Ok, to give you a taste of what you are dealing with.
Sent message through secured message center 14 days ago, then follow up 4 days ago, then another now.
Finally opened chat (I was surprised that worked) and lady telling me:

"I apologize, that you did not receive an acknowledgment. After the work order has been completed, a message will be composed and sent to you via Secure Message. Responses may take 15-30 days to be received since they are responded to in the order they are received and reviewed for accuracy before they are sent."

In any business in this world other than DMV, where is it acceptable to respond to customer emails 15-30 days? At Weichert Financial Services
