Dangerous and terrible driver 12.29.2019 south on Interstate 35 in Texas. Cutting off cars, driving over the speed limit in narrow, congested and already dangerous construction zones. Trailer number 6673, Iowa plate DA4466. Truck number 001896. Completely reckless and intentionally seeking to drive cars off the road by not allowing any to merge.

I'm an old hand from back in the day still have love for them even though we didn't part on the best of terms no hard feelings and they have a public scale feel free to use it
if you have anything less a perfect past, dont waste your time with these guys. Recruiter Dave was Awesome, made me feel Welcome. Their Safety Dept dont wanna tell me why they wouldnt hire me as a Owner/Operator.my MVR/PSP is pretty clean.
I have been with Warren since 5/15/19 i have made descent money through there lease program on specialized side. I banked enough money to put down on a truck at a dealer. I will be signing it on with them this week.
Sat for a week listening to them fridge couldn t get a used truck all they had was new trucks that they wanted me to make the payments on in two weeks I thousand miles of deadhead don t go to Laredo their parent company ATS has all the freight loads don t pay anything and they lie to you when they tell you it s $1.51 fleet average they include the fuel surcharge and reimbursement in the linehaul with the dollar 51 a mile average after two weeks I brought home $600 what a rip off they claim to be 100% owner operator but they operate like you re a company driver. The only drivers that are making it are the ones who own their own truck and have a very small or no truck payment at all it is a set up to fail company. They also don t tell you that you need a passport and a twit card and also they only give you a choice of three loads whenever you get empty very veryShady they make money Corporation makes money driver don t make squat the loads available don t pay enough to pay off a new truck. Best advice I can give firetruck go to Lanstar they actually have a load board so do a lot of other companies no wonder they got bought out by ATS
Warren was good to me as a driver for my needs and where I was out of this isnt a perfect company there isnt one. This is a good company and just use communication and you have a easy time here
I just did my first load and with all the hassles and headaches I can see the red tape you go through makes it impossible to be successful here guess I ll be looking some more . Folks here are super just too much red tape to deal with
Im currently a driver here. I make good money . If you stay in the good lanes your pay will reach around 1500 and up. I drive 65 even though my truck is ungoverned. Yep thats right Warrens lease trucks aren't governed ((at first they are bc they come from the dealer that way but they pay for the first upgrade to ungovern it).
Ive had settlments into the 3g range , mostly my pay is 1500 t0 2500 a week.
We haul a lot of John DEERE, CAT and Kubota. Best rates i get are into Canada. Everything thing us no forced dispatch too.
Im on the Van side driving a brand new 579 Pete. I wish it had a fridge and an Apu.
Their contract is not designed to benefit the driver in any way. And they aren't honest with the drivers on how they figure the rates. And for if you terminate your contract there are guidelines that they prefer to keep silent about until you sign up, then they have you. If you leave at the six month period you are not liable to be penalized for more truck payments. However, they will hold the maintenance fund for 45 days as well as your last paycheck settlement. Afterward, if they haven't found a way to keep it all, you might receive a check in the mail for the balance. If you sign up, all I can say is be prepared to be taken advantage of. The freight rates are not as good as they claim and they generally are at just above break even point. They lie cheat and steal from the contractors in a way that is legal on paper, but it is still wrong. They act as if they care in orientation, but after you start they don't carry their end of the deal. And won't do anything to fix the problems, only throw you a big line of BS to try to get you to stay. I say, Good bye and good riddance.
Every one is friendly and professional. There are a lot of loads available mostly drop and hook. Unfortunately the rates are too low for an owner operator. Deadhead is excessive which lowers your per mile rate significantly. This pertains More
Not my first choice to do business with... Bad equipment..new trucks needing repairs..you will spend big money paying for a new or used truck.. no support from the company at all you lease it you pay for it... This is very true.. After my truck was turned in, they took my escrow account.. $3200
Before writing this review, I checked around and read other reviews on different sites. I have to say the negativity is far off!
First, you have to find a company that works for what you want! I currently live 5 miles off the lane, and home time is essential.
Second, I am a relay driver, there is rarely any sitting except for your DOT ten. We usually run our 70 out and recap to get home.
Third, being on a dedicated relay, our rates rarely change, could we make more? I m sure we could, again goes back to what you want.
Forth, I will be straight, there are some in the office, we don t see eye to eye on anything, and there are others who want to ensure you succeed! If there any type of legit problems, you will have the opportunity to work with management to find a reasonable solution. I do tip my hat to my FM, her team, and the Management staff!
I have pulled for WARREN just over a year and next month will be my final month due to family obligations. I am hoping to return back to WARREN as a relay driver.
Overall, I would trust my freight with WARREN. As a driver, find what you want and see if it works. You can make an awesome wage!
My experience with Warren transport has been very good ..good place to work if you want to run miles bit if you're the type to trash around at the truck stop and want to be home 2 times a week don't come here and complain about how bad they are I make decent money here could be better but I do good..newer equipment I would recommend this company to my good running friends..may add they treat you very good as a person.
If it walks like a duck! And talks like a duck!! And looks like a duck! It must be a duck! I was looking at this company but I'm so glad that you can read reviews! Too many bad ones! All of these truckers are saying the same thing. I'm staying away!
I used to think this company was okay till my husband started to make no money then when he stopped working for them due to him not making but 1 check a month that was semi okay that is not making a living or even worth the time and effort. my husband stayed out for 3+ weeks at a time to try and make money . then you have to wait 45 days for your last check to find out they took EVERY dime of it and wont show proof for what that money went too. his last settlement was for over 3 grand they took that and his maintenance funds also so all together over 4 grand! they are the worst company out there to be honest for a lease purchase company i would NOT recommend this place to anyone who wants to make a living!!
I have been with Warren for nearly 2 years. The biggest complaint that I have is that it's feast or famine, more famine than feast. I'm on the van side. The biggest issue that I have is getting reloaded and rolling after delivery. The second largest problem that I have is that many times, loads are offered to me with delivery dates that would leave me sitting for a day or two before the load is scheduled to deliver.
Warren and I neither one make money when the wheels aren't turning.
I am not a driver who keeps the left door open. I'm a hard runner. In fact, I've had Jane from safety give me hell for running too hard. I twiddle my thumbs too much here, but I'm dedicated. I just wish Warren was as dedicated to me as I am to them.
I also got my passport to go into Canada for the company. I've only gotten one load up there and I've had the passport for 4 months now.
Finally, my average rate is falling. Last year I averaged 1.37. So far this year, it's around 1.26 and falling. C'mon Warren, put me to work! Let's make some money together! Keep me busy!
Update: My CPM average is still falling and things are awfully slow. I have been to Canada once more since my original review. I am still dedicated to Warren, but I question if they're dedicated to me?
In 2018 I brought my own truck to Warren and suffered from cheap freight and surly management and dispatchers. I am closing out my taxes for 2018 and after I moved my truck at the mid point of 2018 in the same amoyof time I doubled my money.
Beware of the lack of transparency due to the fact you will get 65% of what Warren wants to give you. Not what Warren is getting for the load.
One last thing. It is obviously more in the interest of Warren to keep their lease purchase company drivers going due to the fact if they don t they are on the hook to make the truck payment.
If you own your own truck move it or take it to LandStar.
Warren is about Warren not their drivers.
Payroll is awesome and safety is great; logistics and rates are enough to bankrupt most real O/O.
This company is very dishonest and never have frieght to keep driver moving alot of deadheading to your next load never want to use broker board because it cut them money the mean thing they're caring about is you making a truck payment
I started at Warren Transport in Oct. Warren as a company was great and treated me well. Their leasing company is another story. The truck I leased was not in the greatest condition mechanically and was in and out of the shop several times. I couldn't get myself out of the hole that truck put me in and the leasing company wouldn't budge nor get me a different truck.
Don't work for them but my hubby does. Mostly no complaints really. When my hubby was injured at work they gave support. When doctor orders said he had to have a different truck and couldn't do specialized loads but had to go to Van's temporarily, they were cool. His dispatcher Oscar kept him busy. In fact, when my husband asked for 3 days off to spend his birthday with are daughter( per her request) he said sure. Then sent him to Oregon so they could have the 3000$. He missed the point on why my hubby needed to be home. He did make it home 2 weeks later. He is back to doing specialized loads and that has been a kick in the pants. This is where y'all are losing stars. I can't pay my rent for this month, nor my electric, car insurance, buy food, or have money for rent next month, or any of the other bill's. When he spoke to payroll he got" sorry I'll send an email to let them know". So when you have an agreement with anyone really in the company, we expect you to up hold it. Just as you expect my husband to up hold his contract with you. Sorry, yall got shamed isn't cutting it with me or my husband. Hoping y'all clear YOUR mess up.
Glad i.worked there 1992 to 2007. Not the company i worked for. Glad I left when I did. I think the 2008 crash affected some of it. I enjoyed working there.
I worked there for 14 years, it was when Bob Molinaro was president. I was a mechanic and learned on the fly. But I had two good bosses..Mark Conklin and Dan Yungtum. Who I got along well with. I made alot of friends. Take care. .
I drove for this company. Bad company to drive for. Money death trap. Not true. Was never given miles nor good paying frieght to haul and was lied to straight to my face. Worst company I've ever worked for. Now doing way better and running miles and hauling frieght and actually making money.
