Very busy location, was happy about selection and able to get in and out

They gave me a 1 to 1.5 hour range of waiting time to put in a new set of tires to my car and when I came back almost 2 hours later, they had the car without the tires and everyone on break. BS

It's in Good area and everyone was nice of the staff members.. also I loved that everyone was wearing mask and not complaining

Typical Walmart. Too much stuff. Too little time. Too little money. Plenty of checkouts.....

Love this Wal-Mart. Many of the same employees have been there 10+ years!

Facilities are new, self-checkout is fast. They are always in stock on the things I need and everything is easy to find. I like this Wal Mart, and I avoid Wal Mart when I can. I drive about 15 minutes to get to this one.

My favorite Wal-Mart.. The people are almost always friendly especially in the pick up department

Worst customer service ever I've been on hold for one hour just to talk to a CSM.

I've always had an in and out experience. I've never had to wait too long for checkout. However, Customers do get kinda stupid in the parking lot, so be mindful, they just don't pay attention. I'm starting to think that's an Arizona trait, though.

Nice place to shop and the employees are very friendly.

The cashier we had, while he was very nice and talkative, had quite the issue with processing payment with a gift card. Not good coming in to the holiday season where lots of gift cards are given and wanting to be used.

If I could give oil and lube a negative 5 I would. I brought my car in for a oil change and the guy had checked my car and look over had me pop the trunk of my car, he look around closed then gave my wife and I the ticket. After doing what ever it is that they do. I had a spare Tire and jack in my car and it had just disappeared after that. I call down to talk to someone after talking to 5 different people they finally look at the cameras. They said they never opened the trunk. The Manager that I spoke to was super rude. Thanks Walmart for stealing my spare tire. Because of you guy I missed work. NEVR COMING BACK TO THIS WALMART. After the management told me that the person who worked on my car wasn't there. Was there in some magical way and they talk to him according to Walmart

Charged for tires I did not pick up and the order was supposed to be cancelled. It wasn t and I was charged. 20 plus minutes on the phone now just trying to get someone at the store to help and I keep getting put on hold and transferred around. Even got hung up on once. Must improve the customer service. This is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service experience at store this morning. I was trying to find some headphones, then I finally found a section what it was at. The electronic clerk station at the register will still taking care of this one lady for about 20 minutes about a phone card she purchased the night before.I asked one employee was walking past can she help me, she said she didn't have the key she did. I went by the register and waited for this woman to finish helping this one stood there for about 5 minutes didn't acknowledge me at all.She finally asked me what I wanted and we went to the area where the headphones were at...#deplorableservice

Good store good prices. Wish it had more nicer stuff like Target in the clothes department and school supplies. Boy clothes size 14 is lacking supply.

I have a very love-hate relationship with Walmart in general, soooooo...

Not enforcing mask rules. Multiple people in the store not wearing masks, and I watched a redneck walk in without a mask, and the security guard let the guy ignore him and walk in without a mask.

If you must lock up your baby formula, at least have someone with keys readily available. Myself, and another young lady, waited over 20 minutes. We collectively rang the bell 3 times. Not even an apology when someone finally did show up. Awful.

Terrible customer service experience in the women's clothing department, interrupted in the middle of my conversation with my father whilst shopping. Offputting, unhelpful, & disrespectful. Will continue coming here for affordability.

I use this as my online order pickup location. This store seems to be the best stocked for a 7 mile radius. Staff inside store and the staff that brings the groceries to my car all seem to love their job. They are all happy almost all the time. Unless I'm being fooled somehow this indicates to me that there is very good Management in the upper ranks of this store.

One of the worst, most pathetic experiences I have ever had at a Walmart. Two new tires took over 2 hours to get done, after they put the wrong tires on the first time. Then they had the audacity to metion that they would not be charging me for the extra time, effort and parts it was going to take to put the right tires on, which they should have done the first time. Avoid this store at all costs. Sad part is, this store is the one closest to me. Pathetic attempt at any type of customer service.

Took forever to find somebody to help me but once they did, they were very nice and helped get me what I was looking for.m

Well stocked and clean. But restroom was atrocious.

Doing deliveries for Walmart Groceries, staff are nice and helpful. They will load all the groceries for you, though it's nice to help them in return. Makes everyone's day easier and faster.

Went to exchange a Christmas present for my son and the manager wouldn t let me unless I proved time, date and register product was bought for something that was a gift from someone else! Went to another Walmart where the employees gladly helped us. Hopefully this young manager starts working with customers instead of turning them away. Won t be back to this Walmart.

Poor management leads to poor customer service. I took my business elsewhere for a year because of this. I will probably be doing it permanently.

Walmart has everything at decent prices. They don't treat employees or communities very well but if your poor like everyone else they got what you need for what you can afford.

Good values ifn you shop like me , as every penny counts , and kids live it , as ok use to say , " ahhh ,put in the cart ...lol

It's close but selection is limited and they are often out of stock on items. Still go there plenty.

I really like the Walmart on Elliott and Priest. I feel comfortable going here and one of the greeters are the best.

No longer open 24 hours but it's cleaner than most of the other Walmarts in the area.

Waited 20mins for someone to help at sporting goods. There were 5 people in line. A csr was called 3 times and still waited another 15mins.

I was able to get my car battery replaced under it's warranty without the receipt! The guys in the automotive section were very helpful

During holidays they always have extra registers open they are friendly and courteous

I was hoping to find a shirt and Capri shorts. The majority of clothing was large, x large, xx large. Seems sizes 5, 6, 7 are either gone right away or?

I like how it's clean in this store and how I can just get in and out with no delays and long Lines

You need chinese made products that have prices to match? Cool, come here. If you came to interact with staff and thought you were going to get treated like a King or Queen. Then leave, you try working minimum wage with crappy working hours.

Horrible experience. Took my truck to car center with battery issues, being unable to start my truck. Waited an hour and a half for them to run a diagnostic check. Eventually asked for an update myself to have them come back instantly saying nothing was wrong with my battery and I should be good to go. I drove 500 feet away and try again to turn off my engine and start it only to find out it won't start. I walk around the back of the Walmart, back to the car center to ask for some help to get it back to them. They told me they don't have enough man power to help me, and that it is probably an alternator issue. Which I know is not true because none of the symptoms the truck is having points to the alternator. So I got the security truck for the Walmart to help give me a jump start. I was able to drive it all the way to San tan valley where I live, to a different full car care center. If it was alternator I would not have made that trip without power issues, or dimming lights. I'm now at a a firestone and they are telling me it's a bad battery. What a horrible experience at this car center, for them to tell me my battery is all good, then not help me when I was 500 feet away and it died right after leaving the garage. And now I will be paying for an actually good battery about 180 dollars to this firestone instead of getting one from Walmart. Never using walmart car care center again!!! HORRIBLE

Beautiful store front, didn't even look like a Walmart from the side. Floor layout was reversed from typical Walmart store.

All employees wore masks & gloves. Toilet paper & paper towels are back.

This review is for the EYECENTER. I love it. The optometrist and the ladies that work here are very efficient. They get you in and out quickly. It does get crowded, so there may be a wait, of course. You can't beat their glass replacement program, specially if 4/4 people in your family wear glasses, including 2 very accident-prone boys. And I like having glasses for every outfit, and Walmart has tons of fun frames at cheap prices.

I have an awesome time at Walmart. I gave it 4 stars though because there were a few associates that kept following my son and I because I let him play with a ball while walking around. Compared to the Walmart I went to daily in CA there are very few rude associates. In my eyes that's perfect! They're extremely helpful as well.

The workers are usually friendly the customers are terrible. I go out of my way to avoid this store

I've been to this Walmart about a million times and they NEVER seem to have any diapers. EVERY month or so, my husband and I go to get some and they NEVER HAVE ANY. When we ask workers if they have some in the back, they are VERY rude. WORST Walmart ever

Huge store... everything you need. Very friendly service

This is the worst Walmart Superstore in the East Valley. Nothing that is stated online as only available in store is ever in stock. Forget taking returns here because Customer Service creates new reasons to not accept your returns, even with receipts &/or defective. Employees have no knowledge of where anything is. Night stockers block every aisle including main thorough. Even the greeters are rude. Serious management issues are reflected in employee attitudes.
