We stayed in the arts suite XL. It was huge, particularly for European standards. There were two bathrooms and two rooms. There was a bit of noise from the outside (eg passing cars), but that's to be expected by old buildings. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. They do offer free parking, which is located right across the street. There are some good restaurants nearby.

Top hotel with staff that pays a lot of attention to the customer. After dinner in the great pop-up restaurant Sol a bottle of bubbles was ready in the room because of our 30 year anniversary
I became aware of this great boutique hotel through a travel site - it's ranked # 1 in the ranking there, and that's one hundred percent earned, we quickly discovered.
I usually prefer cheap larger hotels on city breaks, which I do not mind if they are impersonal. With the pin-off, I had in advance sympathetic email contact, which turned into the arrival directly into nice personal pleasures. In an unobtrusive way, operators managed to make us feel at home right from the start.
Housed in a historic 1879 customs house on the south bank of the Nieuwe Maas River, this quirky design hostel is less than a 10-minute walk from the Erasmus Bridge and Wilhelminaplein metro station. It has eleven rooms and six suites. Our cozy, if a bit dark room was right under the roof and had u. a. by various striking ceiling beams special charm.
Paired with perfect equipment - these included a high-quality espresso machine, a DVD player (DVDs are available at the reception, see photos), a free bottle of water per day, a kettle and a pleasingly spacious bathroom. The Wi-Fi was of course included in the price. Especially helpful: The room had about ten outlets! That should be sufficient even for a high-tech couple for the bare essentials.
Directly in front of the hotel is a water taxi dock, which we did not use. If you are touristy close to the water, ask at the reception!
Since a picture says more than a thousand words, I refer to my photos for further details on the post.
My short summary: at the price (usually just over 100 Euro for the cheapest room) the perfect hotel. And another tip: Before making a reservation, it is advisable to compare the prices of several hotel portals and the official homepage. There are sometimes quite a few differences.
Luxury atmosphere, turn down service, super location, close to water and restaurants, free parking in Oranjeboomstraat, quiet rooms, wonderful bed and pillows. Bathrobes, Nespresso machine, tea and a safe. I had 'forgotten' my silver ring, fallen behind the bedside table and I was able to pick it up the next day. Thanks again!!
a very pretty hotel in old dutch style. extremely wellkept. high ceilings and big windows. staff was very friendly. Free DVD to watch. clean. big comfi bed. we absolutelty loved the experience.
We spent one night in Rotterdam and stayed in the Suite Hotel.
Our suite was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was upstairs and could be reached via a spiral staircase. The large windows were especially nice. When setting up, we liked the Bluetooth speaker and the mobile phone that can be used as a travel guide. The only drawback was the slightly too soft bed with a much too thick duvet.
Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious and costs 17.50 per person. These are organic products. Most of the items are served at the table, only muesli and fruit are available at a small buffet. There is a selection of bread and rolls, sausage and cheese, various jams and eggs of your choice (cooked, scrambled eggs, omelets). There are also various warm drinks, as well as o and apple juice.
Service: The service is extremely good. Everything is explained to you in detail and you are also helped on excursions.
Park: Opposite there are some parking spaces on the street, these are chargeable between 9:00 and 18:00.
Location: The hotel is not very central, but the city center can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The access points for boat tours are also relatively close.
My son offered me an overnight stay in honor of my 75-year-old birthday with a ticket for a performance of Roy Orbison in dreams the Hologram Tour in the new Luxor. Room and breakfast very good. However, a big disappointment that I received a ticket from the Gem. Rotterdam. My son had booked a parking space. There was no parking space, so temporarily parked on Stieltjesstraat on the advice of a lady at the reception and paid with a credit card at a parking column. I called the reception if she wanted to pay the fine 63.67 euros then they did not. I'm the victim that the parking lot was full. Hopefully the above is a reason for the management to be free of the costs of the ticket because of the inconvenience of paying at a parking column. Stay was on April 23. W. J. Verheul Pr Hendrikstraat 68c 2405 Alphen a / d Rijn.
What an amazing place, right in the middle of Rotterdam, with a view of the water, beautiful interior and very personal service. Beautiful room. Only had breakfast there, but that clearly tasted like more.
Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is lovely and super approachable. I had a suite with jacuzzi and was absolutely impressive, breathtaking when I opened the dolor. Very nice experience in Rotterdam
Great hotel with good bar. The beds are a point of attention. A little too soft for me and I think too old with a slight pit. Nice room and good breakfast (too expensive with EUR 19)
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and super quite room. We liked the area itself where you can sit outside next to the water and the location as everything was walkable from there. We will come again.
This boutique hotel in a quiet part of Rotterdam is wonderful. The staff make this hotel a special place to be. The rooms are spotless and the furnishings unique. I've stayed in two rooms at Pincoffs and I can't wait to visit again.
Beautiful hotel in the port of Rotterdam, great rooms, very stylish, small parking lot at the house, nice service and delicious breakfast, I'll be back!
Absolutly super place. Absolutely fantastic hotel with fantastic staff and a great room. When the manager of the hotel arranged a taxi trip to the cargo ship port, I was excited.
Really liked the hotel! Small with only 17 rooms, but they where modern in a old building. And with few rooms, that means that they have live cooking on breakfast. You get served and can choose e.g omelette from the live cook. Quite relaxing!
Great hotel, excellent rooms. Everything's doen with a great eye for detail. People are friendly and welcoming and ensure all is taken care of. With Katendrecht around the corner the location is great too. When in Rotterdam this place is highly recommend.
Luxury hotel as nice as described but... First of all, the hotel lives up to its reputation and its positive reviews. Only that during the two nights we have stayed, there was a series of unfortunate events which made our stay not as enjoyable as we had wished:
1. Check in time not specifically mentioned - we arrived at 2pm and was informed our room not ready. Usually not a problem, we could have just hang out nearby. But out of some communication problems we were recommended a food place 17min walk away. We finally took the Uber and were exhausted and hot when we managed to get back and check in to our room. The location of hotel is nothing but central, i found it not easy to get to anywhere by public transport
2. No air conditioning - when we finally can check in to our room, we were informed that one of the AC units of the hotel broke down. Understand things happen, and they had made an effort to put a cool fan in the room which didn t help much and was noisy when it s running. We were really bad luck as those two days were quite hot (not sure due to the heat wave or it s just like that in summer)
3. Noise - our room faces the river bank where the yachts park. Nice view but the bridge which lifts up to let boats pass got some issue and workers tried to fix it OVERNIGHT which caused significant noises. Couldn t sleep well
Putting all these aside, the hotel has really nice decor, has elegant furnishings and nice staff. Hope the other travellers going there will have better luck than we did.
Centrally located, very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a deluxe room, nicely decorated, and the size of the room was more than adequate. But one of the comfort rooms that my family members stayed was on the top floor and was too small. Bathroom is good (with shower).
What a fantastic stay it was in Pincoffs, beautiful room with a view to the Erasmus Bridge, the enjoyment of the softest towel ever after a delicious hot tub and then that package with water taxi and dinner in Park Hill. Unforgettable enjoyment, recommended !!
March 17 - 19 with fiancee stayed here. Super nice Love Suite with whirlpool bath and great view of the Erasmus Bridge. Delightful Auping bed and princess-worthy chaise lounge (classic sofa). Breakfast was also delicious: on request, for example, I received a vegetarian omelet and grilled vegetables. Pincoffs therefore certainly takes vegetarian wishes into account. Very friendly team. Our suite was cleaned and topped up daily, I really liked the Bvlgari bath tea bag! We will come back anyway, because we have really been able to take a rest here.
They don't know customer is king there. Room much too small. Eventually, after insisting, I got a slightly larger room, provided that there was a substantial amount of support. No here they don't see me again 2nd time. For that price I have slept in much better hotels !!!!!!
We were here on New Year's Day for 2 nights. Very friendly welcome with a drink in the bar because our room was not yet ready. The room itself was beautiful and the single bath with bath tea bags was very popular! The entire hotel exudes the history of the building.
We were able to celebrate our wedding night here as a gift. Room 11 is highly recommended. We enjoyed the luxury and size of the room. Super nice view of the ports of Rotterdam. After a lovely cold night with air conditioning, we enjoyed a super delicious breakfast. Super friendly and nice staff. Hotel Pincoffs Rotterdam is a must for everyone !!!!
Celebrated our cotton anniversary this weekend with an arrangement at Hotel Pincoffs. Delicious enjoyed the beautiful decor and our room. Very friendly and personally assisted by the lobby staff, which can certainly be emphasized. If you are looking for a hotel to visit Rotterdam and also want to be in one of the beautiful houses with an enormous history (I discovered that later), this is the place. They will do everything to make your stay as interesting as possible. Thanks again for the help from planning dinner through e-mail to saying goodbye.
Great individual hotel, all rooms unique. Staff very friendly, breakfast was great. Location centrally located on the water. Room with reasonable Wi-Fi, coffee and drinking water included.
Truly beautiful and atmospheric hotel. Happy surprise with everything. Beds quite foolish - perhaps the best night's sleep that I have ever slept in the hotel.
Pop-up restaurant there SIL is great. Worth checking out before the end of the year. Didn't stay in the hotel, but the team there were really nice and it's a wonderful space.
