We have a solar system installed by another company. I wasn't able to get a response from them regarding some concerns I was having. I was so thankful I reached out to Prairie Sun Solar. Brenden was so understanding and generous with his time and knowledge. I was hoping I might be able to get a few answers but I definitely did not expect to receive such thorough, excellent customer service from a company I had not even purchased from. He was so patient to work with me over the phone to get the monitoring app running again and even took the time to follow up later that everything was looking good. If you are looking for a company that provides excellent, friendly customer service I would already highly recommend. I am so thankful that I know where I can receive assistance with my system if needed in the future.
