To the owner of this company, I would like to leave a review with one of your employees. I live at a property you guys patrol, I am unaware if I could state the property name? But I was pulling my car into my space. My car battery died out around 20 feet from my spot. As I was getting out my car. I saw a white guy with tattoos yelling and screaming on property with his shirt off yelling someone's name. I was very scared and bout to call the police. Couple seconds latet I see a Ford explorer come around the corner pointing a light at the guy that was yelling to leave the site. The guy was cursing at the security, the security got out of his car, and told him to leave once more. The guy finally left out of the entrance gate. I briefly spoke to the patrol as he asked if I was okay. I told him I was scared and about to call 911. He said " No need , my team and I are always here to help out residents". He said with a big smile. The security put on gloves, picked up the guys mess he left and just tossed it into the dumpster. The security even pushed my truck into my parking space since I have a large truck and couldn't push it by my self. I asked him for his name, I saw his last name on his shirt but don't remember what it said. I think he said michael if I remember correctly, he said he is the captain of the patrol division. Very tall and the most polite ever to, he drove a white explorer. Either way thank you guys for making us feel safe here. Definitely will let the manager know as well, this review is long over due
