This store is both a boon and a bain for the area. The community has a reputable center in WalMart. Yet also the store is a magnet for crime.
Some workers seem rude. I would attribute the attitude to being overworked for some and language/cultural issues for others.
Was looking for a portable Cd burner dude looked at me like he was lost and told me I would have better luck at Frys. .lol crazy
It was busy.. It was a bit messy. Clothing items laying in the isles. A few employees walked right by them glancing at them but didn't bother to pick them up...If I saw someone do that where I work...Coach and Cousel sit down time....ALOHA
Sketch area. Always some weird drama in parking lot. Be cautious of tweekers
This walmart is usually very friendly and quick. Its always well kept.
If I could I would give them 0 stars for their auto services. I took in a battery that I have about year ago, and told me the most they could do is recharge. Either that or buy a new one. I told them I would charge it and waited for about an hour or so. I was ok with waiting but when they told me that the battery was no good and that I needed to buy I new one. So I just told them I would take it and recycle somewhere elsewhere. Went home put the battery in my car so I can maybe jump start it and magically it started no problems what's so ever. So the problem is that I don't they they are being fully honest with their customers. Either the guy just wanted to sell me a new battery or it was a mistake. Either way I wouldn't recommend going to this location. They don't have the best customer servuce
I was paying with money and food stamps and the cash register where I was paying was making faces if she was on my shoes she would be doing the same thing I would never go there again.
My favorite walmart. Has everything. Prices have been lowered since the last time i was a frequent shopper (over a year ago) but i find myself coming back more often. i really enjoy purchasing online and picking up in store as well. Always a pleasant expierence, and ive even got a couple $5 egift cards for doing a survey after picking up my items.
They try so hard to make you use the self checkouts here.. They refuse to open extra lanes no matter how long the lines become, even though you see so many employees walking around.
This particular location always seems to have so much more than the other ones even more clearance racks as well as clothing selection for boys.
Very poor customer service at self checkout! The employees didn't want to help or even try to come up with a solution, yet alone try to LISTEN!!! They should definitely take some customer service classes.
Maybe it was my Mexico shirt?
I've been to this Wal-Mart twice in the last two weeks to get my oil changed. The 1st time I was turned away during regular business hours and the 2nd time I went they asked me to wait 15 minutes, until they turned me away during regular hours. Not going back.

Walmart on Baseline and Country Club. Even though they have 9 regular registers now they only have 2 registers open all others are scan and go registers. Plus you can never find what your looking for, they don't restock shelves very much.
Not the best for grocery shopping, but can handle other shopping needs
I needed a electric cart through part of my visit due to pain and no longer able to walk a employee offered to go get me a cart. She was a life saver, I wouldn't have been able to make it back to the front of the store without her help.. Thank you Wal-Mart for hiring a wonderful person...
Always a long line at money center. And there's always just one person working. Or there will be a line and management sends someone on break. Poor management..
Registers are never fully staffed. Always a line.
I just drove 10 miles to pick up a video game this stores website told me was available for pick up in store and the staff wouldn't even look for the item...with their eyes or on the computer. I thought I was on a hidden camera show. Bind boggling.
This Walmart is the WORST Walmart to do a pick up service. My order was placed online and I was suppose to be picked up at the orange pick up machine inside. I tried for a week and the machine has had errors every day I went. I also would let an employee know and every time they couldn t find my simple wok pan order or had me waiting 20+ minutes and I left. Finally on my last day to pick up my order I called and spoke to a manager and then was told to go to the grocery pick up and there I had wayyy too many problems picking up. I had to call them twice once to let them know I was there and the lady didn t even ask me where I was parked. So then I called again to let them know what number I was in and where was my pan because I had been waiting for ten minutes. I will now never order here and continue my service at the Rio Salado Walmart.
I used the online shop and pick up and customer service was AWESOME! My order was accurrate and was satisfied. I will use again!
It is impossible to get help with stuff on high shelves. Checking out is a nightmare! They open 1 register and than the self check outs. I unfortunately have great difficulties with opening their bags to bag my groceries. So I now buy only what is absolutely necessary. No buy no bag!
Usually keep store well stocked. Didn't give five stars because lines get too long sometimes.

It's a pretty nice place, I don't go there very often anymore. But we used to shop there instead of the Walmart on Speedway and Kolb.
People all over the parking lot begging for money oh and they stop EVERYONE before they leave with the one worker they have at each door. I already hate having to be at Walmart with how unclean it feels, but like when it's obvious the door dude watched us pay and then he stops us for another 5 minutes to do nothing significant at all... Walmart should put back real lines and actually hire a decent amount of cashiers to do actual work again instead of offloading self checkouts on consumers. Maybe they wouldn't have to have rent-a-dink security cause they'd be scanning it but it's walmart, who are we kidding?

I looked them up and it say open 24hrs and I get to the place and it's closed. Security tells me they open at 6am.
Everyone knows it. Walmart is terrible but they have what you.need most of the time so we continually subject ourselves to it and feed the corporate monster.
I stopped going to this Wal-Mart because of being followed/harassed by employees it's the same four individuals and it's beginning to upset me. The minute my family and I walk in they seem to follow us through the store.its a Spanish guy,a black guy and a couple of white guys.i understand the severity of shoplifting in Wal-Mart's but my family and I " DO NOT STEAL"!!! Please management control your workers before they hurt someone because of there Assumptions.

Long line to get a money order 38 minutes. Just for 10 people in line .
One entrance open to supposedly help with pandemic. All its doing is shoving people closer together. Like 3 people at checkout lanes. This is sad. Your the largest company in the world. Staff some cashiers.
The representative was not helpful before even looking at the sale item she said they were out of stock. And then when the transaction was complete she again failed to listen to my request for cash back.
Love Walmart but depending on time of day n month, it could need to be restocked. If so, the aisles r crowded but you can still get thru with a cart or a motorized cart.
It's a little ghetto and can smells like ass at times. It's not the worse Walmart I've been to.
