They were short staffed in the service department....

They were short staffed in the service department. They tried to send us away. We drove a hour to get there. I told them we were not leaving until we get figured. They came out and dealt with us. All good now!

For the last 3 years when school pictures are done...

For the last 3 years when school pictures are done. There is a problem every single time. This year I only got what was ordered for one of my kids and got nothing for the other one even though I order them and paid for them and the check was cashed. Last year I didn't receive my order for either child until I called Wagner 4 times. Finally got what I had ordered 6 months later in the mail. I've also had pictures of the wrong kids and ones with the wrong background.

Couldn t figure out how to edit or update my original review so here s part 2! After my initial review the owner got back with me and said she would look at the photos and see what could be done. She apologized for the lack of customer i received. I appreciate her taking the time out to get back with me. It did take her some time to resolve the issue but honestly with running a business and graduation season upon us and so much going on in my personal life I hadn t realized how much time had passed. I wasn t upset by it or anything, but I figured I d be honest in my review because someone else may not be as cool with that as I am. She did offer to let me keep the photos and gave me a partial refund. I think it s beyond fair under the circumstances that they can t retake the pictures. Although I personally am not a 100% fan of one thing in the photos my daughter is beautiful and she still likes them. So everyone is happy and Wager and Penny did a great job of rectifying the situation, since we aren t able to do retakes. I truly appreciate what she did for me.

There isn t another option to leave. I ve dealt with them as a business for YEARSSSSS. I believe they ve literally done my pictures as a kid so this disheartening to leave a low review. The review isn t for picture quality because that isn t the case. The pictures themselves look amazing. They always do and the subjects aren t so bad themselves . The problem I have is as someone who ordered a pretty expensive package I wasn t happy with the way the photos turned out. I asked them if they knew of they were doing retakes or if that was available as an option (still waiting on that answer). The problem is that no one thought hey why don t we tell this young lady(my third grader) that her collar is messed up. The man on the phone(you could tell he could care less about the memory these photos help for me, but maybe that s his tone with everyone I don t know him to say)said that not their job. That s the job of the school. I don t know the environment that they had to deal with that day but decent human courtesy could have been giving considering how expensive these prints are. They could have told her fix her collar and didn t have to touch her if that was a concern. I guess they figure they ll have business regardless so they could less of I return my prints or if I m unhappy.

WPG helped make senior portraits easy and memorable. They have backdrops for indoors and a beautiful outdoor area. They can also provide a cap and gown if you don't have yours yet. Our photographer was detail-oriented and patient spending lots of tine capturing the right shot and lighting. Our photo order was processed fast and ready for invitations and announcements.

Every year i look forward to my grandchildren's ph...

Every year i look forward to my grandchildren's photo's from school and i would think you would tell them to smile like they are happy about something, instead they have a fake smile on there face. And what about combing there hair, we had them redone but they come out the same way. Just wanted to tell you we take pictures of them all the time and none of them come out like there school pictures,,,ugh very disappointed. just telling you this so you can get your act together people. good thing the mom only buys what she has to have, one picture.

This is a follow up as I was contacted directly by...

This is a follow up as I was contacted directly by an owner. He was lovely and kind and most accommodating. He recognized my name as a school volunteer and was willing to help make the order fulfilled. He explained the problem which was due to my later order but was willing to help find a solution. Again. A very kind man and very helpful. So I changed my rating with this update to my first post below. And the owner is handling the employees behavior.

I have never been treated so terribly by any business in my life. Laughed at. Ridiculed. Made fun of while I was trying to talk to someone about not receiving my child s yearbook. Will not fulfill the order I purchased. Wanting more money for a year book that clearly states it is included in the package but because the package was purchased after the photo date the yearbook has been omitted by the company.
