This store has gorgeous pieces all color coordinated it s so visually appealing! I was so surprised there wasn t anyone there! Much like collections of h&m with fashion designers. The only downfall I guess with my time in there is that store closes at 6 on sundays the sign and google says that but while I was shopping (the only person in the store) she told me the store was closing in 5 minutes and I had been in the store all of 6 minutes and it was 5:40 something I m in another store nearby and it s 5:46 right now .. disappointed...

The 2 younger ladies working there were friendly and helpful, but the Asian lady running it needs to know the seriousness of false advertisement.
My wife found a dress priced at $11.99. There were about 5 or 6 of them on the rack priced the same. The dress rang up $19.99, not $11.99 as priced. I didn't notice the price until my wife's card was already swiped. I let the lady know the tag says $11.99.
She said "no price change, the computer is correct. The tag is wrong."
I told her that she needs to sell it at the advertised price, not the computer price. That is fraud to upsale an item above the advertised price.
She said the card has already been swiped, store credit or keep the dress. No price change.
After back and forth with her I gave up and just kept the dress. Never returning there!!

Ive bought a few dresses here and they are my favorite dresses I own. They always have the latest style and the prices a pretty low. $30 for a dress I will wear a million times its a great deal to me. I dont know whats with the bad reviews because Ive never had a bad experience at Frenzi.

Management and quality is not good. The clothing I wore ripped the first 10 minutes I had it on.

I always find tons of cute and fun clothes here for my daughter. Never walk out with just one item. They are cute but very inexpensive. Great for an 18 year old!!

While they have some good prices on dresses, shopping with my SD, their taste in music needs to change. Why in the world are you going to play a song that says f@#$ you and repeats the first word replacing the last word with different people. SMH. I wouldn't care if this store closes its doors

I just went to the store to purchase a white bandage top and it had makeup on the collar. I asked the owner if she would be able to discount it or clean it since it was the last one on the shelf. She said NO I can get it cleaned on my own. That's just really bad business. Very unhappy with the customer service.

Bought the dress that was sold out everywhere online from this store for my gender reveal for half the price.

Such a fun store and affordable only thing is I will come with cash this time..the lady behind the counter almost charged my card twice and don t speak good English...but this store has everything

Took wife. Lots of choices. Terrible. Terrible service. Owner appeared to be there behind the counter and was not helpful. Avoid this place.

This is a hidden gem! the clothes are fantastic--so hip, funky,eclectic and fun and there is literally hundreds of pieces to choose from at amazing prices. It is my happy place to go to after working a long week. Also for the people with the negative comments--the prices are pretty low so I would not argue over something being $19 instead of $11!

The staff and managers were SO rude to me. I was trying on clothes a minute after their closing time, they shouted to me while I was in the dressing room, asking if I was going to buy anything. Then after being spoken to so rudely, they turned off all the lights in the dressing room so I couldn't see. I was planning on buying something, but after the way I was treated, I will never step foot in this location ever again.

Frenzi is a great store with lots of options. You get what you pay for. The quality is as to be expected with the pricing. Sizes are all over the place. Try on everything first. The staff is friendly and hardworking.
