Very high costs and fees. Other items I had to sign just before closing not disclosed to me or my mortgage company until we sat down to sign. Very strange buying and closing on my house with Watson. If it wasn't for my excellent buyers agent Realtors there would have been many more issues with this seller agent and closing company.
Fees are too high. There are companies that are just as professional that don't charge the high fees. Make sure to shop as a home seller or buyer.
I have dealt with Watson Title Services in Longwood for 5+ years and have always provided excellent service. This past closing was exceptional as it required me to ask the President Gary Dechellis to help with personal communications with one of the clients involved in the transaction. The gentleman had a past title service experience, that was not knowledgeable or confident enough to meet some unusual challenges in dealing with clearing some IRS liens. One conversation with Mr. Dechellis and Laura Brandt Escrow Officer and we were well on our way to a great closing experience. One that also was without delay!!
