Absolute disgrace!

Absolute disgrace!
COVID19 hit Victoria and businesses were in lockdown. Despite cancelling my membership, Waterman opted to continue charging me for three months. I have since requested a refund and I am now being told their terms state we are not entitled to a refund. It is tough enough for business at the moment and this adds further pressure to the situations.
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
