Great rooms however not much with regards tonight site food places. They do have some great views though if youre on a high enough floor
The rooms were clean, the hotel was very nice. They did not provide the roll away bed like we requested 2 nights in a row, even though we were promised at lobby.
Very friendly staff, centrally located with great views (if you get a high enough room). Food is decent but would recommend trying out local restaurants
Close to the I5 exit/entrance (Seattle traffic is no fun) and walking distance to all downtown spots. Clean and spacious rooms.
Happy hour choices are limited but a great value. Ask for their home made lemonade in your choice of drink.
They have a decent bar (which was the only space I visited at the W on a particular night) but the place gets too stuffy inside quite fast.
The rooms here are amazing! Not to mention being right downtown. The staff were also super friendly.
Spacious rooms and good service. Some with a decent view. Concierge is super nice and has great recommendations. Unfortunately, you can't escape the business hotel's curse: you have to pay for everything and it's super expensive. WiFi is not free (really, in 2018?). Breakfast is overpriced, especially for a city with so many good options for coffee and breakfast.
Great location for a downtown hotel. Main issue: the hotel is a bit old and needs a face lift anytime soon. Muesli for breakfast is delicious. Friendly staff!
Location is great for downtown, bed was super comfortable, great place for younger adults who are just having a great night out.
Gave me a room I didn't pay for in the beginning and had to have it switched after the fact and paid extra for a breakfast through Expedia only to find out from the front desk they didn't serve it
Stayed there three days over the New Years holiday. On first night there was a problem where the people who were in the room we booked wouldn't leave. This could have been a major issue but the reception staff and the management were very responsive and worked diligently to accommodate us. In the end, the management worked out a good compromise and I appreciate their efforts. Kuddos to the front staff and hotel management.
This is a great place in the city center. 4 stars - parking expensive per night.
Definitely a W but it I'd starting to show its age. Quite disappointing to see plumbing sticking out in the shower and lounge couches feeling old. Stayed at the suite with breathtaking views. Gym was an afterthought at best given the price point of the hotel.
My check in was wonderful. Travis was remarkable and very helpful. With a broken foot, I required extra help. He anticipated what Ineeded and made some great suggestions. I only wished he worked the other days I was here.
I also want to thank concierge who helped me get a hair appointment . The room was amazing. Coming back to my room to find all things cleaned and special attention to make my bed special. They really do believe in whatever whenever philosophy.
Great hotel. Horrible parking situation. Hightop Vans cannot fit in their garage.
Beautiful hotel, restaurant left a little to be desired. Ok dinner, delicious breakfast.
Toured the event space, nice tall windows and friendly staff.
Clean, centerly located to pike market and other activities. Highly recommend
Prompt service, excellent hospitality. Amenities were provided for
A great place to stay in Seattle. The Hotel is modern and clean. Our room was very comfortable. I will definitely be back again.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!
I thought this hotel was going to be great because of its rating but NO. First of all, they didnt offer to take our luggage! The concierge was not organized and we had to repeat ourselves six times! The bedrooms are not organized, they throw the stuff (snacks, soap etc) so messly! The shower system is old and takes a long time for warm water and the water doesnt always shoot out evenly. Also they add a bunch a charges like what!!!!! They also use VERY cheap toiletries !! The room smelt like mold and the sheets smelt dirty! Disappointed! Will not recommend this place nor stay here again!
Love W Hotels away. Seattle W is no exception. Great hotel good location.
The overall aura of the place was very lively with the DJ and bar on the first floor. Service was great too
Spacious rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The W is within walking distance to everywhere you want to be, and is a very comfortable hotel.
Valet was super easy. Lobby was clean and inviting. Desk staff introduced themselves and made us feel super welcome. Informative, quick, simple. Rooms were laid out well and lacked nothing we needed. Even used the bottle opener to cut a tag off a new dress :)
Hotel OK but the bar downstairs is quite funky and very busy. Not a bad spot to have a quick cocktail if you are in the area. We ran into a number of "Huskies" cheerleaders when we were there.
Friendly personnel, nice clean room, convenient location.
Not impressed. The water pressure was mediocre and the shower could not accommodate a 6 ft tall individual without hunching over.
We love this hotel. Clean rooms with lovely simple decor. Great bath products. Very comfortable bed. Nespresso in the room (major WIN) and friendly, helpful staff.
Great space for happy hour: a bit dark but an artsy and flexible space which handled our big group with ease. Drinks were good including my non-alcoholic hibiscus lemonade. It's nice to have some non-alcoholic options that are fun to drink listed on a menu and for $5. My bill first came with a higher price ($6) than the menu but our server fixed it for me.
Had a wonderful stay, some billing problems after checkout but prompt and attentive service from the front desk staff in correcting the issue.
I attended TinyCon. I cannot comment regarding the rooms but the conference facility and onsite catering were above expectations.
Fantastic service! Above and beyond with every request.
Has been a really nice experience so far. A bit expensive as compared to others around here but the rooms are top notch
Computer week down, and I had to wait an hr and a half to get my room key. Also it was 3 am
Absolutely beautiful imside and out. Great guest services and affordable accommodation.
Excellent all around. Love the small, boutique feel but completely contemporary decor. The staff is delightfully helpful, the rooms are clean and well appointed with Bliss products! Just between the busy areas of the downtown area make it a perfect location. Easy walk to ferries and Pioneer Square, shopping at the flagship Nordstrom & Pike's Market. Walk to Nordstrom & take the monorail to the Space Needle. Their "Whatever, whenever" policy can't be topped. Love this hotel! And the elevators are super fast! Trace, the restaurant onsite, is excellent with a full sushi bar most nights.
Trendy hotel with gorgeous views and convenient location you down town hot spots.
Room was nice and clean, staff were kind and attentive, the hotel has a bar and restaurant which was convenient as well as being centrally located I would stay there again!
The W Seattle is a great business hotel. Spacious rooms, good hospitality, and a prompt valet service if you don't want to deal with the hassle of parking your rental car yourself. There is one restaurant on property and plenty of options to eat within walking distance. The staff is courteous and well-trained.
This hotel made my dog incredibly happy. WW are exceptionally responsive and flexible. Overall great stay!
We tried to use our Platinum suite night credits, but didn't get upgraded even though there were suits available. Otherwise, great customer service from the super friendly folks at the front desk.
Amazing hotel in the heart of downtown. The service from top to bottom was A++. Trendiest bar for blocks in any direction, with very reasonable Happy hour. Room service is a bit pricey, but for the location, it fits.
The W Seattle is okay but it doesn't feel like a category 6 luxury hotel to me. The breakfast buffet is also very limited. There is absolutely no comparison to some of the W hotels I have stayed at in Asia.
Stephen was a great bar tender and Megan Larson was an amazing performer. I wasn't expecting the W to have such great atmosphere and talent.
Attended an event at the ballroom. Great location. Restrooms were beautiful.
Amazing views, wonderful staff, 24 hour service, comfy beds, almost didn't want to leave my room the whole time we were there
During my reservation I asked for the staff to tell me a joke. The staff delivered by placing a joke in an envelope... Which was.. "What did the grape do when he got stepped on... He let out a little Wine". It was accompanied by some grapes and a gratis bottle of wine. Completely exceeded my expectations! Thank you W staff.
Very comfortable hotel, right at the city center - only drawback is they don't have a swimming pool - but you can use the Sheraton pool which is ~15min walking
Love this hotel! Location was perfectly positioned between my conference at the convention center and all the other things I wanted to enjoy. A quick stroll and I was right where I wanted to be, regardless of the agenda. The staff was fantastic!! Friendly, engaging, helpful and all-star.
I was only there to meet someone but the staff was amazingly helpful getting me to their room and helping me back out
Convenient location, clean amenities and friendly staff.
Beautiful hotel! The "wow suite" is great! Breakfast at Trace was yummy! Nice place!!!
Was there for a work related conference. The catering was great and amenities good.
Kyle checked me in and was super hospitable. His customer service was amazing. So friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable and trace is a good place (though a little loud) to meet up with Seattle friends!
Good lobby bar on Saturday when they have dj Supreme! Of course the rooms are nice!
Excellent downtown location, nice lounge and lobby. Friendly staff. Room was spacious and comfortable, though the restroom could use a little updating. There was mold in the grout and the shower was pretty old style considering this is a W. Parking, as others have mentioned, is at an outrageous $68 a night. It's not worth parking there when right next door is the Olympic Parking Garage at $39 for 24 hours.
Great location, hip lounge and bar. Large workout facility
Large clean rooms. However, no pool or similar similar facilities
Typically W decor and service at the front desk, but not quite as responsive as others I've been to. Also the pillows were annoying, definitely prefer the Westin for bedding.
