Danielle was one step ahead of most of my questions and for any others she addressed them immediately. She was always available when needed and cared for the outcome of my mortgage, helping me lock in an excellent interest rate. 5-stars, I'd recommend her to anyone.

If your Weichert real estate agent says using their in house financial services will make everything easier, don't believe them. During the process of getting our mortgage they constantly lost documents and missed deadlines. No one knew what anyone else was doing. Now, a year later they are still haunting us. Payments haven't reached our insurance company but were somehow taken out of our escrow, our taxes haven't changed but they're trying to take 50% extra because they apparently can't do basic math.

John Musella was amazing. Helped me through the entire process and even now that I m in my home. He s absolutely the BEST.

Bob was awesome. I'm a first time home owner, so I had A LOT of questions. But he was took the time to not only answer all my questions but also went over spreadsheets, documents I had to sign and just always went that extra mile. Can't say enough how great Bob was.

This was our first time refinancing our home and found Weichert agent M Perez to guide us and assist us in every step of the whole process , which I must say is very complex and long winded .

M Perez made it easy for us to follow all the necessary steps to provide information required and manage the entire process right to the final closing in the most professional and most outstanding any agent we feel could have managed .

Previously we approached our own bank ( a large east coast national bank ) and we found M Perez at Weichert truly more helpful and provided the best service that our bank did not offer or willing to follow up .

We had the pleasure of working with Anthony Rosamilia out of the Morris Plains office and it was so seamless and easy. Anthony was very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Once we were under contract there was a user-friendly portal to upload all the necessary information and see what needed to be signed. I've just completed my tenth corporate relocation and eleventh home purchase. Working with Lynnette Coduto and Weichert Financial Services was the easiest and smoothest home mortgage process I have experienced to date.

Patrick Brennan at Weichert Financial Services made the process of a loan application relatively painless. I believe, that is the highest praise possible for a process that requires a lot of data and generates an even greater amount of paper.

Our first experience with Weichert was a good one. the loan officer is detail oriented and available almost always. After we sold our existing home, my husband refinanced so he would mitigate some of the costs of the FHA loan that was required for him when he had two mortgages. I should have been suspicious when they told me to come to settlement of the refinance. Judy, the title clerk, without consent, changed the deed to the home and then tried to BS me into telling me it was for my benefit. I was not on the deed to the original purchase or the home loan. Then, they asked me to sign the mortgage but I'm not on the note. Here we were, completely blindsided and without counsel. I had to figure this out at home afterward. What I was signing is their right to foreclose on the home and that is why Judy changed the title. We will most likely refinance this loan with someone else due to this deceitful tactic.

weichert financial services was horrible to deal with. if my realtor hadnt stepped in, i suspect the deal would have fallen through. my initial contact also lied to me about being able to reset the loan.

Ok, to give you a taste of what you are dealing with.
Sent message through secured message center 14 days ago, then follow up 4 days ago, then another now.
Finally opened chat (I was surprised that worked) and lady telling me:

"I apologize, that you did not receive an acknowledgment. After the work order has been completed, a message will be composed and sent to you via Secure Message. Responses may take 15-30 days to be received since they are responded to in the order they are received and reviewed for accuracy before they are sent."

In any business in this world other than DMV, where is it acceptable to respond to customer emails 15-30 days? At Weichert Financial Services
