I honestly feel scared going into this Wal-Mart. I now choose to drive the extra mile up to the stapley location.

Friendly staff. Clean & organized store. Quick check-outs

I went early 630 am. Parking great, alot of workers in isles restocking, very friendley but when ready to leave at 750 am only one cashier available.

Has plenty of choices to shop for. Help is always helpful and polite

Terribly understaffed. I had to stand in 4 different lines to pick up a prescription that had been 'ready for pick up' over 24 hours ago. Not worth saving a few dollars but wasting 45 minutes.

The manager should be fired. Even after getting new carts they never have someone to bring them back into the store. They run low on products and I found Bed Bugs in their clothing department. I had them price match and instead of price matching they charged me full price and I had to goto the customer service department and had to wait because they only had one person running it. i complained about the lack of carts in the store they just blew me off. WORST WALMART EVER. THE MANAGER SHOULD FIRE HIMSELF FOR NOT EVEN BEING TO MANAGE SOMETHING AS EASY AS GETTING CARTS IN THE STORE!!! YOU HAVE 500 NEW CARTS AND YOU STILL DON'T HAVE A RUNNER REPLENISH THEM IN THE F^&*(ING STORE!!!

Its Wal-Mart, so i get in, get what i need and get out...

Walmart is not good or bad just necessary a evil the employees are unfriendly and rude, but you know that going in.

This new bull $#!+ of asking for Receipts at the front door when someone is carrying a heavy items is unacceptable... And when I refuse because I'm not going to put down my heavy item to search through my purse... The lady working throws up her arms and gets an attitude with me is beyond rude... I then ask if she is going to carry the heavy item to my car if she wants the receipt so bad and still rolls her eyes... Unprofessional... You need to check your employee's Walmart before someone else does... SMFH

I went into the eye center there and got exceptional service

Good luck finding an electric cart or any clothes made from cotton anymore. Walmart used to be OK for $ and useful clothes. Now it's polyester hell .. 122* summers are not polyester friendly

Freaking Walmart...Hate going into the chaos but have to at times. Cheap prices and free funny farm exhibits.

The ONLY reason I come to this Wal-Mart, is because my nail shop is inside. I have been getting my prescriptions filled since January 2019 at this Wal-Mart and I have given them my insurance as well as my RX discount card info on more then 3 occasions and Walmart Pharmacy can't seem to keep those ID numbers or information in their systems. So I just called right now to find out if my prescription was cheaper through my insurance or through my Rx discount card and the gentleman I spoke to said he didn't have my Rx discount card on file and then if I wanted to make an extra trip in there today to put that on there I could. I've given you guys this information three times and you still can't put it into the account so why would I make an extra trip to do this. So like I told the gentleman that I was speaking to you I will go ahead and fill this prescription today and then I will remove my account as well as all of my children's prescriptions as well as my husband's prescriptions will be removed from this Pharmacy and I will no longer go to this pharmacy or this Wal-Mart other than it get my nails done. This Walmart has no customer service no one knows what they're doing and obviously the pharmacy that you actually have to go to school to learn what you're doing can even do their job correctly. So that tells me that my business and my money is not good enough for this Walmart

poorly manged store at times; empty shelves, closed registers, distracted and slow cashiers, the usual stuff. The criminalization of customers by checking receipts on their way out is the main reason they are losing my business. I don't need to be treated like a beer thief.

Close to home... Otherwise i'd be going elsewhere..

Im an employee here and this store is the absolute worst at picking up their phone, they forced me on leave and ive been waiting almost 2 full weeks to be put on the schedule while taking care of my wife and kid, ive easily called this stores number well over 200 times and im lucky to get an answer 5% of the time its very frustrating and ridiculous considering me and my wife are about to be homeless because of walmart suddenly cutting my hours off because of this stupid covid 19

Its Wal-Mart. Unfortunately, with there being a global pandemic, production of many goods is low. So many departments are bare, including sports, and outdoor gear.

Had issue with Walmart app, went to customer service for assistance, agent didn't want to help, stated app isn't their problem

I would say to others, don t go here. Go to the one on Stapley and baseline or a different one.

It's Walmart. Needed water, sunscreen and a few other vacation essentials.

Didn't relate to the customer service center well. They have bad policies and are rude about it. Was not happy when I returned an item at this location.

WalMart is always a part of my shopping. Their Site To Store online service is a frequently used option for me. Though the retailer is not my main store for groceries, it is a store I use regularly. I shop the sales flyers and buy where it makes the most sense, often using all three grocery stores in town for my weekly needs. So when shopping Fry's and/or Basha's, don't overlook the benefits of including WalMart in your routine.

You can grab a bottle of alcohol and walk around the entire store with it anytime, but I send my daughter's over to the section to get me a bottle of aftershave and they wouldn't let them leave the section without paying for it first. Thank God the employee from Walmart was there to stop us from contributing to the worldwide aftershave underground Black Market ring.

I had a awesome experience with a clerk kathy in electronics.

It's has a enough scooter for customer to shop around and they are fully charge to that is a plus .my husband was looking around a worker ask if she can help

Always clean, and the staff seem to go out of their way to remember you, and greet you as if I am the long lost friend

This Wal-Mart has a Subway & a Pretzel place. Can sometimes have long lines at check out. It is NOT open 24 hrs.

By far the worst experience ever. The isles were dirty. Things were not in there correct place. There was no assistance from staff.

Was very helpful in helping me find the right sizes for my kids school clothes, very polite and warm atmosphere, I was very impressed.

Store was stocked OK could be the lat. Cleaner although when I was going through the store I scene 2 dogs a cat and a spirit that people had brought in with them None of them had the notification that they were a service animal Then when I want to leave the store I watched a woman pull into the handicap spot jump out of her car run into the store with her engine running there was someone in the car I tried to see who they were I thought it was a child so I Contacted Walmart and they were forever getting anything taken care of the car did not have any handicap plates or placards just a handy place to park you see a lot of that at Walmart and they don't police it

I shop here several times a month, and use the order pick up, very friendly staff, very helpful, will continue

If you notice you can go to 3different walmarts and there prices very either prices go up or down if they are walmarts regardless where you go they should all have the same prices

The associate in the paint department tonight, even after hours, mixed a can of paint for me & matched it perfectly. I needed it for an emergency. to paint my front door at my condo. i only had a piece the size of about 1 cm. X 1 cm. For a sample to work with. He took the time to make sure it matched. I would definately give him a raise he sure was helpful & exceptionally friendly. he went above & beyond what he needed to. To make sure it was correct. I give him 5 stars. I will surely shop there more often for things i need. Just because of this extraordinary experience. Thank you!

It is very clean and well organized. You will love shopping here for everything you need in a one stop shopping center.

Takes too long for layaway purchases, waited almost a hour .

Don't always have what they claim on the shelf in the store. Wait is long many times.

They have good prices and selection. There's some bums but only one or two that hang out off to the side of the main entrance. The store detective followed me one time when I went in to get shoelaces. He was all pumped like he wanted to fight. Since then I haven't had any problems. I go there almost every morning to get lunch. Oh, almost forgot. If you go there in the afternoon the Chicago people, that infest the area during training season, raid the shelves. The place looks like one of those stores they show on the news before a tornado hits an area and the people buy everything off all the shelves. About half of those people are gone now but in the winter months they're everywhere.
Update: I went there this morning and they've moved things around to try and confuse the shoppers so they buy more stuff while they're looking for what they need. Also there was a new homeless person at the front of the store rambling incoherently and the shopping carts were put in backwards which made it difficult to get one.

Stock your shelves! Riverview is way better at stocking their shelves!

Cheep is not always better, a good price and open 24hrs you can't go wrong.

Store is nice. It's smaller so they don't have a huge selection on everything. But still plenty to choose from.

This Walmart location is almost always out of stock!

It's a huge space with easily seen aisle signs for location of items, pharmacy personnel is very helpful, but the store might need to re-evaluate the Wal-mart entry greeters, most times they're just holding onto the podium with a frown on their faces; in addition, the selection of fresh produce (not packaged)and breads is very small for such a large store.

Only problem with store was it WAS HOT INSIDE. Other than that ,they were friendly

It's like McDonald's but big and they dont have mcnuggets

While this location is 24/7 no more, it is still am enjoyable shopping experience from 1030p - 12a. Clean floors, etc. Which never ceases to amaze me given the traffic.

Always low prices. Nice thing is they always have a variety of products and usually very competitive prices. I've gotten car batteries and fluids to food and drinks. They rarely run out of what I'm looking for. The only thing I wish they had was a point system like Frys has to help you keep track of purchases so we dont need a receipt in hand to make returns.

They have most everything you need.. Zombies included..
