Selection of monetary variety sucked have fun if you want to only play it one penny or $0.05 no thanks I won't be back

We went to the nugget with a craving for cheesecake lol. First we went to the buffet and of course you cant just pay for dessert at a buffet, but while there we were introduced to Greg the food and beverage supervisor I believe. He was AWESOME! He personally walked us to the cafe, got us a table and comped our cheesecake! Never in our lives have we had such excellent service or been treated so well! The staff at the cafe were awesome too! Service with a smile and above and beyond anything we ever expected. ( oh the cheesecake was amazing too!)

We had a great experience at the nugget casino. We met a fantastic staff member at the roulette table. Jaime was friendly, patient as we learned the game, and had a great attitude. Jaime clearly enjoys providing spectacular customer service. We have never felt more welcome at a casino table.

Room are crappy but the view and entertainment is good.

Great area a lot to do around it, room was clean, service was great attentive staff and good drinks. The only problem I had was while in the casino the smell of smoke got so bad I got a headache.

Undergoing renovations but room was very nice only lacking in the area of cocktail service

Under New Management Now. New owners. A lot of My Perks have been taken away or reduced. It seems like the slots are not paying off as well either.

The air conditioning was not working in the room and it was so hot! I love the casino but it was also very hot this visit!

Best roulette wheel in wendover....if you have Zoe and Cam playing too

Loved this place! Right next to the Bonneville salt flats and has very friendly staff! Better than hotels twice its rate and has fun games to boot! Definitely will stay again!

On a recent trip to Utah I stopped in to the Nuget. Unfortanly it was the most nasties room I have EVER STAYED IN. I was certainly concerned about brining bedbugs home with me, the shower had mold and the carpet was thilfy dirty.I most definitely never stay there again nor recommend it to any one.

I like the Nugget but have never won a jackpot there

It is the most boring casino in the world ... look at my face !!!!

I like this they remodeled and moved it my kids didn't like it because they said its all old people in there and they said it smells like old follies. There a little crazy went there for my daughters 21st birthday stayed the night .it was fun

Disapointing. Paid for an "upgraded" room. AC was not working (July). Approx 35% of the machines on the floor were our of service, and the place is about 5 yrs overdue for a remodel. Then again, I'm not really hip to model design and trends.... perhaps they are going for the "distressed" look?

stayed here for a quick overnighter. the beds were uncomfortable, as were the pillows. the temperature controls don't let you choose a temperature, rather just give you the option "on, off, low, medium, high." some of the bathrooms were pretty gross, others were wonderfully clean. i loved the indoor courtyard--it was a nice break from the bright lights and noise. fun $5 blackjack tables, most of the dealers were decently patient with those learning. staff was attentive and brought around drinks like clockwork.

Nice people, good fun. Could use a little updating but otherwise great.

Good: reasonably sized rooms, beds were reasonably comfortable, nice big shower, good social distancing in restaurants, masks and temperature check on entry, decent internet
Bad: room was freezing and thermostat didn't work, cable didn't work ( they warned us), few outlets, tiny towels, gave us coupons for free meals at the Red Garter for 1)a restaurant that is closed and 2) a restaurant that didn't serve the food the coupon was for.

This hotel needs some serious remodeling!!! The first room we were put in the carpet was absolutely filthy, broken chair, chipped up furniture and stunk! They gave us a much nicer room in their words, the carpet in this room was only pretty dirty, lampshade missing, water damage on ceilings. I would never go back, it needs to be shut down and gutted!!!

I went to Wendover on the bus trip a few weeks back. It was super!
The buffet was full and stocked, the salad was fresh, and the dessert was wonderful!
I also received a coupon for a free Starbucks coffee.
I go to Wendover as often as possible. I have stayed a few times also at the hotel.
During the summer I know they keep their pool clean and ready to use for families or lounging around.

I Love the Nugget, Its the only Hotel I stay at, and it has great rates!!!

My Experience....I took my occasional trip to wendover this weekend & thought I try out the nugget casino & hotel & I was extremely disappointed in couple of the employee's customer service.

I got me my 1st players card and decided to play the craps, slot machines & poker from 7pm till 8am the next day.....spending over $2,500.00 back and forth winning and losing money...& I received "0" in comps on my card...so I thought I try figuring why, in the process I was sent to the pit boss, then to a cashier then to the front lobby then so on till I had to literally walk around the entire casino asking random employees on who can help me....

Finally I was referred to the VIP manager a lady, I tracked her down and she said go talk to the pit boss I'm busy....then I talked to the pit boss and then explained my situation and he said I will have to get with the VIP lady, I said I have already spoken to her she sent me to you....he called her on the radio...she said she was too busy to handle it...so she told the pit boss day shift sunday to handle it....he said okay....so he looked me up to verify my playing time...he said okay we will help...just go to the VIP manager lady and give her your players card # and name...I said okay then went back to her & she said I'm busy come back 3hrs later....I said I'm leaving now...she said sorry....I said the pit boss guy told me to leave my players card # with you...she said nope...I'm busy...and couldn't explain why....wow at this point my patience was gone....I was extremely disappointed in the VIP Manager and Pit Boss Manager's poor service....

I am a business owner if I found out my employees was treating my customers poorly like this and not helping or getting my customers help on the spot...they would be fired!!

Players cards and earning points at nugget casino is a joke...dont waste your money or time there....

I've always liked the nugget and will continue to go there in the future

Shoild of had more cocktail waitresses but other then that it was great.

Don't waste money on paying for the electric if you are staying at the rv area it pops the breaker

Don't go there. If you have The Choice to go...go to any other place... luxury Jacuzzi Room not up to standards... vents dirty... door of the bathroom coming off... fear the door knob breaking off and not be able to exit the bathrooom... rude front desk staff... Tiffany does not know how to answer the phone... no valet or bellhop... no room service... the rooms was just dirty... ice machine did not work on our floor... they didn't care...over all extremely dissatisfied

I love going to Wendover Nugget. It is very relaxing after work. The Buffet is more high class and does not have bugs in it like the other places. The casino has all the favorite games. It's not gaudy in decor and has a very pleasant staff. Just remember to tip the waitresses though. Wendover is the cheaper "Vegas" as I like to call it. What happens in Wendover also stays in Wendover. Love you Wendover Nugget. Muuuaaah!!!

It's alright. Room was fine. Casino is fine. I wouldn't ever go back.

I always try to stop at the Nugget when I'm in wendover. My particular reason for being there is the $5 craps tables, and great Central location. Lots of fun always.

It was fairly dead for a Tuesday afternoon. No one was working the roulette table. The staff was friendly.

Elevators were all broken and our room had multiple maintenance issues that they never sent anyone up to fix. The entire building is falling apart.

It's fun to come out here as long as you can break even

I am a frequent visitor to Wendover for concerts and have stayed at all the casino hotels. The Wendover Nugget is the best value for the money. The beds are comfortable, the rooms CLEAN and the food is great. I have also found that I win more at the Nugget than the others.

The absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. Not only was the room over $120 bucks a night, it was crawling with BEDBUGS. I left covered in itchy bedbug bites. The floors were disgusting. The drapes were all torn up and shredded. The walls are so thin I was kept up all night listening to my neighbor puking in their bathroom. It was a terrible terrible experience. Will NEVER stay here again. And I'll definitely discourage anyone I know from staying at this hotel when visiting Wendover.

FUN !!! MACHINES PLAYED and played. No big wins but lots of fun.

Rooms were unclean, bathroom had last guests hair I'm the tub and on "clean" towels. Floors were dirty, and we did not get maid service and had to track down toilet paper.

I stay at this hotel every time I'm in wendover. Granted there are better places to stay, but they're overpeiced. Truth is as far as bang for your buck. You get the best value here. Big tip! Reserve an "atrium suite" preferably with the hot tub. (They're literally big enough to swim in. We have fit 10 people in one before)

Room was clean. Love the slots better than other hotels around there.

Unhappy spending $185 on a room like this, didn't even have a coffee pot...

Bare bones room and coffee maker didn't work. No stopper for deluxe tub

Nugget in Wendover was terrible. Dirty rooms, no curtains on windows, old towels, holes in the bathroom walls, peeling wallpaper and staffed that lied over and over about when maintenance would be to our room.

Typical Wendover casino. Home to the worst steakhouse on earth, or they'd score a little higher.

It's not that I disliked the place, it's that it perfectly embodied the 2 star rating I expected. Thumbs up! Had a great time!

Most food was either cooked wrong or under cooked, had to have maintenance come up at 10:30 pm to fix our air conditioner, it was stuffy

Very pricey for motel 6 accommodations and even worse customer service.

It's a budget casino hotel, what more do you expect. Smokey casino, stained carpets, small bathroom. Rooms were at least smoke free.

Not a fan. Video poker is pretty cheap. Buffet al though not open is by far the worst don't recommend they have live keno.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I literally got trapped in their shower due to a sagging door, blinds are half ripped out of the track and the ac barely even works. I called the front desk they offered no discount, refund or even another room. Just made "notes" so I wouldn't be charged the $50.00 deposit.

Rooms were free on the players club, so you can't beat the price. Nice room, but my TV didn't work, but I didn't come here to watch TV. I didn't even bother to call the front desk about it, if I had I am sure they would have resolved it. Overall this is a nice hotel and casino. They just need to add some $2 or $3 dollar blackjack tables. I end up staying here, but playing at the red garter.

Easier to access than Las Vegas and you get the same experience.

Probably the worst hotel at which I have ever stayed. Casino is decent. Guys working the craps table are top notch.

The place was dead and at least a quarter of the gaming machines were out of service and/or roped off.

Understaffed, but the staff are friendly. Restrooms need a lot of maintenance. With some tender care, this place could be five stars, instead of a rundown three. Some of the electronic table games are a bit on the annoying side, but the minimums are generous.

Cocktail waitresses weren't around a ton but it was a slow Sunday so no sweat. Tons of slots and a couple blackjack and poker tables open as well.

It was speed week at Bonneville Salt Flats. The Hotel jacked their prices up about 3 times the regular rate. I did not appreciate the price gouging.

Worth the money to stay...but room kind of old, hard to get from parking to room...pool freezing cold and outdated...nice hot tub... difficulty finding room. M218. What is M? As opposed to room C167? People not helpful in finding room as well. With kids, not great, but would be fun without the kids!

Its falling apart our casino in Michigan is way nicer. Mattresses was nasty to.

The Nugget felt like a home I never had, but always wanted. The food was spectacular, the games were spot on, the staff was awesome. I am already planning my next trip.
