Worst customer service ever. Ask guy in bakery if they have bread pudding and he doesn't even look up at me and says maybe it's on one of the tables. There's at least 15 tables by the way. Same help in children's where workers will go the opposite way of customers when they see them coming. This is why we are being replaced by robots. I live in Dobson Ranch but drive past this Wal-Mart to go somewhere else because of how terrible it is.

I come here mainly for formula. It used to be open for you to get yourself. However, I guess after thefts?, they locked it up for employee access only. I love that they have lots of options and have never been out of the specific formula that i needed... but I don't think the wait for an employee is worth it. Might just be quicker to go somewhere else, despite this being the closest place to my home. This is the third time I've had to wait 10+ min. It's like they want to form a line of people before helping because one person isn't worth the walk. Finally, a trainee comes and doesn't greet anyone. Pretty much just poor customer service. Overall, dissatisfied. Us parents gotta be in and out, spending our time efficiently.

Most poorly managed Wal-Mart I have ever been in. Two registers open during a busy day. Waited in line almost an hour with both lines backed up 8 to 10 deep. Self check outs backed up as well. After I finally got through, my sister, who was behind me started her order. One of her items scanned up wrong and she immediately told the cashier who told her she would have to take it to customer service. While she was asking him if he could take care of it he quickly, first time, finished her order and cashed it out. While we were at CS I asked for a comment card and they said ,sure, they're back in electronics. We did notice that the cashier left for his break right after serving us. They did open up two more registers while we were in CS. I know they won't miss two regular customers, but neither of us will ever shop that store again.

They have taken away the price scanners and so many things are in the wrong place and are not priced. You can't find anyone to ask to check for you and if you find someone rhey just say they don't have a scanner and make no errors to help you.

Went to go get new battery installed went inside spent $200 came back out they said it be another hour and a half manager came up said put new battery in immediately so they exchanged it for free thank you very much best experience at Walmart ever

They have a lot of good stuff at good prices. Only giving 3 stars because I bought an inkjet printer cartridge there and it cost 3 dollars more than if I paid online and then picked it up from the very same store. Makes no sense at all seeing as they would have to get the order ready if I paid online. Really, that kind of thing should be illegal or something. If not that it's just really stupid and deceptive.

Friendly and helpful. After reading reviews, I was a little leary about this store. Every single person I talked to was friendly and helpful. I found pretty much everything I was looking for and then some.

I have an illness that prevents me from leaving my home most of the time, so my daughter and her boyfriend kindly volunteered to return a large amount of items because we were moving and over that period of time, I gave my husband a few lists and upon unpacking, noticed he got a lot of the items wrong. He doesn't keep reciepts, but I didn't think it would be a problem because over the years if I returned something without a receipt they would put it on a gift card which was perfectly fine because I primarily shop there period. I've been a respectful and loyal customer for 20+ years and have spent so much money over the years on my growing family. My daughter and boyfriend were told after waiting in line, having all items scanned (food items, hygiene, home decor, down to lunch baggies for my kid's lunches etc), and taking up a large portion of their time to help me, that they would not put the refund on a gift card (which I was going to use in the store anyways) But, that they would be willing to give her and her boyfriend 50$ worth of food. Now, my daughter is about to graduate cosmetology school and has an alternative look and her bi-racial boyfriend working a full time job, taking care of his toner sister after losing their mother last year, while pursuing a degree, were told that a large refund was denied, but they would give them 50$ worth of food. 50$ of food! Both of whom for the record, do not do drugs, did have homes, and are in school. My daughter and boyfriend are very sweet and a sensitive people and she came home ashamed/embarrassed, he came home feeling that he had failed me and kept apologizing profusely. To top it off, when I emailed corporate, I was told to call the same store and speak to a manager, when the staff were the ones who made this call. My family have NEVER been dishonest or disrespectful in any store, and I've spend SO much money in Wal-Mart. I am disappointed, I'm offended as a customer and mother, I feel like if it were me that went in this day it wouldn't be an issue, but because I feel it was purely discrimination, I'm forced to try to take another route. I've NEVER left a bad review for ANY place of business in my life, and I tried to avoid doing so. But in my opinion, what happened is so wrong and my polite, and discreet email requesting help was brushed off, I will do what I need to do even if it's for the sake of my daughter and her boyfriend who are just amazing, good people. The shame they felt is enough for me to do whatever it takes to have this incident looked into. ALL of the items I tried to return, (and if people were going to steal things to try to get a gift card, it wouldn't include sandwich bags, things to hang pictures on the wall, body hygiene, dry beans just to name a few) The entire amount of refund I should have received, just to turn around and spend in the store again on the correct items!....Is not worth me remaining silent about the embarrassment it caused my family. A loyal family to Wal-Mart for over 2 decades!

I will happily take this post down if someone will please take this seriously. Or, I will just keep trying to get in touch with someone that sees this is wrong.

Bakery was awesome. Dealt with Diane, she was the best, knowledgeable, polite. Even though I knew what I wanted, needed it in 3 weeks, stressed out about this party for my Dad's 90th birthday, she calmed me down, helped me, painted a beautiful picture of both cakes. I left feeling so confident about them. Thank you Diane. Can't wait to see them.
