An amazing place to work. Location is great and facilities are incredible. Can't wait to make more use of the basketball court. The business community is fantastic and waterman staff super supportive.

My personal experience is one that is happily speak about to anyone who displayed interest in furthering their professionalisms. Already at Melbournes most popular shopping centre and the choice for boutiques from around the world to share their experience, what better reassurance do you need to have your own space within the business Center at Waterman! Be sure to bring a pen! These spaces go quick when available. I believe there are more locations about Melbourne if you don t find your growing business needs at Chadstone. Thank you Waterman for your experience.

Difficult to find and there are no directions for it in and around shopping centre. The space itself is good however not warm and inviting more clinical

Disgusted by the way I was treated by Waterman staff Hi Andrew So what does the $30 per month cover? ( Why would we allow someone to come into our $8 million dollar business centres for $30 a month, use all our meeting rooms and then find that they aren t going to transfer the money? ) I am insulted by this comment I could pay the next 10 years up front in cash. Extremely predatory pricing for hotdesks. Lures you in with a $30/month deal, then surprises you with thousands of extra costs. Crazy prices for desk hire ($20/hr), meeting rooms ($50/hr+), and best of all - after hours phone service ($165/hr). Absolutely predatory.

What a great night, a group of ladies wanting to expand there PD. Now did your know, Women-owned small businesses are adopting more digital tools and 2007 and 2016, the number of women-owned firms increased by 45%, compared to just a 9% increase among all businesses. A great business section I would love to work in this atmosphere

Nothing more I love then doing business with Waterman, the staff, the facilities you can never fault. From the first meeting, all the way through they are super supportive! I highly recommend Waterman.

We have office at the top level of this centre and we absolutely love it. It has great views, fantastic facilities, great ambience, very community minded staff, awesome community of business owners supporting each other....

These guys host great networking events. They're facilities are emasculate, staff polite and co-workers professional. This place defiantly makes you look successful and it's conveniently located.

We met with Hayden of Maywood Property Group. Very informative and did an excellent job presenting us with all possible options for our requirements.

We made the decision to get out of our uninspiring offices and into somewhere dynamic, with good energy and all the mod cons. Waterman delivers - so much so that I've been telling everyone about this gem! Location is fantastic - two minutes from the Monash, and right next to the Eastern - so I can get to almost anywhere in Melbourne within 30-40 minutes. Facilities are like nothing else I've seen anywhere, and the place is really well thought out - staff are tremendous and couldn't be more helpful. There's lots of places to sneak off to if you need a break - lovely gardens and lawns to lay on - bbq areas, 'pods' for outdoor meetings - And the best part? It's all at a really good price - I was looking at places that were pretty awful and would be paying significantly more. At Waterman everything is taken care of, so I can concentrate on my business. Get on board while you can!!!

Amazing place to work out of, great culture and clean working spaces!

Awesome place for business people to work in a professional, clean, inviting, collaborative workplace with like minded people. Very beautifully designed for freelance work and other professionals looking for a work space.

I was looking at this space for a colleague who wanted to have a shared office in a place that would work for them. After initially having trouble finding the place in the plethora of space at Chadstone Shopping Centre, I took the elevator upstairs and that's when the lovely journey began. I was shown around the centre and was blown away by the size and facility. There are some great boardrooms of various sizes. There are open office desks, hot desks, small offices, little meeting rooms, open kitchen area, large group area that would hold say 120 people. Mini golf, bean bags, outdoor area and much more. This light filled place has it all. I also came here for a BNI meeting which are run early in the morning (7am) and found the security into the building excellent. For us women, that is important. Well worth a visit everyone. You never know what you'll find for your future office space.

Great office location and a really collaborative space.

A workplace unlike anything else in Australia. This 4 floor business hub has got so many different places to work, all with a unique feel. You don t need to go out of the business park for any amenities such as meeting and board rooms, lecture theaters, places to eat, gym, childcare center and running and cycling tracks around the lake. It s an amazing place that it just going to get better with time and as the surround business park continues to expand.

Absolute disgrace! COVID19 hit Victoria and businesses were in lockdown. Despite cancelling my membership, Waterman opted to continue charging me for three months. I have since requested a refund and I am now being told their terms state we are not entitled to a refund. It is tough enough for business at the moment and this adds further pressure to the situations. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is a fantastic place to set yourself up for co-working or a small office. The location is convenient, the staff are superb, and the facilities amazing. As a hotdesker I particularly enjoy being able to interact with other business owners throughout the day, or keep entirely to myself as needed.
