Here's an idea how about Wegmans giving a free reusable bags with let's say a 100 dollar purchase it would help out especially now with no plastic bags, it's just an incentive for people.

It's just a store. They're always out of one little thing I need and it's not anything special. And no matter which one you go to the prices on the same products are always different. It's ludicrous

The best. We have friends who have moved away and realize, there is no better grocery store anywhere compared to Wegmans. Period.

Wegmans produce are always fresh. The environment is so welcoming and the employees friendly. If you ever have a bad experience at a Wegmans believe it is rare. I do all of my shopping at Wegmans since I discovered it 4 years ago.

Driving away down Spencerport Rd there is no lighting in the street. A male deer smashed his antlers into my hood costing me +$4,000

Always understaffed. Why have 6 customer service counters if you re only going to have one person working it? Splurge a little for personnel, you certainly have the business to justify it....

Always a top notch experience at Wegmans. Friendly / helpful staff, and great products to enjoy. I'm a contractor for Wegmans so I get to see all parts; from the back of the stores, to distribution, and the food production facilities. They carry the same high level of cleanliness and quality you see on the sales floor throughout all parts of the operation. I love working for and eating at Wegmans.

Couldn't find the tomato paste I wanted in the brand that is usually there that I like. They keep getting rid of things and put their own brand in it's place and make it more expensive. Also there was poor customer service at the service desk. We were trying to cash in on a scratch off and they had 3 girls standing around doing nothing telling me i had to wait in one particular line for one particular person to help me. Unacceptable, because my time is valuable and that is a ridiculous rule and in my opinion a scam to make you want to leave. It didn't used to be this way and it was a poor decision by their management to make up this rule.

I really like shopping there the only time it sucks is afternoon on sundays.

Wegman has almost everything and their meat selection is the best hands down. But if you are to hunger to wait till you get home, there is a restuarant right in the store where you can eat hot or cold foods. And there customer service here is very nice. I love it here.

My Wegmans store might be smaller but it is much better. Customer service is poor at this location and the cafe area always appears picked over and rather dirty.

If you are a local you know wegmans is the best place to buy groceries, if not, try wegmans.

Layout was a bit confusing when compared to other stores but I was able to find everything eventually. Staff was helpful and friendly overall. Facility was clean.

They carry a large amount of products from Apples fresh produce and meat clothes , books baby items and supplies , household items school supplies pharmacy a little bit of everything you will enjoy the trip it's a great experience I love to shop there.

It's clean and nice place to go they always have people there to help you if you need help specially handicapped people differently yeah it would be a nice place to go.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. In my opinion, their customer service is really good! Also, good location.
