The rooms are beautiful as well as the casino. Love to go there it's always crowded though that's what you get I guess. We also like to go to the concert

The carpets and bathrooms are quite outdated. However the bed was very comfortable. We had a lamp that needed a new bulb, it was replaced within 15 min of my call, so great service on that end.

We were charged for a room we were not suppose to pay for when we tried to get this taken care of all we got was the run around. I was sent to the hotel management that did not answer there phone or return the call . so as far as today they still have my money well more of it.I wont stay here again .There is no recourse for this check your charges when you get home and good luck.

I haven't dared to stay here but the casino sucks and moat of their staff is rude.

Montego is always way good. They usually come fast for drinks and pretty polite dealers. Bar tenders are quick to get you a drink as well.

Hospitality was at an all time high anf greatly appreciated.

The new "Shoot to Win Craps" game at the Wendover Nugget is great. It allows you to bet as little as one dollar in the pass line. It operates just like a real craps table. There were several other people playing while I was playing. We were having a great time!

It wasn't very welcoming .. the staff acted like i owed there sister child support or something

The Nugget was great for gambling food and drinks we actually won some money so that was also nice the slot seemed to be a loser and all the employees were very friendly I will go there again soon

I would give a zero if I could. holy cow you need to remodel and Hire better Hotel staff. This place is falling apart. Also when you say free wifi make it available in all the rooms

It is what it is.... A casino. Fun place, have some older machines which I prefer.

The Nugget with the new One Club is pretty awesome. I like being able to print my comps out right at the kiosk.

This was one of the worst rooms I have ever had.it was a smoking room there was no ash trays the lamp in the e room did not work and the drain was clogged.I am undecided if I will ever stay there again.

The nugget is a fun place to be at. Especially for the dance floor. Nice people and you can always expect a fight haha.

This was by far the worst hotel we've ever been in. We checked in around 6p and dropped off our luggage and went to dinner/gambling. We didn't notice the disgusting situation until we got back around 2a.

The access panel in the bathroom to the plumbing was broken and in what looked to be an attempt to fix it with scotch tape.

The phone, TV, radio alarm, and one bedside lamp were broken.

The floor lamp, though working, was missing the shade.

There was water damage throughout the whole room.

And finally the curtains were covered in some sort of black mold.

This Hotel is disgusting, DO NOT STAY HERE!

ive gambled for 48 years and i used to go to the pepper mill and montego bay all the time i was one of there bigest comped players then i caught the peper mill cheating me on a bet i went to the gameing board and it was corrected and they would get me so drunk i couldnt make it back to the room with out pasing out one night i had $7860 in an envelope and i never put my money in an envelope i tolld mark my money was missing he said it was down stairs some black man had turned it in. any way they 86 me out of there they owed me over 3600 dollars in comps i took it to the gaming comission and they said since i was 86 out of there they didnt owe it to me so go to the nugget the dealers are frendly and the comps are better and they treat you like a human being or go to the red garter for a $2.50 breakfeast. the sea food buffet at the nuget is excellent on friday night. so asta lavesta Bill pacanete

This has been my choice cassino in Wendover for years. But after visiting the Montego and Peppermill and my most recent trip, I've realized the Nugget is worn and outdated.

The Casino was okay the restrooms were nasty and the room we stayed in was really outdated and rundown

Stayed one night, room was falling apart, curtains, floor, sink only had hot water. At least room had decent ac and flat screen tv. Hotel kitchen was offline. Price was cheaper then super 8 so guess you get what you paid for.

So we went to the Casino!!!! Jeff the dealer was absolutely amazing!!!! Very helpful learning the rules of BlackJack, however the reason i gave 2 stars is because of the Cafe in the Nugget!!!! We were seated and yet after 18 min not greeted. The hosts did not notify the server we were there.... now with that said she also did not take it upon herself to greet us in her section either!!!! Wth way to make us feel insignificant!!!!!! I'll go to the casino, but not the Cafe and i will not rent a room there now ever!!!!!

Rolfff!!! So the casino, atrium, lobby, and shops are just fine. But don't get in an elevator!! The hallways wall coverings were melting off (who has wall coverings anyway!?) The room was dingy, maybe halfway clean , pool closed, and when I made it to ice machine... SURPRISE didn't work. At least the elevator worked that day.

No 5 dollar tables on the weekends! Thanks for lowering yourselves to Vegas's level. I'm done going to Wendover.

Tight slots and it took forever to get a drink while playing on the machines.

It's a decent place and very comfortable being a California girl experiencing for the first time Utah and Nevada whatever it was a great experience.

Had a room in the tower, main door and bathroom door doesn't shut properly, you could throw a cat thru the main door, someone kept trying to get in the room thru out the night. Bathroom dirty, have dried urine next to the toliet, so u know that hadn't been cleaned and there was long black hair on the sink area that didn't belong to us. The shower goes cold, cold if someone uses the sink. The furnace/a.c. has a mind of its own. 1 minute it throws cold air then it throws hot air, window leaks air. By looking at the structure of the towers( carpet pulling away from wall, doors hanging crooked, bathroom floor slants down) that maybe the towers should be bulldozed down before it collapses on its own. Won't be back, by the way the buffet most of the food was cold told waitress and she told staff but no one did anything about it. And it just opened when we where there.

Don't even waste your money. Dirty rooms. Trash and debris all over the floors in our room upon check in. Mold on the ceilings. Water damage in vanity and bathroom ceiling tiles. Carpet pulled away from the walls. Horrible, horrible service at the Harvest Cafe. There are plenty of rooms that are clean in Wendover, at the same cost. Stay in one of them instead.

Very dirty, shower didn't function right, no AC so we had to leave a window open (which was noisy!), WAYYY over priced for the low quality, poor customer service. Never staying in The Nugget again.

Nugget is the place, best relaxed vibe, sports book and great poker. Membership program is worth it for sure! Rooms need a renovation now that money is coming back to Dover.

We're looking for taco place. Hard to fond. Good tacos. Hate navigating casinos.

They're cool about free rooms. It's the least they could do since I give them all my money right?

Don't plan on winning right now after the "Rona" no one is walking away with any cash

The accommodation where good, but their restaurant had terrible service. My husband ordered coffee that was completely forgotten about, until we mentioned it to the host 20 minutes later. I had order a wrap sandwich an sweet fries and they completely brought out the wrong sandwich. By the time they brought out the right wrap, mind you in a to-go box; I had finished my fries and was no longer hungry. :(
I believe the problem was a communication issue, as our waiter neither spoke or understood English very well. Please, please, people; if you're going to be a public servant to the community learn to speak proper English!!

You get what you pay for. I reserved a room online six weeks before my stay, which was a stop over on a long road trip west. We pull in around 10PM local time and I find out my room does not have wifi....they only have some rooms that have wifi and I was out of luck. I would not even reserved the room in the first place had this been a possibility. The staff at the front desk was unprofessional, sharing a story and giggle between themselves while checking me in, the girl at the desk the next morning wasn t much better, not pleasant at all. The Room? smoky and warm, the AC unit was probably on its last legs. The light in the bathroom area did not work and there was not a stopper in the sink. The ice machine nearest to me was dropping about 6 cubes a minute, found another one that worked thankfully. This was my first experience in Nevada and thought a casino would be fun but no, Even though the rates here are great, it is a facility in need of some TLC, I wish I'd have played it safe and booked a Chain Motel at a higher cost.

We got the Jacuzzi sweet, and loved it. The casino was great and very enjoyable. Had a great time

Fun place. They have my favorite drinks and the slots are good.

Rooms are amazing. They make you feel like you are important. Dealers and rest of staff are kind.

MY WIFE AND I VISITED WENDOVER ON 4/22 WITH A BUS LOAD OF SENIORS FROM EVANSTON, WY. WE ALWAYS HAVE FUN IN WENDOVER.

Called the front desk at 11 am to request an ice bucket and a do not disturb sign. On hold for 35 minutes before anyone answered. No one brought the bucket or sign. Housekeeping never showed up. Called again at 6 pm and requested the bucket and sign. On hold for 25 minutes before anyone answered. Someone brought the bucket and sign about 45 minutes later. Called again around 7 pm because we ordered a PPV movie and the the TV stopped working. We couldn't change the channel or even turn off the TV On hold for 49 minutes. Two people came up about 30 minutes later and said the had to "reset the system" and they'd be back. Two hours later they hadn't come back. Called the front desk again. On hold for 37 minutes. They said they'd look into it again. Another 2 hours and still have a useless TV. Called again at 11 pm. Told them to forget it and take the move off our bill. Checked out early and went to a different hotel.

A place to relax. Its a truck driver lounge across the street. That has free showers for truck drivers. Plus they give u a coupon book for drivers.

Husband and I went to Wendover on Trailways bus. We were given a coupon booklet upon arrival at the casino containing tickets for a free meal, drinks, and five dollars to spend as you please. Awesome selection and variety at the buffet. Played the dollar, quarter, dime and nickel slots. Didn't leave with any winnings but we left happy, tired and grateful that we could rest on the bus ride home.

The room was nice. The view faced east so we got the sun. It was an amazing sight but there was no way to shut the window except utilizing two screws put into the wall to stretch the curtain, hooking it on large holes. The staff was very friendly though.

A good place to rest and enjoy gambling and having some very cold sevesitas

Need to fix your on line buffet hours they are no correct

Good rooms if you are just looking for a place to crash for the night and a decent casino with quite a few cocktail waitresses making it pretty easy to get drinks

Literally had so much fun here with my friends! I would highly recommend that you go. I play roulette mostly and the tables were a blast! Our hotel room was inexpensive, the one issue was that the hot water wasn t working so the 4 of us couldn t shower the next morning. I m not super picky though.

Overnight stay was good here. Room was half the price as other casinos around but had all the same features. Couldn't go wrong

Buffet was really good, but overall it was exactly what you would expect from an older casino/hotel. The bus in was a lot of fun tho.

Terrible customer service. The casino is practically a ghost town so I am not sure why it's so hard to he treated kindly. The gift shop attendant on 01/03 in the evening laughed me out of the shop after I asked a question about the player's club. I will give serious pause before returning to this property.

We got to our room and noticed there wasn't any hot water. I called down to the desk to let them know. They told me they will send maintenance up to look at it. A couple hours later no phone call or nothing I called again to see the status of it. They said they are going to call maintenance and get right back to me. Finally maintenance showed up and told us he will check out the boiler. Whatever he did worked. We came back to the hotel around 130 am. Again no hot water in the shower. I called down to the desk, this time to switch rooms. We got our new rooms, the first thing I checked was the hit water. Nope if course. Here it is close to 2 am and all we wanted was hot water. I went doen to the desk and asked to speak to the manager. The desk clerk called him and at first he was hesitant to speak to us. Then he finally told us that IF WE WANTED TO TALK TO HIM, WE HAVE TO FIND HIM IN THE CASINO. Absolutely ridiculous! He was the pit boss at the time. When we found him, he told us that since they were slow, he could talk to us. Really? What manager says that? We started to tell him what was going on and kept interuppting us and said, "let me jump ahead of you." No, if u do u won't be able to hear exactly what was going on. Evidently he said that they are about to remodel and just putting band aids on issues till that time. Terrible! He got us another room, this time with a Jacuzzi. Both The manager and clerk said there isn't a guarantee of hot water. We would have to check. The only hot water came out of the jacuzzi. So we bathed in the Jacuzzi. Never again will I stay here. The manager's name is Dave. Very unprofessional.

We stayed in on of the tower rooms above the parking garage. It was a nice room, although to furnace/ac made loud nice all night.

casino ventilation is terrible, several machines in casino was not working. Not my favorite casino and hotel.

The Nugget has new owners. They are working on improvements. New machines, better food, improved comps. But the best thing about the Nugget is rather it is an owner a bartender a slot person they treat you like you are a high roller. I love their people.
