Great location. This hotel is in need of a serious refresh. There wasn't even an outlet in my bathroom. I had to dry my hair at the desk, no mirror! The bed was fine, and the room was clean.
Omg, such a great place. The Warwick Hotel is the only place we will stay. Jose and Adam will do anything to get us a ride and a smile. Tiffany is always sweet and capable. The entire staff has always known our name.
Very good hotel, amazing location but bad and expensive breakfast
The restaurant was nice and the seats were comfortable
Request a corner room. Nice service - great location!
Lovely Boutique hotel, lovely Staff, Great bar off the Lobby
Very nice room with friendly staff. Only complaint is the room was way too hot, even after repeated requests to lower the temp.
Ok hotel, tiny elevator. Room rate quoted was $130 but was actually over $200 after fees.
The hotel is located two corners from Central Park. The only thing I did not like was the issue of Wi-Fi, a paste for a terrible quality of service. Otherwise the hotel is very comfortable and clean and the treatment with the person is excellent
A nice, very atmospheric hotel. Great location. Of course, the price goes with it.
Stayed for 1 week, from 23 to 30May2012. My wife, my 2 year old son at the time and I were very welcomed, the room was spacious and cozy despite having an old decor. The American breakfast was quite filling. As we spent most of our time outside the hotel enjoying New York, we have nothing to complain about, just praise it. I recommend it with commitment !!!
Great staff, very attentive and helpful at the check-in/ front desk area
The location is so good.
The rooms are a bit old.
The staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are clean, large and nice.
Love this hotel, especially compared to nearby options
Great breakfast, big bedroom but the shower room was tiny and the lifts were very slow (could wait ten minutes for them sometimes....)
I stayed there over 10 times and it's the 1st time I stayed for vacation. I just realized they slapped $29 facility fees in addition to room rates. That was uncool. I didn't see it anywhere when I reserved so guys watch out. Join their program and it's waived I think. Other than that it's the best 4 star hotel in NYC!
Nice, convenient location but at the moment very noisy due to construction. Service is good and place is clean.
Room is small but comfy, lovely decor, food pretty pricey.
Want to leave 2 days into my stay!
OMG, have the positive reviewers previously stayed in caves.
Even most 2 or 3 star hotels have better rooms and customer service.
Its all very old and very expensive.... Bathroom is small and very dated. Cleanliness is poor.... Today, after the room had been cleaned, I found a large hair on it.
Looked for the kettle to have some tea, they don't have one! Called reception, they said it wasn't standard.
If you are used to good European hotels stay away.
Old school elegance poured into spaces polished like little jewel boxes.
Beds are comfortable. You can hear the other room doors open and close but I've never been somewhere so nice.
Warwick New York was one of the awesome places! Love the services! Great items
This was amazing 'cause i went to the Warwick Hotel and this was like a dream
Enjoyed my stay. Courteous staff, good service.
Great location, reasonable price.
good location, fairly clean
upon our arrival they did not really welcome us, but tried to make us pay more, before they would give us a room. We had paid for 3 beds 6 nights quite some weeks in advance. The pregnant lady at the reception desk was trying to milk us for cash upon arrival for the third bed and gave us a room with only a double bed. We felt like we were at her mercy and the first night was awful. At one point my daughter had gotten a bed pushed into our room, but that was not comfrotable at all. We felt like we were staying in a youth hostel, when we were awakened by cursing housekeeping (screaming swear words) right in front of our door. We did get a slightly bigger room eventually, but after all it was what we paid for. In this room you could smell the cigarette smoke of either guest or stuff in the bathroom several times a day.
I don't remember a friendly encounter with staff, except for one man in houskeeping on floor 14. I am not going back.
An old world charm with modern equipment. Huge rooms compared to other hotels in the city,
Just went to the city for a couple of days of fun. Loved the Warwick! Classy, older hotel.
Small Zimmer.BAustelle.
Seek a reason not to clean the room
Spacious rooms and decorated with good taste. Very friendly staff The best, the location
Great old New York hotel in the middle of everything in midtown. Loved it. Huge rooms & small slow elevators.
We love how they have preserved the history of the hotel, so you feel like you're visiting old New York while enjoying all the modern luxuries. Add to it that the entire staff is super nice & goes out of their way to make sure your visit is perfect. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations, or view of 6th Avenue!
The location is pretty good. The hotel is old, the room is pretty big and nice. However, my room was not clean at all, me and my wife had to switch room for three times because of dirtiness. If you don't mind the dirtiness then I guess this would be a good hotel for you
Very good hotel in Manhattan. I always return, very well located.
We arrived for our 25th wedding anniversary and the staff were so happy for us! They even had a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered fruit sent to our room with their compliments and turned down our bed and put on some romantic music for us upon our return from dinner that evening!
We are already planning our next stay at The Warwick Hotel. We adored all the beautiful pictures on the walls. A full 150/10....if that were possible. Thank you again for making oir stay so very memorable x
Security pounded on my door and demanded I open up. My violation? Smoking in the room, except I was not smoking in the room and never have smoked anything in my life. Did I get an apology? Absolutely not. I have stayed at the hotel several times a year for 20 years, always in an expensive suite. Never again. Beware!
Terrible management and service. Housekeeping stole a brand new / never worn pair of shorts and never followed up or called after we left several messages. We were not reimbursed. In addition to the stolen shorts, Warwick charges an additional $25 per day for a facility and service fee.
Great location! A bit old fashioned. I would certainly return
My stay was nice. The room was clean and the hotel staff friendly. I was upset that an additional hold was placed on my card and drafted out today. I did not notice this until check out. Then I had to pay an extra $27 for a facility fee. Thought that would come out of the additional hold that was placed, but the desk agent insisted that I pay the fee. Other than that irritating inconvenience it was an overall pleasant stay.
Amenities were great, staff was excellent, but there were some inconsistencies with what we thought we had booked for, like not getting comped breakfast and the window that opened to an inner non-existent courtyard. Other than those small things it was a fantastic stay.
A stone's throw from TimeSquare and Central Park.
Excellent service and beautiful rooms. Quiet.
Friendly staff.
We just visited the bar. It was very dirty and the wine at 18 dollars a glass was awful. Definitely needs an overhaul.
Love Warwick! Good people and good food. Love driving in the fall, absolutely beautiful!
I recently misplaced an item at the Warwick. The staff was very accommodating in helping me recover it.
It was okay. Was here for 4 days and first night had the fire alarm going off for like an hour at 10 o'clock at night. Then last day had no hot water because of them Working on it and gave us a note the water will run brown and to let it run and there are bottles of water at the desk lol..
Nice room
Some what friendly staff

Very nice place fist time there but enjoyed the time
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms don't have coffee makers, so I asked if one could be delivered and it arrived within 10 minutes. The decor is beautiful throughout the hotel. My room was very comfortable.
Great experience for me and all my family. Great rooms and food., and it's nearest at alla the best NY
beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Manhattan near Central Park. Great view .... and for the birthday there was even a champagne buffet as a present from the management.
It was almost perfect but, I visited NY in January, and the heater was crazy, so the room was a fridge sometimes & sometimes a sauna but It's a very, very good hotel
Very good hotel with very friendly staff. We received a free upgrade to a Suite !!
Old time hotel in the middle of busy Manhattan. A tall, tucked away gem. Spacious rooms in a quaint setting. Very busy place, a lot of comings and goings.
Excellent location, warm greeting and prompt service. Having a street view room offers a real NY feel. This was our first visit to NY and I love NYC!
Central, beautiful, in front of the MoMA and expensive
This is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed at the Warwick. Their rooms are clean the bed is comfortable and the shower is warm. Frankly, that's all I can ask for in covid world.
Overall a good place. Some staff not helpful but most were. Breakfast place a rip off.......but it IS New York.......lol
I am currently staying at this hotel. My first room had cold water showers and the television showed half a picture. I wanted very badly to watch Monday night football so I called to ask that they fix the TV. After two hours of run around the TV was not fixed. I received a call later in the evening from the manager saying for my trouble I would be "upgraded" to one of their "Premier Rooms". I was told to pack up my belongings and they would move me in the morning. Packing was not a small task as I am here for 5 days on business.
I return to the hotel this evening to find my bag had not been moved. I waited in line to explain the situation to a very rude front desk employee who knew nothing about the situation. She gave me a new room. I had to go to my old room retrieve my baggage and move it to the "premier" room which turned out to be considerably smaller than my original room. As a frequent business traveler this is the type of hassle you try hard to avoid and I will in the future by not frequenting this establishment.
Attention. Some rooms don't have a view trough the window, except a high wall! Each morning you don't see how is the wheather! Very expansive then! We prefer the Novotel Times Square in the 52th street!
The room we got has a nice view of the city. We love the food here and our bed is comfortable. The hotel s location is also perfect.
Unbelievable hotel. It was a surprise booking from my father and i believe it exceeded his expectations also. The rooms were immaculate, well presented and crazy comfortable. Would recommend to anyone making a stop in NYC
More appearance than reality. Neither the staff nor the rooms and much less the bill are at the level that a hotel in this category should have. Caro i simple
