And for if you terminate your contract there are guidelines that they prefer to keep silent about until you sign up, then they have you. If you leave at the six month period you are not liable to be penalized for more truck payments. However, they will hold the maintenance fund for 45 days as well as your last paycheck settlement. Afterward, if they haven't found a way to keep it all, you might receive a check in the mail for the balance. If you sign up, all I can say is be prepared to be taken advantage of. The freight rates are not as good as they claim and they generally are at just above break even point. They lie cheat and steal from the contractors in a way that is legal on paper, but it is still wrong. They act as if they care in orientation, but after you start they don't carry their end of the deal. And won't do anything to fix the problems, only throw you a big line of BS to try to get you to stay. I say, Good bye and good riddance.
