If I can pull up the definition for unprofessional and sloppy service, this company would definitely be the face of it. They provide services for a shopping center I work at, half the time the gaurd is not there .and when he is there he s on is phone. Or vaping all day. I called management and they promised to replace the gaurd but he s still there. I called again, and Was basically Pushed aside. I already recommended switching company s.
