My residential solar panel installation was just completed this week. After seeking insight and information from multiple solar companies, I chose Prairie Sun Solar to perform the installation. Brenden, Dylan and their team have been insightful, prompt, courteous and professional at all times.

Brendan made the whole process a breeze and explained everything very well. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone interested in investing in clean energy.

So glad we finally decided to get a generator.
We originally wanted a generator out of the states, but due to Covid and other issues, it was delayed, I got constant text messages updates from Caitlin. With these delays he started looking for other avenues for us. Caitlin got us interested in a Canadian made generator "Kohler".
So glad we decided on this product and we got it in no time at all as compared to the previous product delays.
As I type this message the Kohler generator is going strong into it's 8th hour keeping our home, warm, secure and worry free for my family.
I highly recommend "Prairie Sun Solar" to all my friends, co-workers and family. I have nothing but praise for Caitlin Schneider and his help getting us setup and secure.

Had an amazing experience with this company. Had been humming and hawing about getting a whole house generator and finally decided to pull the trigger on it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I also appreciate the rush they put on this installation including the SaskPower and gas hookup visits. They had it installed, connected, and activated within 4 days of paying the deposit. Would strongly recommend this company for your standby generator needs!

The crew at Prairie Sun Solar are at the top of their game. True pros, they know their product, show up on time, and do a clean install. I used them to install a whole house standby generator and am very pleased with the whole experience.

We have a solar system installed by another company. I wasn't able to get a response from them regarding some concerns I was having. I was so thankful I reached out to Prairie Sun Solar. Brenden was so understanding and generous with his time and knowledge. I was hoping I might be able to get a few answers but I definitely did not expect to receive such thorough, excellent customer service from a company I had not even purchased from. He was so patient to work with me over the phone to get the monitoring app running again and even took the time to follow up later that everything was looking good. If you are looking for a company that provides excellent, friendly customer service I would already highly recommend. I am so thankful that I know where I can receive assistance with my system if needed in the future.

I recently purchased a home generator from Prairie Sun Solar. From start to finish of the process it was a positive experience. Due to covid, the US fires & hurricanes purchasing from the original company (whom Prairie Sun Solar was a distributer) I leaned these generators were in very short supply and wouldn't be available at until spring. Prairie Sun was able to source through another company and within weeks the generator was here and installation was completed. Everything went smoothly & they handled everything. (I had no idea of all the steps needed for the installation) The communication was excellent. All of the installation workers were very friendly and polite. Would recommend this company as there service was excellent!!

Last summer (2019) we signed up for SaskPower's net metering program through Prairie Sun. They were absolutely excellent - they did most of the paperwork, scheduled the meter switchout with SPC, the total installation was done ahead of schedule and on budget. They added an extra outlet for the system's WiFi router at no charge. This was probably the best business transaction I have ever made.

Prairie Sun Solar gets 5 stars in all aspects of their work. Both Brenden and Dylan are professional, courteous and very competent. They truly understand the importance of client service as they were always attentive to my needs; always responding to texts/emails/phone calls promptly and never late for an appointment. This was best exemplified when I offered to pay the last instalment and Brenden refused to take it because he wanted to ensure that the system was working 100% before taking the cheque. I am very pleased with the entire process.

I recently purchased my Complete System from Prairie Land Solar. Brendan help me step by step for every component that was needed. He even went out of his way to save me money in the process. When it came to installing My electrician and I had some questions. We called Prairie Solar,and they again went way out of there way to help.

Probably one of the best investments I've made for my home. Im 6 Months in with my system running and with the sunny Saskatchewan Skies already producing enough power to pay my basic Delivery Charge only for saskpower and building credits for the cloudy days.

Working with Prairie Sun Solar has been great. Before I knew about Prairie Sun I had a different company install Solar at my home and it was a very unpleasant experience. I was having issues and the installing contractor wouldn't respond and Brenden from Prairie came out and got things working right away.
He was able to identify the problem and fix it right away and wouldn't even let me pay him for the service call. He also found several areas where the previous contractor had cut corners or ignored code and brought them to my attention.
I've been INCREDIBLY impressed with Prairie Sun Solar's professionalism and commitment to customer service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

After determining solar power was a good long term investment, with a low risk, we searched for a company to look after our needs. After talking to several companies we chose Prairie Sun Solar. Brenden was always quick to answer my never ending questions, anytime of the day, he also made time to help me re-inforce the attic to support the extra weight. Called these gentlemen in a panic on a Friday to try and get a solar charge controller to work with some panels I've had waiting and some batteries I had just bought. Brendan worked with me over the weekend to set me up with a solid Midnight Classic 150 charge controller. Great service and no Amazon BS :)

I had a really bad pigeon problem under my 4 year old solar system. I was told it would be 2 weeks but they had it done in 2 days. The guys that came out went above and beyond to clean out the pigeon nests and had everything done within an afternoon.

Prairie Sun Solar was fantastic!! They installed a large system for our company Welldone Mechanical.
From the very beginning the team provided the highest levels of customer service. Brenden was very thorough in determining what we were looking for, but more importantly was always prompt with his replies and communication. They even offered to help us complete the complex federal grant paperwork.
They showed tremendous amount of patience as we changed the scope of work several times and asked a lot of questions over several months. Once the materials arrived, Dylan and his crew took over and it was seamless. The speed and efficiency that they performed the job was great and everything went as planned. A crew of 4 people stayed until 9pm one night to change over the power, so that we were up and running with no issues in the morning.
They looked after our building while working here, were very polite, and installed everything very professionally and cleaned up so well, that if it weren't for the panels on the roof you wouldn't even have known they were there. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install solar.
