Horrible sound system and rude staff. Dont let the band play even a minute over their time, its ridiculous! Didn't get an encore from the band I was there to see last time because they kicked them off.

Great. Nice little venue that does a great job with the sounds and the feel. Had a blast every time I have been there.

Fabulous very large venue.Three floors! $$ It's Manhattan! Music is great. They really know what they're doing. Coat check can take a very long time. Try to go without one or get there early! Gets very crowded. Be patient. Don't start pushing. Staff is very professional!

I think this is a really popular place in New York. It seems like they have concerts here everyday. In case you were wondering, there are no seats cause it's a standing venue. Also there is a balcony too.

Let me be fair. The place was okay, it definitely did not live up to the name that people keep ranting about. After the high cover charges, you still have to pay a fortune for drinks. I understand that it's a young people's hang out place, and therefore the price tag is somewhat hefty, but come on! $25 for a vodka tonic??? I would have enjoyed my experience there more if I didn't have such great expectations for the place. I guess this is the case where high publicity and reputation actually ended up hurting customer expectations.

It's a great venue. Acoustics are nice, feels alive. Prices are kind of crazy as an out of towner, but i assume if you live in NYC it feels like everywhere else

Came here for a Sam Smith concert. Was looking forward to checking out this NYC landmark for the first time and was impressed by the multi level setup which even included a lower level for a separate show that was happening the same time. I understand that it's a venue that has been around for a while but did wish there were some updates to enhance the concert experience. Extra tv screens and more bathrooms as with other concert venues would have been appreciated but I guess that's the charm of Webster Hall's antiquity. Overall, not my go to spot for concerts but an okay place.

Went to this place on Halloween because I really wanted to see Malaa and Rezz and boy was I impressed. 3 levels, 3 dancefloors, and 3 different types of music playing at once, everyone can find something they like. The Saturday night Gotham acrobatic show during the concert was cool. Speaker system was great and I can't complain about the lights or screen. Overall I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Had a nice night here seeing Jimmy Cliff. The atmosphere was pleasant and so were the acoustics. Will definitely come back to see more shows

Webster Hall is interesting. Sometimes you have have an incredible time and others it can be a train wreck. It's very important to check if you're going to like the performers for the night. A big bonus about Webster is their diversity in music. One floor could be techno and the other can be dancehall. It all depends on the day you choose to go and who you go with. Even though it's architecture is relatively old compared to other venues, if you're into bass you will feel the vibrations all throughout the dance floor.

I always heard about this venue growing up and after going to a few events there I can say the hype is real. The stage is the right height so you can see the performer at any angle. Something you should know before going is that it gets hot in there so be prepared to sweat no matter what you're wearing.

Best place here you and your friends can party dance drinks and forget everything. gotham every Saturday night and basement where most energetic music and youth gathers to dance

I know this place is known for a hip cool place in New York but the prices they ask for are not worth it, if you are a girl, only go on Thursday when its only $10 and that's still a lot, girls shouldn't pay nothing. they always ask for $35 or $40 maybe even more. I've been there plenty of times and always make sure i don't pay that much. but one time i had a problem so i didnt go. its not worth all that money, another time i did pay only becuase it was a friend's bday and it was still so wack that day. Drinks are super super expensive, i got a sex on the beach and it cost me $22 !!!!! wtf. I would only go back if someone famous who i like is going and if their is no one famous i'll only go if its free.. only for the music, music is good. prices no good

For a Halloween, it was great. The drinks were pricey, but what can you say, it's NY. The virgin sacrifice at midnight was incredible as promised and all in all the music & people were jumping. Happy Halloween

It was amazing! Saw Halsey live for the first time. That mosh pit was insane.

Quintessential NYC nightclub. There's plenty wrong with it, but they bring in big names. Bassment Saturdays are excellent generally, although cramped.

Tickets say 11 artist is on at nearly 3 am same as it was before the reopening

I have been to many many clubs and concerts, this has been the WORST place I have ever been, SECURITY is physically abusive to its patrons. They are unorganized. "Security " needs to be arrested for their crimes they commit and a whole cleaning house of their employees. I would give it zero stars but I can not.

Love this place!
Saw Waterparks on November 25th, sold out show, and had a great time. The staff was great, the venue knows it's stuff lighting and sound were amazing. The bar is pricey but not more than you'd expect. A really good experience, can't wait to go back!

Reeeaaally improved the place with those renovations, gotta say. A lot of fun with a great layout in my opinion.

Disappointing acoustics, especially for a newly renovated place. They were better when we move toward the center, but far from perfect. But it's a bit of a travesty trippy that severely punished for finding a comfortable place on the right side of the audience.

NYC mainstay concert venue. If you can manage it, the best place to be is on the upper level, taking in the view of the stage and crowd going nuts below you.

Beer was ludicrously pricey, and while it tasted good, smelled like old cat pee. Standing room only isn't the greatest on my creaky knees but it's a neat venue with really great acoustics and they don't go crazy with the lights in your face, which is a huge plus for me. Would definitely go again but maybe bring something to sit down on because I'm just too old for this stuff.

This club was pretty lit, my friend won free admission for himself and 10 friends as well as free drinks until midnight. We arrived around 10PM and then it took about 30 minutes to actually get into the club because there was a really long line for the security patch down check. The women's line was super short and took almost no time but the guys took forever. After we all got in we checked in our coats and bags. My only complaint was that this was very expensive, it cost $20 for 2 jackets and a bag. I don't think that this is an appropriate price for coat check in but I suppose it's one good way to get a lot of money in the winter. The free drinks weren't too bad and the wait wasn't even too long either, we were able to get 3 rounds in only one and a half hours. Overall, this was a really fun club and plenty of people to dance with a lot of energy.

It has a great antique feel to it with it's warehouse look and it's a great venue to have a band. I went to see AFI in Webster Hall and it was a great show. The food is sort of expensive but the experience is worth it. If you're not sure if you should go and a band you like is playing, you should disregard that feeling right now.

Great place to see a show, and close to St. Mark's place, artichoke pizza, and tons of other great stores and parks!!

Webster Hall is great venue for concert and parties. It has three levels, multiple bars and everything is nicely organized. I have been here five years ago and it was kind of decaying but the renovations they have done here, brings it back to one of the top venue in NYC

Always enjoyable to see a concert. Yes, it's going to be tight and you'll be standing the whole time, but it's fun

Damn... What happened to this place.... Ladies night was a sausage party, dj was ehhh and only one floor open. Manager looked unhappy to be working there... Ticket girl with glasses reading games of thrones was the only smile I seen all night. Never again, no need.

Security and coat check are a joke. Step up your staffing so people don't wait 1.5 hours even when they show up early

Throughout the years, this has been the most consistently awesome EDM venue, and with tons of character. Its like being on a party planet. The line on Halloween was down to the AMC theater and up 3rd Ave to the corner of 12th. A legendary club.

I must say that this is definitely the ideal place to go have fun at a party..I haven't been there in years but looking to visit soon.Especially the Halloween party..am very sure its going to be lit!!!

Webster Hall is 3 floors of good times. I've been going here for over 10 years for various shows. The only critique I would give is that the staff could be nicer. Some of the employees are awesome, but others, not so much. Hospitality is big with me, so I give it 3 *s.

Definitely plan on coming back here for more shows in the future. Love the layout of the venue. Xavier Omar and Kyle Dion killed their performances.

Had an awesome time seeing The Wonder Years here, staff and venue were great.

I come here regularly for punk/alt/metal/indie type concerts. The sound, the space, and the atmosphere here is always top notch. The biggest detractor for me are the drink prices. Well above other concert venues in the area. Even the coat check is pricey.
