If your Weichert real estate agent says using their in house financial services will make everything easier, don't believe them. During the process of getting our mortgage they constantly lost documents and missed deadlines. No one knew what anyone else was doing. Now, a year later they are still haunting us. Payments haven't reached our insurance company but were somehow taken out of our escrow, our taxes haven't changed but they're trying to take 50% extra because they apparently can't do basic math.
