VP Security Review

I ve called them twice to report noise disturbance. They answer their phone and there s no pass the message game. They are out within 15-20 min for each call I ve made. I m so happy my property switched to them.

This is the worst security company I have ever used. Our property had a break in and graffiti vandalism, upon requesting reports in the guard had seen anything, they never called us back. Waited on hold for over 20 minutes and then was told that they would call back and still haven't received a call back. I would not recommend this company at all, during the months that thye worked with us we had so many issues with them no reporting anything or contacting property manager. When asked for reports they were never given to us or called back. Will never be recommending this company to anyone.

First I d like to say this is the most family friendly company I have ever worked for. My hiring experience with HR and meeting with the managers was easy and stress free. If I can pull up the definition for unprofessional and sloppy service, this company would definitely be the face of it. They provide services for a shopping center I work at, half the time the gaurd is not there .and when he is there he s on is phone. Or vaping all day. I called management and they promised to replace the gaurd but he s still there. I called again, and Was basically Pushed aside. I already recommended switching company s.

VP Security Reliable Leadership- I am a Property Manager, and I recently switched to VP Security from another vendor, and wow! What a difference! I often communicate with the leadership to discuss my property's needs, in addition to the regular reports I receive daily for the services rendered. The guards are also very polite, professional and look the part as well. Their uniforms are sharp, and command respect, and their guards are thorough and knowledgeable. Overall I would highly recommend VP Security as a satisfied client. They have a culture that is inclusive to all of their staff, so they all go above and beyond for their clients.

This company is by far the worst I have ever encountered. One of their professional guards was parked in my spot, when I went to ask him to move he flipped me off. The next morning I called the office and couldn t get ahold of anyone! And when I did they laughed it off. I ve heard rumors about how bad they are, but I m recommending to my leasing office we replace security company s ASAP.

To the owner of this company, I would like to leave a review with one of your employees. I live at a property you guys patrol, I am unaware if I could state the property name? But I was pulling my car into my space. My car battery died out around 20 feet from my spot. As I was getting out my car. I saw a white guy with tattoos yelling and screaming on property with his shirt off yelling someone's name. I was very scared and bout to call the police. Couple seconds latet I see a Ford explorer come around the corner pointing a light at the guy that was yelling to leave the site. The guy was cursing at the security, the security got out of his car, and told him to leave once more. The guy finally left out of the entrance gate. I briefly spoke to the patrol as he asked if I was okay. I told him I was scared and about to call 911. He said " No need , my team and I are always here to help out residents". He said with a big smile. The security put on gloves, picked up the guys mess he left and just tossed it into the dumpster. The security even pushed my truck into my parking space since I have a large truck and couldn't push it by my self. I asked him for his name, I saw his last name on his shirt but don't remember what it said. I think he said michael if I remember correctly, he said he is the captain of the patrol division. Very tall and the most polite ever to, he drove a white explorer. Either way thank you guys for making us feel safe here. Definitely will let the manager know as well, this review is long over due

It was great working with Jimmy and Armando. Both gentlemen are super professional and strive to satisfy all of their customers. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. I will definitely be using their services for future events! Highly recommend.
