be disappointed. This is an NASUWT conference centre masquerading as a budget hotel. Some of the rooms have been decorated but it's still a little rough round the edges. Some rooms are tiny and there is certainly no soundproofing (eg. when there is a disco downstairs you will feel like you are at the party!) Breakfast is great but finishes promptly so get in early.

Great food, rural location.

Out of the way but still an easy to reach distance from Birmingham. Service is really good. Rooms are comfortable. Great place for functions and meetings. Food is delicious!

Beautiful place fantastic room, only suggestion have a bar or coffee room open in the afternoon so people can gat a drink, especially if they have travelled a long way, we was dieing for a drink x

I have stayed here in the main hotel and the rooms in a different block. The rooms in the main building are much better and more luxurious - this is where you want to be. The separate block is really basic, also the bathroom has automatic lights on/off and is a nuisance as turned off whilst I was in the shower.
The breakfast is good and stays fresh and service very pleasant. The receptionists are also very friendly and welcoming.

On a sunny summer day, the views are breathtaking. Close enough to trail off into the Lickey Hills. Staff at the venue are so warm and friendly. It's a dying art: service with a smile. Thank you.
