Wedgewood

I've been doing work in their Washington area. And 5 months later they still haven't paid me. They will ignore you and fire you if you demand for payment. I just put in a demand for payment letter and next I will take to further actions liens on the homes.

They have totally ruined my community. They purchased a property that "somehow" caught on fire. The property has been left with overflowing trash and feces for over 6 months. They came out via email and said they were waiting on the city for approval. The County showed the transcripts where they were trying to do everything to work with this company to clean up the area but the company has no interest in my community or its people. This picture shows their property.

Wedgewood is an amazing company to work with. They take great pride their renovations and ensure that everything is completed correctly without short cuts. They exhibit integrity throughout the entire process which is very nice to be able to say in this day and age!

I was working with one of the property manager here in Colorado. I did a job, sent the invoice in AUGUST and still haven t been paid. I ve talk with the payroll office but only to be ignored and mistreated over the phone. Just be care of whom you do business with!

They still have yet to pay an invoice 5 months. I guess when they sell to the house I will be sure to talk to the buyers agent about them selling a home with debts attached. Maxim is the in house real estate agent. Will edit the day it is a paid

In the past 2 years, all of my dealings with Wedgewood have been stellar. Any minor issues are always cleared up with ease as their team is packed full of awesome folks with excellent ethics. Cant recommend these guys enough.

Excellent customer service, our Escrow Officer was on it! Even when my realtor was a flake, Daran S. took initiative and contacted both realtors to keep the process going smoothly. Daran is AWESOME. Closing Fees were very fair and competitive. I would definitely use Westwood Escrow again:)

I'd give you 0 stars for refusing to allow the Moms 4 Housing group to purchase the home at the cost that you got it for, but apparently, Google rating systems have more decency than you. May your money help you in the trials of hell.
