Fresh food always best submarine sandwiches and the cake

Racism unfortunately is still very much alive and still kicking in this Establishment.

The store is always neat and clean. The produce is fresh. I'm always able to find what I'm looking for and they have excellent customer service.

Wegmans is the great American grocery store. There are some as good but none better.

I like Wegman's very much. I consider it the best grocery store in this area. The food is great. The prices are comperable with stores in this area. Some of the prices are less than the so called bargain store. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Everyone is always happy and helpful....no other grocery or other type of store can compete...been shopping here for over 20years..

You must be patient if you use this pharmacy folks...lines are exceptionally long...

They pretty much have everything you need! I love going to Wegmens; the next best thing to Whole Foods in my book. Only thing that becomes troublesome is that if you look around for too long the security and staff start to behave like you're thinking of stealing. I know they're just doing what the boss asks of them, so I can understand but it still makes shopping a bit annoying and anxiety driven when I forget where something is, my grocery list, or when comparing prices of similar items. That's really it, the staff is very helpful and friendly too so I'm grateful for that. Just wish I can shop as long as I need without making everyone nervous.

Love Wegmans! This one is very conveniently located, right off 390 near 490. Great place to stop if your headed to the westside from eastside or downtown.

I was glad to see your store having fish fry again. I called to order and was told that they were there to just come and get them I asked about whether they "sit" for a time they assured me that they were cooked continuously. So Today we came to Lyell store and picked up 3, NEVER AGAIN. The fish was tasty but cold, the french fries were tough and cold. Yes we could have come back and returned them but decided just to try and make a meal out of them since we had to leave and didn't have time to start again. All fries were thrown out, my grandson's ate the inside fish but no breading since it was cold and not very appealing. I am really disappointed since I thought that we could once again make this a Friday meal each week.

Very busy subday shopping day but as usual, fast, efficient, and friendly. :)

Great food & selection, prices not for the faint of heart.

I think this location has the best pizza. They also have a good beer selection. The parking is a huge lot that never fills.

Wegmans is a fabulous grocery store. Clean, well staffed with people that act like they want to help.

Great place for shopping cashiers and workers are friendly happy and very helpful wegmans is just really expensive so watch what u spend in all its ok they do donate good food to all the homeless around rochester which makes it ok at times to spend soo much there but perfect food very nice store!!!!

They sell out dated products and their meals are now a absolute RIP off especially holidays!

Can't understand why after asking the deli people to put paper between every w slices of turkey I always find 4-5 slices. Almost impossible to separate. Next time I'll ask the store manager to make my order.

The only reason Wegmans gets a bad rating is this wegmans gets a lot of city people & other unsavory people. Yes there is a police officer on duty but still doesn't deter crime.

The clerk was friendly

Wegman's is great . It's getting expensive to walk in the door because I want one of everything!

Lyell ave Wegmans isn't the best Wegmans around but it has everything you need

The wegmans employees were wonderful but the shoppers were a bunch of greedy animals! I hope some day they look back at how they acted and are ashamed of themselves! It really makes me sad and to be honest I'm disgusted with the human race!!!
