I go there and see one of my friends the staff is great A Park very well with the clients of the nursing home and yet are there any time you need a question about your family member or friend that is a resident there
The operations and healthcare staff has been excellent and overall my father is happy. As a result of the COVID19 protocols, visitations have been restricted to Tues and Thurs (mid day) only, 20 min max. These visiting hours conflict with conventional working schedules and places a burden on families to either take time (& money) away from work or miss seeing my father in his last years, further isolating residents. I contacted the Administrator (Kim Ciociola) and inquired if they would consider providing visitation on weekends and/or evenings. Her response was NO and condensing, she suggested I seek another facility. Senior leadership is not interested in customer feedback at all. Rob B
I Give This Place A 5 Star....I Spoke To Claudia In Admissions And I Have To Say She Is The Kindness Person. Very Professional And Caring To Your Needs. I Would Highly Recommend This Nursing Home.
Do not work or send family there. They lie they mislead. They are understaffed. No organization at all. Poor communication per admin. Did mot give full documentation per request regarding pay. I repeat do not work or send family to this place. 1 cna for 22 people is unacceptable
Today I work there through a temp agency staff were very caring and attentive to patients they were friendly and welcoming a good experience working there
Amazing! The staff is so kind and caring. My husband is there for the second time and it is like returning to a safe haven. Professional and so approachable RN's,CNA'S, and a Doctor. Clean as a whistle. Friendly and comfortable. Activities that are most appropriate for the people that are there.Always something positive going on. Jim is content and I can go home and sleep,knowing that he is safe and well taken care of by people who truly believe in what they do. Thank God for Silver Creek.
Great place. Janet who's up daily meals in there huge and clean kitchen while the nursing staff attend to the residents. That have a large general area for people to converge and a large television for movies and daily shows. They have events almost every weekend and are conveniently located in the entrance to downtown Bristol

Awful place fully convinced they drug people out if a resident is difficult they get drugged or sedated (one med tech sedated a woman because her bed wasnt made fast enough, how is that reason for drugs why not just make the bed yourself ?) most cnas are very ignorant even to fellow coworkers the owner is all about the $ in her pocket i dont care how fake plays shes greeeeeeedy and doesnt care about residents or employees residents have to sit in their own waste for much longer than necessary unless you get a good cna which is very far and few in beteeen they are very understaffed 1 cna for each wing of about 25 people and the staff they do have barely cares about anything but their paycheck call lights go unanswered water pitchers never get cleaned or barely ever even filled they only get showered once a week food orders are almost always wrong elevator is over a year due for inspection pipes and things are always bursting and breaking janitors only speak spanish and dont keep up that great either they let residents make booger walls that go unwashed for monthes personal items of residents always go missing i could go on for days its a miserable place its like jail for old people !
Approximately a year and a half ago, my dad was placed in the dementia unit. I can honestly say, that he has THRIVED! and my dad is no easy man by any means. There are so many positive things that I can say. This time during covid has been challenging for everyone! things are never perfect, but they have done a great job keeping our loved ones safe.
My uncle loves being here. He is really taken care of like family.
