I had an awesome experience with the selling of my house. Maritza Perez really went above and beyond what was expected of her. She met all of mine and my husbands expectation. What I thought was going to be impossible or a challenge to do, which is sell our home in such a little time, and not to mention it was during the holidays... she made it possible.
