Bit of a gong show to start with, some confusion between the two locations. The staff bent over backwards to make it right and ended up being a very enjoyable outing. The staff are very friendly and try their best to make your rental experience everything you expected.

The staff a Wakepilot are wonderful. They are thorough on safety and fun and really want you to have a great time, but were also very conscious of what can happen on the lake and wanted everyone to be safe. The new Sea Doos are amazing and very fast and stable and my family had a great time.

We had such a great experience so we decided to go out a second time. I was thinking of buying a boat but now there is no need to. Thanks again to Instructors Taylor and his room mate Mike (?). You guys rock !!

We had a fantastic experience with Wakepilot. The instructor/driver Mike was top notch. We are going back for sure. he taught our 5 year old son to wakeboard and my wife and I both learned to wake surf!

Sea doo rental was great - the unit is fast and is fun. Plus the discounted price before 10am was a great plus.

We loved our wake surfing charters with Mike, Matt and Jessie at Wakepilot. We went out 4 times with the guys. The boat was more than big enough for our group of six and the guys made sure everyone had a good time even my mother-in-law went tubing! Mike was an excellent coach, he got our 7 year old son up on the surfboard and it was the highlight of our trip! We highly recommend Wakepilot and we will book with them again our next time in Osoyoos.

They were so accommodating and friendly above and beyond service very knowledgeable about the boats and equipment. We will certainly rent from them again, and the pricing was very affordable.

Fast, informative and courteous Staff, as well as great pricing (and best of all, no high pressure up selling). My Wife and I had great time on the lake, double kayaking.

Awesome experience! We had Private lessons with Taylor and he was Amazing. We were all basically new to wake surfing and he had the patience and expertise to have us all up surfing in no time. I only wish that we had booked more time. Will definitely be using Wakepilot again in the near future. Would highly recommend Wakepilot to anyone.

Staff were very friendly. Equipment was clean and well looked after. We kayak'd and used the paddle board for stand-up yoga. Both experiences were excellent, fun and free of hassle.

The customer service at Wake Pilot was pretty awful. The people working were having conversations (gossiping about other customers) amongst themselves while we tried to get our gear-we were excited to get out so this was especially annoying and rude.
Everywhere else I ve rented water equipment they ve had no problem holding onto small items. When I asked if I could leave my vehicle keys with them I was told to just leave them there -a shelf highly visible and assessable to anyone else.
The boards were in good shape but both of our paddles didn t lock properly, so the length and direction of the paddle/handle slid as we used them.

Overall it was a good experience but that was really no thanks to Wake Pilot.

Great overall experience, we had the owner Rob as our driver/coach for wake boarding. Probably one of the best instructors I've had in any discipline. Descriptive and patient, I was able to get up on the wake board on my first attempt and go quite a while in choppy waters. Would highly recommend.

Rented a jetski for 2 hours and it was a blast! Lots of fun. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Jetski was fast and had a clock in the dash display. Two thumbs

We rented two sea-dos here last week. The equipment was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will say the orginization with the payments could be a lot better. After returning the sea-dos we expected to get our $1000 hold for each sea-do back once they saw there was no damages to them, instead they told us to leave and they do the refunds that night. The next day we went back and neither holds had been processed, the lady working did that for us right away and we got $1500 of the $2000 back that day. I waited a week for the other $500 and called two times before it was refunded, I ended up calling my bank and they said it had not been processed. I finally did get all the money back, but would recommend getting your hold back and receipt showing it has been processed before leaving the rental place. We rented a pontoon from another company and everything was done and refunded the moment they saw there was no damages.

Great staff! All 3 girls that assisted us today were fantastic - Professional and very pleasant. The jet ski we rented was in great condition. Will be back next time for sure!

On our last day in Osoyoos we decided to rent a Jetski with tube. Wakepilot came recommended so I called as the online booking system wouldn t allow for a same day reservation. Got a voicemail to leave my number, which I did. Awaiting the call I placed my request on Messenger, no response. So I decided to go to the office. There were three staff doing absolutely nothing. I mentioned my actions and they were not pleased to hear that but did not really apologise other than the obligatory sorrrrry . The two ladies acted quite unpleasant and rude. I felt unwelcome. But I booked to keep my boys in the holiday game. When we came to go out the girls were still acting arrogantly bored. The equipment is good, the lake is great so we had a good time in the end, but I will not recommend this place. They are supposed to be the high end outfit in the area, but service is really at the low end.

We had a great time with our SeaDoo rental at Walnut Beach Resort Wakepilot. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing clear and concise instruction for safe use of the machine. Machine was in like-new condition. We' ll definitely be back.

The staff here was simply rude in how they handled issues with customers reservations. We had 13 people in our group reserving the pontoon ride at 2:30pm. The rep there told us to be there 30 mins ahead of time to get documentation done. Being local tourists, we had no idea what the parking challenges were at the location. So although we arrived like 30 mins before scheduled time, we could not find parking for at least 10 mins. We rushed to the rental centre and was told that because we had 13 people , it will take a long time to register everyone in. Hence we will only have the 30 mins for the price ofn1 hour. I was a bit frustrated and indicated that it was not my fault as a tourist not to know that so much time is required to register 13 people in. Having told them that I have 13 people in my group , they should have indicated that we should arrive like 1 hour earlier. I tried to explain but this female rep, a gal of maybe 18 years old, gave a really bad attitude, like its not any of their fault.
Finally after justifying my situation , she reluctantly made the switch to the next rental site which was 5 mins away. This time knowing better , I arrived at the next site 1 hour ahead. And we made the registration smoothly and the reps at this site (spirit ridge) was way more professional and patient.

The reps at walnut beach resort boat was plain unprofessional.

Thank you for understanding the scenario I had explained earlier.
That particular rude young female staff , also indicated that I should have filled out the waiver form emailed to me. But how do you fill out the form that is slated for the 2:30pm schedule , when it arrived in my mailbox at 3:30pm?
It is really that one rude female rep (young 18 years or younger) , the other female rep, slightly shorter , brunette , was very helpful to try to help fix the situation.
My group will not ever try out the walnut beach resort site if such customer service continues to exist there.

The forecast said 1-3mm of rain and no mention of thunder and lightning. We rented the boat from a group of very knowledgeable and organized young people who made sure we were very well equipped and prepared to rent the 17' ski boat for the full day. The boat was clean, ran well and had everything required by Transport Canada. We stopped in to grab something forgotten at our trailer at our NK'Mip campsite and got tips from a young man that a good place to fish was at the north end. We headed up there, set up and after a few minutes it started to rain. We thought hey it said showers and it's the desert so we'll sit through the 1-3mm. A couple minutes later there was lightning and immediate thunder so we did as we should and packed up immediately to head back to WakePilot (we rented from the place north of the bridge). The waves were huge right away and the rain was coming in buckets but my husband is experienced so we were not overly concerned but knew we needed our butts off the water asap. We were almost back when we see 2 young people on jet skis and wondered what the heck they were doing on the rough lake but it was 2 employees of WakePilot making sure we made it in. With all the chaos and noise I did not hear our phones ring as they called us frantically to make sure we were safe. We all piled back to the docks and those amazing staff helped empty our belongings out and promptly worked on giving us a very fair refund on our day cut short. I'm a mom of young adults so they are all kids to me but this a great, hardworking group of kids that are responsible and knowledgeable. Hoping to bring our own boat next year but we'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Today my brother and I rented a couple of Wakepilot's newest Sea-Doos and had the best time ever. We rode all the way to the US border and back. Ripped up the lake doing donuts and rooster tails. Thank you Brad, Faith, Raquel, and Rob. Great instructions, super organized, and loved the lime green machines. You guys are the coolest. Can't wait to come back soon.

Just got back from Osoyoos and wanted to write about the awesome experience we had dealing with the great team at Wakepilot at the Walnut Beach Resort. Great equipment and a friendly, knowledgeable staff! Highly recommended checking them out!

When we were staying across the road from there last April we called about renting a kayak for the day. They were very accommodating, opening early for the season so we could get out on the lakes. The price was good, as was the service, making for a memorable day on the lakes there. Thank you. If we can we'll come back.

Wonderful and accommodating staff, from the owner to all the staff ensuring our safety. Rates are great, too. I rented an Increadibly well-kept jetskis. Safety was #1 priority for them with having a blast a very close #2.

We went twice again this summer, and again great people. prices and jetskis. They were very accommodating. Thanks so much for the great experience. Hopefully see you again next summer.

Visiting from Saskatchewan, we decided to spend a gorgeous sunny day in Osoyoos and rent a seadoo for an hour on the lake. Extremely disappointed to find that we were given only the training key for the seadoo. For those who have been on a seadoo this gives you only a small amount of speed!!
Really for the cost of this unit that is extremely poor service, without even a discussion or option. Would not recommend this to anyone looking for a great experience. There are definitely better options!!

Absolutely loved our time out waterskiing with Wakepilot! My husband had a smile on his face the whole time and I even gave it a try. Highly recommended!

Great service! Staff was fast and quick on the phone. Made it easy to make a reservation. Called same day and they were able to fit us in. On arrival they had everything ready to go. Staff was knowledgable and were clear with what we needed to know. Went through all the safety, expectations, as well as how to use it fast but very easy to follow. The seadoos were in great shape and handled well. Was a little more expensive but it's Osoyoos. I would recommend them over the Starlight marina.

Rented a charter for an hr today! I have wakeboarded and wakesurfed before so it was a wonderful option, in an amazing boat. We had the pleasure of working with Barry! He was kind, easy to talk to, gave great pointers, and went above and beyond the call of customer service! (Please pass on to Barry). We will definitely rent again! Used a Seadoo for the first time today. Staff was very efficient and helpful, Seadoo seemed well maintained and was easy to use. I was going to use Starlite, which would have been about $15-20 cheaper, but after reading their reviews I m glad I chose Wakepilot. Would recommend!

The most fun we have ever had out on a lake. The 2 guys that operated the boat for our group were nothing short of amazing. Amazing teachers and made sure everyone had a blast. Top quality equipment and a top of the line boat. If you are looking to rent a boat and have the best experience possible, look no further. Safe, fun and something we all will remember for a very long time. We will be back.

We really loved renting from Wake Pilot, the staff were nice and helpful. Our boat broke down at the last 30 minutes of our rental but they were swift to come and help us start it up again. We rented stand up paddle boards, a sea-doo and a boat and we highly recommend renting from here again!

booked for 2 jet ski around 6pm on a Thursday, and let me tell you the view at this time is spectacular and breathtaking. we passed by many beaches along the way with jet skis but the views there were very dull and a lot of mountains. but at walnut beach, you d get a variety of views and what i love about this beach is how wide and big the ocean is. not dangerous at all if we wanted to speed and definitely not a problem with other boats or jet skis on the ocean. service here is amazing too, lady took her time to explain safety precautions and the guy at the end helped us take a lot of photos.
probably my favourite thing about this whole experience is how sturdy and stable the jet skis are. i think they were 2020. probably the best jet skis i ve seen

We were in osoyoos for the long weekend. When we were thinking of a place to go we were researching the activities in that area and found Wakepilot and liked it and decided to go to Osoyoos. In a way Wakepilot got us to Osoyoos. We enjoyed our experience a lot. We got Rob who is the owner of the company as our charter coach/driver. He was very friendly and made the experience memorable for our family. The boat was amazing. We will definitely come back here.

Had a chance to rent a seadoo, stand up paddle board and pontoon boat during my stay in Osoyoos, and all of Wakepilot's inventory was in great shape and had no issues at all :). The staff were friendly and helpful, and their life jackets were clean and new. Had a great time!

Rented a Sea Doo from Wakepilot twice in the past two weeks and, in both instances, I was extremely happy with the price, service, and vehicle. Pricing was exactly as advertised, with no surprise charges and no effort by staff to sell me extras I didn't want. Staff were very friendly and helpful and did their best to get through the obligatory form signing and safety spiel as quickly as possible. The Sea Doo was in great shape and ran well. Can't imagine going anywhere else for my next rental.

We had such a great experience on both the seadoos and the charter boat. The coaches gave awesome feedback teaching us how to wakeboard/surf and ultimately giving us a super great first experience on the water.
The staff in the shack were super helpful and energetic in getting us on the seadoos which were so much fun. We will for sure be coming back throughout the summer!!!

My whole family enjoyed our time on Wakepilot s SeaDoo and the kayaks we rented on lake Osoyoos. The staff at walnut beach resort location were all super friendly and helpful, a real pleasure to deal with and are all very knowledgeable about the lake and the equipment they rent. We will definitely be back to rent from them again.

Came down for the long weekend, a really nice guy named Dylan served us, we rented a ski boat and a jet ski for 3hrs each. The booking process was easy, the price included fuel and service was really great. Both the boat and jetski were in great condition, was so much fun. Nothing negative to say. Oh, think 3hrs was a good amount of time for all four of us to enjoy the toys without feeling rushed. Can t wait till next year, will be back :)

We use Wakepilot's boats for our summer kids camp all summer. Their boats are amazing and their staff is the best, they will do anything to help you and are so honest... we couldn't possibly give them a higher recommendation!

Really nice rentals, at fair prices. I rented a paddle board for an hour for $25 and had alot of fun.

I cannot recommend them enough My family has boarded with them for four years now and every experience is top notch. The boats are brand new, the quality of the equipment is great, the instructors are very knowledgeable and great with kids...the whole day is just a ton of fun!!! We have booked again this summer, can hardly wait! PS love the music on the boat too!

We rented a pontoon boat yesterday at the Walnut Beach location of Wakepilot in Osoyoos and from start to finish the staff was professional and knowledgeable. During our 4 hour rental we had an issue and after calling the staff they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I would definitely rent from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Thanks for the amazing customer service guys!

Really friendly staff, super accommodating! Kids had a great time on the jet ski. Would recommend renting here over other locations in town. They have another location on the north lake as well. That may be better as it's more area you can run on, but this was good for us as it's right in front of where we're staying.

So many great things to say about everyone at Wakepilot as well as our charter experiences. We booked a charter yesterday for 2 hours and our instructor was Thom; we had so much fun and decided to book again today, this time for an hour and a half, with Jessie as our instructor. Both were excellent- they were knowledgable, personable, and could operate the boats like it was nothing (which is weirdly hard to come by). Wakepilot gets you all the gear you need based on your body type and it is all like new. Not to mention the unreal boats they have - we were on the GS22 yesterday and the GS23 today. Two of the nicest boats I've ever been on! The GS22 was perfect for all sports - the GS22 is a little bigger and had a better wake for surfing. Either way you cut it, though, they're both excellent boats. Finally, they let you play music which is a huge bonus- it's always best to shred to the tunes of your choosing!!! We will 100% be back next year and book a charter for as long as possible.

Very professional staff and high quality equipment. We rented the Pontoon boat and had 12 people on it. Pulled the 3 person tube with no problems. Would definitely rent from them again.

We rented Seadoo GTIs. It was ok..but we didn t know that the jet skis were speed restricted and you can only use one side of the lake. Made the hour go by pretty slow.

Awesome experience, great coaches and gear. Our group of four made amazing progress during our charter. Tip: Book the longest amount of time you can as you'll be having too much fun, time rips by.

We have rented from Wakepilot for a couple of years, due to our friends reccommendation..2020 has been a challenge for a lot of us, including wakepilot! while our rentals did not go smoothly due to breakdowns etc. the staff was so helpfull it made a less than ideal situation ok for us....our rental ski boat expired prior to our booked time so we missed that a lot, we did Kayak and sea doo with minimal problems

I would like a waiver with removable options as I do not want my photo etc. to be avalible for advertising etc... appreciate the staff assurances about not taking any but still!

Rented the sea doos twice here. Once for 1 1/2 hour and the other was a 2 hour session. Also did the SUP too. My daughter and I had a blast. The service was very friendly and very professional. Incredible experience and a must try if you're in town. Definitely will come back and rent a boat and do some water skiing! Keep up the awesome work, you guys and girls!

We had a great experience at Wakepilot. We had two separate rentals - we went out for a couple hours on 3 jetskis on day one, and then did a 4-hour boat charter for day 2. The jetskis were in pristine condition, super comfortable, and were purchased new at the start of the season. We had a blast, and it was quick and easy to fill out the paperwork and get going. At the same time, we felt confident and prepared by the safety run through, and well taken care of if anything were to happen. Our charter was amazing - Barry was professional, hilarious, and a great driver/coach. We were able to get every single person in our group up on the water, including 2 people that had never wakeboarded or waterskiied before. The boat was a $140k beauty, and everything about the experience was unforgettable. We agreed afterwards that having a driver and coach was the best choice we've made on this trip. Not having to worry about piloting, working equipment, the nuances of coaching, and just being able to relax on the water was so easy. We weren't intending to do a charter, but after experiencing it, it's absolutely the way to go and we'd do it again in a heartbeat.

We just came from attempting to rent a ski boat. We were not surprised that boats were not available on this BC day long weekend but we were surprised by the incredibly bad attitude of the young lady that controlled the desk. I suspect nothing will come from this complaint as the company isn't short on business. The two young men that were at the desk were very pleasant but clearly deferred to the abrupt and rude young lady. I think if a person hates their job that much then they should find another job. Life is too short.

We did a 3 hour charter with Jesse and it was an awesome experience great new boat and we did tubing and wakeboarding.

I would highly recommend wakepilot for renting seadoos or boat charters in Osoyoos we will be back for sure.

Unreliable service from manager and owner. Rip u off on the damage deposit.Dont be surprised to get a message saying charged a big amount on your security deposit without even discussing. Will show u someone else's damaged item saying the damage happend coz of u..i won't recommend it

Great experience with great service from wonderful staff Kristin and Mike for our first time on Sea-Doos. Can't wait to do again the next time we're in Osoyoos, Wakepilot definitely going to be our go-to place.

Our family of six rented two jet skis and a tube to go behind one of them and we had a load of fun. Service was great. They explained the rules and how to operate the machines well. The jet skis worked well. The best part was we could have three to a jet ski so we could all go out at once. Would rent from them again.

The 10 of us had a great time with Mike who took us out for a 3 hr charter. Should have gone out for 4 it was so much fun. He was a great coach, got everyone who wanted to get up on a wakeboard or wake surf up. We also had 2 kids with disabilities who we were able to get out for some tubing, Mike was patient and made sure they had a great time. Thanks Mike !

Place was great. They were awesome with the kids too. We rented jet skis and a tube. They were always available to help. Next year were renting a charter boat. Extremely friendly and helpful. Awsome job guys!

Jet skiiing on the lake was the most enjoyable part of our weekend in Osoyoos. The sea do was brand new and in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and provided us with excellent directions and customer service. They were also very accommodating! We arrived 45m early of our booked time and they got us on the water right away.
