Driver has to labor since these strong men don t want to they just watch. It s required drivers. There would be overnight parking but for the yard dog who can t park trailers straight or spaced right

I took a man 30 minutes to load 1 pallet it s pathetic!!!!

Been here 5 hours now and no door , if you come here to load bring breakfast lunch and diner ....you get a 10 hour break to run their load overnight

It's very slow for loading. 3 to 6 hours. There are more than dozen doors, but only one or two docks are available for drivers. Nothing going Other doors, just unhooked trailers are sitting. Office is not helpful too.

If you are coming for pick up expect to wait hours to get loaded.
Very unorganized/unprofessional/incompetent
Locals they don t respect the line, the show up from nowhere,they take the docks everybody is irresponsible here
We all committed to a scheduled and appointments so no missing around

Was supposed to have 8pm pickup for a load. Got there at 7:43 pm was told load not ready would be called at 11. Got called at 1130pm. Finally loaded and leaving 1am. Very little are for trucks to park waiting.

Terrible communication and performance. Policies are for their convenience, not to meet the needs of their customers. Ordered 8 rolls of coil stock in August. At the time of order, product was reported in stock. There were no updates on the shipment. The delivery day came and went with no product and no information. I called and was told i would be contacted with a status update. That update never came. 10 days later I called again and was told they only have 2 of 8 rolls and are waiting for the balance of the order. No due date or anything else. They insisted they would have to cancel the backordered amount if they did a partial shipment. I would then have to place a new order for the other 6 rolls. Then I was hung up on. Find another supplier if you can!!!!

Guys, all good, one of the places where you can have free 10 hours reset, if they let you to park here. Top 3 worst places

Stay away from this place. Very slow and will take forever to unload.

Loaded in 1hrs. Easy check in and out. Nice organized staff.

Do not come here to pickup unless you are paid by the hour. Got here at 10 am for a load going to Nappannee,IN. Broker told me the load was ready, it was not. 1st shift told me is going to be ready at around 3pm, then 8pm. It s 9 pm now still waiting for a door. Every time you go in there they are changing the story. Bunch of liars with no responsibility

Hi Truckers, I been here couple times before they were ready and I am in and out, but today they said product is not ready even 4 hours pass my appointment, now they say another 3 to 4 hours, so be careful when you come here
