Polya was excellent. Great service and very resourceful when suggesting ideas and properties. Very dependable and trustworthy which were excellent qualities being that i was an overseas client.

Everything was fine except when the realtor for the sellers went out of town and someone was supposed to be covering for her but never got my appraisal scheduled with my mortgage company and it pushed the closing a week which caused me a lot of money and time. Other than that lol.....

Worst place to do business with, very Rude and unprofesional.

Boy did I wish I read these reviews first.... They still have not contacted me to resolve anything!! As long as the money is flowing into their pockets what do they have to care about?

I had an awesome experience with the selling of my house. Maritza Perez really went above and beyond what was expected of her. She met all of mine and my husbands expectation. What I thought was going to be impossible or a challenge to do, which is sell our home in such a little time, and not to mention it was during the holidays... she made it possible. Very Simply, unless you want to get lied to, never get anything fixed, and not get your deposit back then please choose another realtor agency. DO NOT choose weichert. Get a different Agency. There are much better places.

Weichert Realtors is the more professional and thorough real estate company I have ever dealt with in buying and selling homes over the last 30 years. Our broker was extremely attentive to detail, our needs and our concerns. We used her to both buy and sell and she was equally strong on both ends. No detail of the contracts or financing was left to chance. Everything thing was followed up on and reported back to us before we even had a chance to wonder about the next step. I 100% recommend Weichert Realtors and would now never use another company.

I am a real estate agent who recently moved to this area and decided to rent a property managed by weichert and see what the area is like before buying. Ive had such a horrible experience all around with these people. This guy named David Rollins manage my property but dont do much managing. On the day of move-in he gave it to me dirty with cobwebs, non working ac, ect...I had to complain to the manager to get any work done on the property. It's been almost 3 months now and they are still giving me a run around on work thats supposed to be done on the house. I will have to send a mail to the owners who's address i had to find since they refuse to let me speak to the owners myself to let them know the horrible job they have been doing with the clients and what can be done to resolve my concerns. I regret my decision of working with them save yourself the hassle and Dont do business with these unprofessional people.

Update: Its been two days since the owner posted a response to my review and still I have not received any calls to resolve the problems. So that is not true.

Erin and her team were invaluable during the negotiation process when I was selling my home. Trying to get two opposing parties to agree on next steps following an inspection report is not always the easiest, but they were patient, knowledgeable and truly had my best interest at heart. Their guidance and support made an otherwise frustrating situation, easy and painless.

Miss Elza is really helpfull, every time i need her at anytime she is there whenever i need help with a house she is always availabel, i am very happy with her. She's a great realtor

I was under contract with them for one year renting out one of my properties always was given the runaround they never went to do a final check on the property I was left with a bunch of fleas and bedbugs which cost me hundreds of dollars which they were supposed to take out of the tenant's deposit and I'm still waiting for so I go down to their office personally to see what's going on after not being able to get a proper answer of when the funds will be released to me as soon as I'm walking up secretary behind the desk goes running to the back of the office which I found funny and the door was locked with a see-through glass she comes back around the corner with some man he comes up to the door and asks me what do you want I ask him if that's how he treats his customers it made me feel kind of awkward cuz I'm Hispanic and I was dressed in my regular clothes instead of my work attire he finally opens the door and all of the staff in the office comes to the front like something was indeed wrong when this is my first time going to their office in person before I could actually tell them what I was there for this man keeps with a rudely attitude asking me what kind of business do I have with them when I tell him that they're managing one of my properties the tone was still very rude which I let him know he had poor customer skills and he tells me with 58 people being killed in Las Vegas he has to act like that I suggest if you're considering doing business with Weichert Realty don't waste your time it probably will be the most uncomfortable feeling you will ever have thanks for reading my post and God bless

Elsa was my agent. She was very kind, service-oriented and organized. I loved how she made me a folder with the sheets of the houses we were going to see. After each house, we wrote notes so we would remember. I highly recommend her!
